Got said a unit that was out of service !!! It took so long to figure it out, after we had tried to move our things into the storage and the door key wouldn’t work to let us in. Had to call the manager to find out the unit was sold .

Dropped off trailer at this location at 12pm on Saturday, September 21. Spoke with Taekwon and was told I didn’t need to sign anything. 7 days later I was charged for an additional 7 days and insurance ($213.64). Called location (9am) and spoke with store manager Dexter who assured me he would review security footage and respond back by 3pm. No return call, no help from corporate call center. Very poor customer service and will never do business with Uhaul again.

Truck was to be ready for express pickup at 4:45 am. I even called twice to verify what needed to do to assure things go smoothly when I got there. My reservation was seen by them. At 7am was first in line when place opened. I had spoken to the after hour service and was offered a different sized truck since the size I requested was not ready to go. That size was too big for my needs and it would have been much more expensive due to gas required for long one-way drive. I was offered a $50 credit that the manager must approve to be credited to the credit card I used. May feel uneasy to try express checking again.

Help customer needing assistance to find the size equipment needed by contacting another U-haul location. Also, canceling contract if customer find correct size equipment on their on, especially when equipment has not been taken on the premises.

Although the facility provided a safe storage, entry locks were frequently broken with AC either being inop or dripping water all over the floor. An increase in rent did not seem reasonable.

I canceled my account at the location, a couple days later I got numerous letters about a bill and late fees, I called everyday and was told that someone would call be but I never got a phone call.
