They helped me upgrade my unit from a 5x5 to a 5x10 and walked me through the process of using my access code for my next trip to unload materials. The check in process for returning my 10' Van was fast and pleasant. I would recommend this facility to anybody needing a storage unit. Santana's cheeriness at the front desk was welcoming and helpful as I am transitioning to a new area. Thank you again for making this a wonderful experience!

Ronald C.After all the monies spent and even the insurance used...I was VERY disappointed to find out that my boxes were covered in mildew on their bottoms. And even though I had insurance I KNOW it's a waste of time to complain and try to file a claim or whatever. So it is what it is and it was what it was...wasted monies. Staff was great but the rat droppings and mildewed boxes mean that I would either NEVER use your facilities again or in the future should I have to I would never purchase your boxes to pack my items in but instead use plastic totes. Thank you :)

Sharon C.Originally I reserved a 6x12 trailer. During check in I was told that I couldn't bring the trailer back to the location. I had no problem taking the trailer to another location but I was told I would be charged $100 to return it to another location. It should not be the customers problem that there are too many trailers are at one location and I shouldn't have to pay to take it somewhere else when it wasn't my choice. I then had to rent a 10ft van which was more money then I needed to spend. Bad business.

Thankfully, Shante was there to help me through my entire process. She went about and beyond to help showing me where my storage was how to access it. I look forward to customer service and human interaction like that to assist me with things. I'm giving it a 4 star because of her (Shante) but the new process doing everything yourself I would have definitely given it a 2 star.

Why place a mouse trap in the compartment? To curtail the vermin? I lost a substantial amount of money and time on 01/14/2023, especially with the hired help. None of my helpers wanted to touch a single box after witnessing it! I did not have gloves for us because we were not expecting this! I'm stunned and disgusted. When I received my first storage area, the first thing I did before placing any item in was a prominent spot on the floor filled with mice feces! And so, being given another size of storage in less than three months, it worsened! I want compensation for all the time and money lost because of U-Haul's negligence!

He was off and in his car leaving but seeing I had trouble getting access, he stopped his car to assist. I appreciated that because he could've kept going, but the fact he got out of his vehicle to help was genuine. Versus me being in the employee's face, and she brushed me off because she was closing it was not polite. But overall my experience was great.
