I would have added "very" in front of every subject you asked about above. If it was formatted that way. The only thing unapealing was finding the gate/entrance. Its an odd area. You can see it from the main road and freeway but to the storage units is residential small streets with many dead ends. Its not within view and no signs, no map offered. It could be me but im pretty good at this. You should check it out for yourself. Its a bit obscure , my opinion to this dispatcher right here lol

Very knowledgeable. the only glitch was that I had to return to the rental office twice to get replacement cards because the ones I was given did not work. It turned out the internet connection at the storage facility was down. Apparently someone else knew about it but didn't notify the office. I was eventually given a temporary pin code to use. Overall I still give the facility an above average.

The four months I have had my possessions there, I never had to once worry if my storage was safe and secure. The manager went above and beyond with helping me understand all the term and services. I have had very bad experiences with a different company, and she made me feel like my prized possessions where in a very safe and secure location. If I have to use another store facility it will all ways be this location, hands down. Thank you U-Haul. It was a pleasure!

I went into office and talked to manager of site and was made clear my storage would t be sold due to myself disputing charges and uhaul still sold my storage and now wants to charge me this is a money scheme to steal from consumers.
Bernadette H | Expérience généraleThe manager ,Jenntfer was extremely helpful and very pleasant. and resourceful.On the other hand,her assistant who didnt identify herself by name for obvious reasons was unpleasant and appeared to be under the influence of a mind altering agent was completely opposite her manager.She was BEYOND RUDE on the phone and even worse in person. I asked her why was she short ,with me and she responded, "this is the way i talk" I wasn't rude to her I couldn't understand why she was responding to me with an altitude.She isn't a person I would have representing my company.Being in customer service I believe that person should br informative and willing to assist customers with their truck.storage and product needs. She wasn't helful and she was so rude I walked out and had my assistant deal with our truck and storage needs

By the time we had money to move his things, there were rats. I also would have chosen & recommended a climate controlled unit. I wouldn't recommend a remote staffed location as that is not as convenient as a staffed location. I'd recommend Uhaul, just a closer, staffed & climate controlled location. Merci

I first went to the storage rental facility that wasn't remotely staffed (should tell customers to go to main facility) After a 30 minute hold and callback, I was helped by a courteous associates who directed me to drive back to the main facility where the associate took fantastic care of me and gave me a one day master code to get inside if my new code didn't work (system down - it did not) but the master code solved the problem. The representative at 916-922-2224 and I keep forgetting to ask her name has been SUPER helpful. I keep calling and extending my day since I cannot get more help moving. I always come back to UHAUL because of people like her. you can see the notes in my account but when we drop off I will get her name .
Angelica V | Expérience généraleI picked the facility due to it stating it's 24 hours. I drove from 3 hours away, got to the facility & it was closed. The manager David Hartman, noticed that we were trying to enter the facility & was having a difficult time. I contacted the uhaul number given, & the lady stated, "There's nothing I can do for you. You will have to keep the rental & get into a facility tomorrow & speak w/ the manager then." I even explained coming from 3 hours away, etc,.... no help. While I left the uhaul in the drive way, I went to talk to my son about what we were going to do when the manager came out & explained that the facility was closed & basically went ABOVE & BEYOND his duties to give me information & assist. More information than the help desk. I really appreciate his customer service & willingness to assist even though he didn't have to after the facility was closed. My experience w/ uhaul not adhering to the 24 hour advertisement is poor but my experience with Mr. David Hartman was very excellent.

Very disappointing and I feel taken advantage of since the storage is at a different location then the office where the units are assigned. :/ I will not renew.

Harrison C | Expérience généraleRediculous uhual is only price gougeing customers during a national covid-19 crisis to profit and over charge customers to auction off customers storage units of customers personal belonging for bennifiting and profiting from selling the over charge storage units at higher priced lien auctions .uhual has the worse cust9mer notification and management responses I've ever experienced in my life .during a national financial crisis shut down at no fault of the customers uhual used housing rental eviction mandates in uhuals favor to steal customers belonging and fake multiple lien action unit sales to over charge customers for 2years or more monthly rent payments even after customers units first went in to lien processes and when I tryed to go into facility and pay all the money I had financial to my name after loosing my job uhual rejected taking my partial payment and paying the rest owed on unit the following Monday which would of made the fees current&up to date .I was only behind by one month and the new month totalling only $387 .itryed to pay with my full unemployment check which was$350 a week at that time & pay the remainder of$37 on monat&I had already arranged moving my stuff to another storage facility who was going to let me rent there moving truck to move my stuff out .as this unit was only a temp last min space to move my stuff in the time frame available.uhual choose not to work out payments to bring late fees uptodate ¤t options of any kind with me .as ca rental eviction required by govener mandate required. This was a requirement requested of rental and storage facility property owners by the can mandate.the next notice I received from uhual was a lien sale notice about a week later stating my belonging would be sold at auction if $859 duewas not paid by the action sale date.even after not getting any response from facilitity manager after sending multiple emails pleading with him to work out late rental fees amount out in payments& to bring account current in payments due to financial hardship in multiple emails. I got no response and after the first lien auction sale notice date had past and I couldn't afford to pay all at one time fees due& the stress and money lost renting a mother unit a truck scheduled for moving my stuff out of uhual storage unit rental super high monthly fees in town of higher intown average rental prices are double almost triple compared to other facility's prices.my belongings was full of equipment ,tools and equipment motors I used for my work &earning income &my new douple door bottom freezer door frigerator I played $1500 for and was only 2years old .which the value of my unit inside that I stored at uhual was valued more than $5000 and I used on a regular bases and needed all my tools and equipment again to make earning income as a self employed person once the economy opened back up from covid crisis.the emotional stress and mentally and financial of job income lost I've experience from uhuals actions is more in value than my bussiness tools&personal belongings value is lesser of the value to jobs &income looses I've had to turn down due to uhuals actions to steal my bussiness tools,belongings in unit from me &then a year after the first lien auction sale notice after accepting emotional stress every time I remembered something I stored and uhual stole from me in the unit I'd never see again.I received a 2nd lien auction sale notice a year later stating the same except this notice said $1700 had to be payyed prior to the 2nd auction lien sale date scheduled.more charges for 12 months of rental fees .wait a minute now I'm was confused I thought my belongings had already been sold at auction a 1yr prior.I never got any late storage payment fee notices on my text message or at mailing address or at second address on file starring monthly rental fees were still occurring and adding up month to month still past the first lien auction sale date scheduled.had I been notified by uhual of storagefees still accumulating month to month past that date .I could of arranged to pay the full amount prior to the fees accumulating to such high amounts higher than average people have on hand financially after covid-19 national was in a state of emergency world wide .I've explored lawyer/attorney firms willing to file a class action or personal law suite against uhual to represent me to file civil suite for uhuals complete criminal and wrong doing in the way uhual harmed consumers during covid-19 for bennifit of profiting while he nation was in a state of natural emergency declared by our u.s presiedent.knowingly harming me and consumers nation wide .I'm sure if filed with the courts of such a law suite and evidence of documents I hold of eviedenceof all these facts.I believe more consumers will also come forward with similar issues and harm uhual inflicted on customers&I now have an attorney to represent my case and file records with the courts of my law suie against

Online this facility says I would have access to my unit 24 hours a day the very rude man who I assume is the property manager told me he decided to close it at 9:00 so I was unable to move in the day that I had to be out of my apartment

He then told me to leave in the middle of me off loading my stuff.. On top of that he said that my key wouldn't work anymore and would refund the extra i paid for 24 hr access. But instead charged me again for the 24 hr access that i have previously paid

When I first rented the unit, I needed movers on very short notice, and he recommended great movers who did a great job at a fair price. When a national moving company was emptying out my unit, and I was in another state and could not be on-site due to COVID, he was very helpful acting on my behalf. That was a very stressful situation for me, but he handled things very well so I didn't have to worry so much. He's one of the best managers I've ever dealt with! Thank you, David Hartman!
