Not sure which location this is intended for but we used two locations over the course of a week and a half and on two of the the experience was worse than any I have ever experienced. The location on Remount road doesn't even look like a business and there was no one in the office both when we picked up and when we returned (during business hours). Also the individual who entered the return data did not do so until the day after we returned and charged us an extra day. In the Dorchester Rd location there was a single person working who was terribly overwhelmed and the computers were not working properly. When I returned the trailer on May 2 it was a similar situation. Somehow the system did not acknowledge the return and we were charge over $600 for what apparently was a dispatch error. Also we were change $41 twice although we had the trailer less than 24hrs. I understand that Covid unemployment stuff is causing much of this but even considering that it was over the top unacceptable. Note that the lady at Dorchester was amazingly calm and did a well as any person could possibly could. Also Anthony the outside person was also working incredibly hard. Folks had no idea how to operate the auto transport trailer. They were hesitant to do anything except hook it up to the truck, which had me watching YouTube clips in the parking lot for instructions. Lights in trailer stopped working after first travel day as well. General attitude of folks at this location was poor and moderate level of incompetence.BRIAN B.

This place was a mess. You could not even pull into the drop off area because the area was full. The parking lot was a mess. Very dirty. I will not drop a vehicle back off at this location. They did check me out quick. The gentleman walked out to t parking lot and did it for me.John L.

The unit I rented (Reservation 25638961 - 10' Moving Van) needed new windshield wipers and also needed work on the headlights. The wiper blades were worn out & didn't clear rain from the windshield very well at all, and the headlights were very dim, in addition to being poorly aligned. This wasn't a problem when I picked up the truck because it was sunny & clear. However, it was rainy & overcast most of the day while I was using the truck, and it was rainy & dark when I returned it that night. Please have someone address these issues before someone else rents the unit. Otherwise, all else was good.Devin M.

The appliance dolly that I had reserved with the trailer was not available when I arrived for scheduled pickup. The store manager (Kayla) called around to other locations to find the dolly that needed. She made sure that I was able to get what I had reserved. I had to drive to another, more distant location but in the end was able to get the equipment that I needed thanks to Kayla.Chuck E.
