Kristy B | First ImpressionsJennifer is an awesome manager. She was always incredibly patient and understanding whenever I spoke to her. I was within days of my belongings being auctioned and i was so heartbroken and out of options. Jennifer didn't have to help me save my belongings, she didn't have to offer me a settlement, and she didn't have to go the extra mile to check in with me daily to get updates on if I was going to be able to stop the auction. She doesn't want to see anyone lose their stuff, after all, she might be an employee to uhaul, but she is also a customer too. I would like to thank her, from the bottom of my heart, for tolerating my tenancy, which she didn't have to do and she did. For helping me save my belongings. And for just being a manager who does care about other people and not just themselves. She deserves a vacation or a spa day, at the very least. Thank you Jennifer!
Sarah L | Overall ExperienceI said yes to the secure and well lit part but I have to admit though, one of our units in the far back of the storage facility was broken into and they did hit us pretty hard for a lot of our everyday tools and some of our personal belongings which we still havent quite recovered from. But all in all the staff are very kind folks, very reasonable and they do monitor the property with surveillance and drive about the property during the times they should. It's just the back fence is only chain link and that's where they got us, I believe they are starting to render the situation with the fence and improve it to a iron fence which will make this place super secure and the prices aren't bad. Thank you for everything and we will hope to use you again and I would recommend anyone to store here if needed. Good overall experience
Steven W | Overall ExperienceThe gate card does not work the first time. U have your swipe it many times until it lets u in or out! The doors are heavy and u really have to have strength to lift it. Other than the facility, the people are excellent!

Arthur S | First ImpressionsVery expensive for the amount of storage one gets. I found a new storage unit elsewhere twice the spice for less than $100/month. And then the staff are over half the time rude? Almost feels like getting ripped off here. Otherwise the unit itself was fairly clean and the place is fairly secure. The roads were always full of nuts and bolts, debris and things of the like. Always seemed like several blocks away there were employees in the office but at the actual storage facility itself nobody was ever there.
