It's the best uhaul location ov ever seen or been at all the staff were great here and helped me with all my needs pick up was easy and getting me to upload my owen license to the contract was cool and easy to do so they didn't even have to touch it you know with covid and all it was great couldn't ask for a better experience ðŸ˜€ great job to the staff and I'm sure with the great service here you will conquer the market for rentals and supplies and they also have a huge storage area and it nice and clean inside and out with all the snow we've had and you can still get to your unit unlike the competitors in the area I've seen fantastic will always come hereJASON A.

Better training on how to interact with customers and some g*d d*mn manners being taught would be good as well. Your website needs to clearly start you don't accept prepaid Visa cards which is LEGAL tender so you technically are supposed to accept them. Most people live paycheck to paycheck and don't have much wiggle room in their budgets, especially with this pandemic. I will NEVER use your services again and I'll be sure to tell all my friends and family to NEVER use them again. Maybe your company needs to look at the 6 Ps method. Firstly, the person was very rude and treated me as I am renting this for free. This location had many 10â€ truck but they changed my order to 15â€ and giving me false information that you did order for 15â€ and when i saw them proof of my booking he said no we are not giving 10â€ for one way. If you are taking this 10â€ you have to return it here. And then he said we do not have any. And check the camera of the u-haul of that location, i will never suggest this location to anyone. The pickup was atrocious. I did the mobile pickup and I had to run to the back of the lot to verify the truck was there, then come back and get the key. I had to wait several minutes for my verification to come back. I was 35 minutes into my booking before I had the keys in my hand. Also, no parking on-site was very inconvenient. Thankfully the inside uhaul agent gave me an extra 2 hours of rental for no increase in cost which turned out to be a big help. Return was very easy but they were still open so I dealt with a person.GORDON P.

I lived close to this location, that's why I rented from there. When I arrived, I was told I had chosen another location, and they were trying to drive me away, even though my check in had their address. When they finally agreed to give me a vehicle, it was parked very deep into their parking lot and covered with snow. No broom or brush was provided, so I had to clean with my own jacket and hands.OSCARROLANDO A.

Reserved the truck 4 weeks in advance for 6am on December 17th. Went to location for 6am and couldn't pickup truck. After multiple phone calls I found out the location doesn't do pickups before 7 for that size of a truck. Very poor organization on uhauls part. The team at Fairway are terrific everytime I've been there! With winter weather arriving the tires should be winters also. It got a little sketchy when the roads became snowy and icy. Otherwise, the 10' cargo van had plenty of power and handled great when the roads were nice.DANNY H.

Picked up the truck with 1/4 tank of gas and drove it 29 miles in total. I was not told by the salesperson that I needed to return the truck with at at least 1/4 tank. Upon return of the the truck I was told there was a $30 fuel surcharge because there was less than 1/4 tank on the truck on top of the $56 they charged me for the gas. And they charged me for a furniture dolly that they did not provide. Would definitely not reccomend this location!ANDREWW Z.

Provide on-site parking for customers who are renting trucks and vans. Change your booking site so that you're not trying to upsell customers. I want to rent a truck, not buy boxes, storage, rent blankets and straps, and book help. If I need it, I'll ask. Otherwise, you're wasting my time. Return to the fuel policy of full tank out and full tank in.DANIEL W.

The app told me I could come by up to an hour early to use the app to sign out my vehicle, so I showed up at 6am for my 7am rental time. However the location didn't open until 7am, so I ended up waiting an hour in the car (it was cold out so I had to run the car). Please update in your app that you may only come up to an hour early If The Location Is Already Open.PETER W.

You need to update your site to say that bigger trucks are not available online. And that you need three references to call when picking up at 7am. It was great waking everyone up. Also you had no trucks in three cities surrounding me so I had to get one an hour away and pay the mileage. I wasn't showed the room on moving day. Lock was not removed from storage space. I realized the space was too small for my items getting moved in. I asked for an upgrade but was denied. Staff wasn't at all helpful. I was told to come back the next morning to ask for an upgrade. I was not able to move in on day 1. Did it on day 2. Upgrade took 10 min. To do the next morning. The staff forgot to unlock my unit after I checked in. I arrived after office hours with my hired 80 dollars per hour living helpers, and we waited for about 1 hour for customer service to pick up my call. The customer service had no way but to tell me to come back the second day. In total, I wasted 3 hours because I cannot get into my storage unit. My biggest issue is when I tried to call a local U Haul number and I got diverted to a US customer service agent who apparently did not have access to my account so I get put on hold indefinitely while they try and reach the local number. My overall experience with the staff and the facility was good. The staff were very helpful and accommodating in resolving my issues with the storage unit I rented. However the unit I had rented, I am not pleased with. The framing and the drywall are coming apart. With minimum effort, I would be able to enter the adjacent storage unit. The door to the unit I had rented was difficult to open and close. I had to exert a high level of effort just to get into the unit and to close the the unit. I appreciated the service. Pros- Easy account set up, friendly staff, and great prices. Cons- Need more camera surveillance throughout the compound, extended and 24hr access only for registered business owners/contractors. Either chosen access type should be available to ALL customers, at least extended access to all with contractors/business owners continuing to receive 24hr access but as a type of business ownership bonus for choosing to store with UHaul. The access issue is kind of a big deal to me as my wife and I started a family owned business venture specializing in Lawn care/Winter Maintenance. It's off to a rough start but our operating hrs are an 'On Call 24Hrs', 'You Make The Call and We'll Be There!'.. Unfortunately the business is unregistered with BBB...but policy is policy.
