I never leave bad reviews but I am very frustrated. When I returned my truck I also returned two pre ordered moving items that I did not need. I waited in line for 20 minutes and then I waited at the counter because The manager did not know how to process my simple return. In addition, he took many phone calls and stepped away multiple times while working with me. In the end, he promised me that he would figure out how to process my return and take care of it AND call me. After not receiving a phone call or refund I have been trying all week to get this taken care of . I have waited on hold for up to two hours a day with no resolution so now I tried sending an email to corporate to get my refund. So very frustrating. I have another move coming up and I will DEFINITELY go elsewhere. The level of disorganization and lack of good customer service are the things that make it certain I will not return.MARLA P.

I picked up the truck only to find that I ordered a dolly and blankets that were not provided. I then called customer service (20 minute wait) to tell them the issue. They asked if I wanted to come back to pick up or not be charged. They charge me $0.99 a mileâ€¦ so it would've cost me more money to pick up. I told them please do not charge me. No adjustments were made. I still got charged. Also truck has low air when I picked up.Judy B.

I didn't even get to use my truck & I can't get a hold of anyone at the store or at 1-800-u-haul. I've sat on hold 4 times for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to answer. When I finally was able to get my keys after over an hour...the truck doesn't even start. I still have yet for anyone to answer the phone. Overall very dissatisfied.Lysette P.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. He also informed me that if you drop off your vehicle after hours without using the drop off app you will be charged $20. First time I heard of that charge as I couldn't find it listed anywhere else. Otherwise everything went well.DENNIS F.

I used the mobile pick-up option and the truck ended up being blocked in so I went inside to tell them that and they handed me the keys, said someone was going to move it for me. I got a very angry call about 2 hours later telling me the truck is technically stolen if I do not come back to sign something. I never was told this via the mobile pick up option so I had to drive back to do this and wait in the store for 30 minutes while one person was taking care of the whole line of people. Customer service at this location was very poor. We booked online and received our rental agreement and keys with no problems. Then we went out to the van to find that we were parked in completely. We told the people at the desk and they said they were having trouble finding the keys to the van they needed to move. We asked if we could have a different van. The girl working literally ignored our questions and continuously walked by us like we weren't there. After 40 minutes another worker finally got us a new rental agreement for a new van that wasn't parked in. Will not use this location again.KATHRYN D.

terrible service. I walked in, agent just basically walked away without saying anything. a diff agent came in and walked by me 4 diff times without even acknowledging they'd be with me in a bit (waited about 20 mins before anyone waited on me - and they weren't busy). Then when I went to pick up trailer, I had to go back in 2 additional times because no one ever came out to get the lighting cable for the trailer.Gregory S.
