The manager was very helpful and nice

When I returned my truck back late the gentleman who said he was the "manager sometimes" was extremely rude to me and my mother. While I was waiting for him to collect the information he needed for the truck he told me I would be charge and extra day for the truck rental and when I asked why he told me while he was walking away from me with a horrible attitude that "I was an hour late with the truck". I'm not sure if he hates his job or what but that type of behavior is not ok.

Rhonda JEverything was done well. Customer service was excellent! I met the new General Manager, Jami Elliott. I did have trouble with texting while driving trying to confirm my pick up location via telephone text messaging regarding the special code you're supposed to input. I ended up calling the 1-800 # and Michael confirmed it for me. Michael was nice, too. That really helped me feel at ease. Thank you all!
TERRY LThis was a stressful move for my family and I. Jami and Brittani (with the blue eyes and red dreads), and the Monday evening staff were extremely helpful and made the process from rental to return very easy. They handled me with care and in the same manner they would like to be taken care of. This is definitely my go to rental location and I'm happy to refer my friends and family for the exceptional service. Thank you guys!!!

CHRISTOPHER SMake sure it's stated to the customer about extra fuel charges, if the vehicle is not returned w/ the proper amount of fuel. Make sure the customer is aware of it on the contract.

JEFFREY EThere is never no gas in the their trucks,always have to go straight to gas station when leaving the place of business but they always say it be 1/8 of a tank gas in it and it be lies

PHILLIP Fmileage completely off on rented truck no gas was included therefore i was overcharged for mileage i did not drive and gas that was never included in the rental to begin with to top it all off i have yet to receive the promised refund amount

Nicole HI was handled an empty gas tank truck, not driving safe (it shakes and needs alignment), the AC is hot besides all that I was overcharged $80 IDK why. Horrible experience I would not recommend it to anyone, I was dealing with better U-Haul branches before who were honest and have cleaner trucks.
ABDALLAH DHello, I'm asking a reimbursement of the insurance for this vehicle. I ready report this through a phone call with the Uhaul costumer representative. and i also reported in the office where I pick it up. When I received the vehicle was smelling really bad also with no gasoline. I have videos and pictures of the condition of the vehicle Before & After I drop it.

LIDDELL MLocation is great but trucks were unavailable even though I had reserved weeks in advance. The representative did a solid job trying to locate and provide us a different truck. However, in the end the truck provided was too small and we were forced to make multiple trips to get the move accomplished.

CATHERINE NThere was not enough people working, there was an issue with another truck and instead of the manager saying we have an issue please bare with us he got an attitude with the customer. I also wanted to checkout couldn't because of this issue

Sheilah PI made my reservation online and was provided a price i knew with the milage it would run abt $70-80 when i showed up for my reservation i was quoted that price and swiped my card only to later find out that the cashier added additional services without my knowledge or permission and was charged an additional almost $90…2 separate additional charges in the amount of $45 and $43…HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND FRAUDULENT

The staff was great, knowledgeable and efficient Mrs. Jazalyn and her team helped me navigate my way from the beginning to my exit with care. I sincerely appreciate the Edgewood U-haul team.

RUBEN AA lot of my information regarding equipment, length of rental, time of pick up and drop off location were incorrect. I haven't received my deposit back but it may be too early to get it back yet. Overall the equipment was great and when they didn't have the correct equipment they upgraded it for free. However, everything about the pickup time, length of rental and drop off location were incorrect and while it didn't cause a major catastrophe, it was quite an inconvenience when you have the time restraints on moving.
GRANT MTell people that you have governor on it. NO ONE told me that. I attempted to pass a semi truck. He was going about 69-70, speeding up and then slowing down. There was no one behind me when I first started. Before I could even pass it, I must have had 10 cars behind me flashing their lights. I had the gas pedal down to the floor when I realized that the damn truck wasn't going to go any faster. I'm elderly and I don't speed, but when you go to pass someone, you need to know whether or not you're going to make it. I'll never rent a truck from you again. Not one that can cause an accident or road rage in my case.

Crystal RChange the General Manager. She has a very nasty, confrontational, negative attitude. I arrived at 6:45 AM, and patiently waited until 7:00 AM. At 7:05 AM, I pulled on the door and she open it and stated, "don't disrespect me." I immediately responded in a very calm, respectful and low tone, "I have not disrespected you, what are you talking about?" She said, "don't pull on my door because it will set off the alarm." I responded that I never pulled on your door. Then she told me to come back in 15 minutes to pickup the truck I had reserved a week earlier. She is a very negative person and not very kind to be a General Manager. I did not disrespect her and just wanted to pickup the truck I rented. I rent trucks often for church activities and maintain a storage at the Ashley street location and have never encountered anyone like this young lady. She has a very negative attitude and a chip on her shoulder.
William AMake sure vehicle is a least half full of gas, picked vehicle up with 1/4 of gas and had to stop on the way to destination because gas light came on to get some gas in it.....

I would like to have my money refunded for the month I paid when I was informed I would get it for free and also due to me moving my stuff out ahead of time I would get the remainder of what was not used

I was lied to in the beginning about getting a climate controlled unit and I had to settle for an outside unit. The staff did not care one way or another about my concerns when it was first brought to staff's attention about rats crawling around my furniture. How do I know….I saw one live and in person. The store manager is never available. This was a horrible experience!!!! I was pregnant at the time my furniture went into storage…July 2022. My child was not going use rodent infested furniture especially when diseases lurk from rodents. When it comes to empathizing with the customer, Cedrick is the ultimate worst!!!!!! I'm still waiting on a call from him about the letters I kept receiving about me being in default when I filed a claim sent pictures and only received $1000 for my furniture. I am utterly disgusted about the lack of communication and professionalism I received from UHAUL. Knowing I have to start completely over has really upset me!!! I will make it publicly known not to ever trust UHAUL with your possessions.

I closed my unit and went to the office to complain and to get the manager and corporates number. The staff that was working had no regard. She didn't acknowledge me when I came in the door. So I stood there and I finally asked if she was busy. She looked around then signaled for me to come to the desk. I explained to her what was going on and told her I needed the manager and corporate's number. She didn't give me anything. Instead told me to get corporate's number offline. As for the manager, I saw there were business cards on the desk so I picked one up and asked her was this the manager. She said yes. I called the manager....LACK OF EMPATHY!!!!!! I found corporate's number off line and called to complain. Moving to yesterday....I went back to the storage to see if I could get the animals on camera. NO NEED!!!! THERE WERE DROPPINGS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!! MY FURNITURE IS RUINED!!!!!!! OVER $5000 GONE DOWN THE DRAIN! I HAVE NO BED, NO COUCH, MY CHILD HAS NO FURNITURE ONLY A CRIB IN MY OTHER STORAGE. I filed a claim and attached the pictures. I paid over $200 monthly since July just to end up salvaging my hard earned money. The claims department contacted me today and only offered me $1000 because that's the insurance that was offered to me. I didn't know where were levels of insurance...I would have gotten more had I known there were different levels! UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH not to mention when I reserved the unit, I reserved a climate controlled and the 10x15x10 only to get a smaller unit on the outside because what I wanted was unavailable....so why was I able to reserve a climate controlled unit then?????? ANDDDDDD there was a different general manager only 6 months ago. I WAS PAYING $200,5 A MONTH FOR MY PROPERTY TO BE PROTECTED. IT WASN'T....SO NOW WHAT? ONLY $1000 BACK FOR MY FURNITURE AND I DIDN'T KNOW THERE WERE LEVELS OF INSURANCE.....I LITERALLY BROKE DOWN IN FRONT OF THE GENERAL MANAGER YESTERDAY BECAUSE THAT'S MONEY WASTED!!! I am a single parent and I moved back in with my parents for help until I could move back out on my own with the first child....not knowing I would have to start completely over! I am furious!!!!!!!!! I can't take that furniture anywhere with a baby!!! There are diseases that are carried with rodents! So upset! 1651 EDGEWOOD AVE W UNIT 1090

Of course ate through the boxes. Urinated on a box of important papers that were completely ruined. Had to get rid of the entire box and contents.
