From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, friendliness, and a genuine desire to help. The facility itself is exceptionally clean, secure, and well-maintained, giving me complete confidence that my belongings are in good hands. A special thank you goes to the manager, Maria, who runs the facility with excellence. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers have a positive experience. Her leadership is evident in every aspect of the operation. I also want to recognize Luke, who provided truly exceptional customer service. He was patient, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Luke took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options, and make sure everything went smoothly. His positive attitude and dedication to customers made a lasting impression. It’s rare to find a business where both the facility and the staff exceed expectations, but this one certainly does. Shauna F | Overall ExperienceThe Manager Maria is an absolute gem. She made the whole entire process from start to finish easy. She answered all of my questions and alleviated any worries that I had. The facility was well taken care of so you know her housekeeping staff are on top of keeping things clean which was much appreciated. I know that anytime I go to the S. Crater Rd location I'm going to be met with a smile and great customer service. I don't know what Uhaul is paying but for sure the Manager deserves a raise. Great Job and thanks.

CANDACE W | Overall ExperiencePlease stay away from this location. The facility manager charged items to my credit card without my authorization. They changed the locks on my unit and then lied about it. They are the worst!!! Please take my advice and stay away!!!
