Everything was great the representative arranged both of my pick up item to the same location which worked out better than having one item at one location and the other item at another location. Her willingness to combine the two was great.

My property inside the unit was wet and started to mold as if the storage had flooded at some point also I called and asked to have an extension for my payment and they made a note of it but still took the money out I also feel the cost is beyond reasonable I moved to a storage the same size and pay 46 dollars a month for it also if your payment is late they put a lock on it that day it’s late but you have to wait til they feel like taking there lock off or will give you the key to take there lock off and have you bring it back I do not recommend anyone using this storage facility

Truck rode very rough, alignment was non existent, truck was clean inside and dirty outside. The original drop off location I chose called me at 2pm on the return date questioning where the truck was when it wasn't due to be returned until 6:45pm. I chose not to return it there and returned it to the gettin place (awesome staff) instead, because that is ridiculous. For absolutely no reason should the original chosen drop off location be calling my phone HOURS before the truck was due, just to waste my time and piss me off!

Manager solved correct rental size. Employee explained and secured equipment hook up. Made me fill more secure. Very easy to work with the Uhaul staff. Saved money!!

Allow me to know there are different daily rental rates. Rented from same location two days apart. One rate was 0,69 $/ mile. Next day, it was 1,19 $/mile. Wow!

When going to the back lot to hook up a trailer the area between the storage units needs more gravel or paving. There is standing water and holes everywhere.

RJ, the Asst Mgr, was extremely helpful (and we needed a lot of help!) with her questions and suggestions. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly. And to top it off, she was very pleasant and personable. Altogether a good experience.

I definitely got to know the staff as I worked with them for several months during this last move I made. Each time they were very helpful and courteous! I really would recommend them for all your moving and storage needs! It's really nice having a free month of storage when I used the uhaul truck for my one way move. It's a costly thing to do and that expense free of charge really helped! And 1 last thing, the public restroom was a great plus too. Moving is a dirty job. After a hot summer day moving boxes and furniture it was handy and helpful having a restroom facility on premises. It's the small things that matter most. And having a place to go when ya gotta go is spot on. As well as a place to freshen up when your wore down by a hard days work. Thanks again! Jess B

Allow a driveway all the way around the storage units, instead of parking U-Hauls at the back end. It is a hassle to back up a trailer or turn around in that limited space by the water.

Well managed. The manager should be the CEO of U-Haul. All of her employees are friendly and helpful. BTW, the U-Haul website is ridiculous, it puts items in your cart that you don't want. I prefer calling directly--you get what you want. I've used them twice in the past and won't use anyone else. She made our move easy and efficient. Can't say enough about the great folks at this location.

4 months didn't realize that I have been logged into the wrong units went to go in my storage one day and it had been locked because they didn't know who's unit it was due to the front office error and my dresser dry rotted in the storage for some reason.

Outside of truck could have been washed. Inside was relatively clean but could have used a sanitary wet wipe.

I rented a uhaul truck on 7/6/2020 and got one month free storage with in the one month free I had to rent another uhaul truck on 7/18/2020 and ended up getting another month free storage. The first to ladies that helped me stated I could keep the same unit but when I went to use my 2nd free month storage on 8/4/2020 the young lady Maria told me I couldn't use my free month on the same unit I had to take all my stuff that was in the storage unit and move to another unit and I could not put it in my name.. I really thought that was stupid to move from one unit to another when I rented the truck 2 times in my name. I had heavy furniture in the unit and I had to move from that unit in order to get the promotion that uhaul supplied to its customers...Maria wasn't helpful at all but everyone one else was....

The place was great, but the prices were high. The only bad thing was the hole in the concrete in the building as you first walk in. The floor is good except for that one, highly trafficked hole.

Massively over priced. Found a slightly large unit with another facility at 1/3rd the price. Only thing they didn't have were the individual unit alarms.
