I made a mistake when I purchased the small unit D46. We have another unit D15(the large unit) My unfortunate husband found a closet instead of a unit and the melting snow rained down on him the whole time while he was unloading. He was soaking wet when he got home. Sorry my poor husband that I didn't check the closet for size and safety of pouring water off the roof.!

The person who lives on the property is a drunk who is rude and totally unprofessional. It's insane that at 10pm when I'm moving around things too bring new iteams the following day that I'm approached by an intoxicated male who was unimaginable rude and proceeded too reactive my card .. I then had too wait weeks as a penalty for being in my unit after hours too receive a new card!! I pay for the unit, and I get too he treated like a child and penalized?!? This is a shame too the uhaul company I'd NEVER recommend this place too anyone!!
Holly D. | Expérience généraleTruck was not maintained at all. Driver side mirror unsecured, kept rotating during trip, making it impossible to keep it pointed at the truck. Truck Suspension was completely shot, entire ride especially under load was a nightmare, my belongings have been damaged as a result where every bump and crack in the road would not only send a gut punch to me as a driver, but send things in the trailer bouncing. Wheel alignment very poor. Wheel had to be turned 20 degrees to the left entire ride just to keep truck in lane. Rental truck on file did not match what was rented. Returning the truck was impossible as the gas gauge, odometer did not match, preventing me from being able to complete the after hours return and forcing me to overspending on gas to match a gas gauge level that did not match the truck I was given. Key Return box very difficult to find and does not match online instruction photo at all. Spent far too much time trying to pick up the truck, especially dropping it off due to these issues. Ive submitted this info and asked for staff to contact me to review my experience and charges, Its now been over 48 hours and nobody has yet been in touch
ALEXEY S.The 15' van that I had was a US model with the gauges in MPH. Speed camera limits here range between 30 KPH and 50 KPH. The speedometer needle is 10 KPH wide. The driver experience could be improved if the vehicle instruments were in the same units as the country its being used in.

Keith A.I rented a 26 foot truck. The tires were really bad. They were essentially bald and should not be used in winter. The truck got stuck in a small amount of snow. Returned truck and got no response or anything other then I still had to pay for the truck even though I did not actually use it..
Wilson P.This is nothing specific to your location. But the equipment I rented could use a change. I rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer. The front has no way of sitting up above my trailer hitch it is meant to be picked up off of the ground. This made latching and unlatching a huge task and impossible to do without at least two people helping me. Because of this I won't be renting a trailer again just not useful for me this way.

She is a consumate professional to be sure! The staff are good, some better than others, have been well trainedt and are, for the most part, patient and pleasant. The only reason I left was cost.

We both came near to falling. An hour later it was just slippery but managable. Not sure why you would wax that floor but if it must be done signage should be posted to warn customers. I brought a 3 bedroom and a basement home with me and had to stack my things very high to make it fit into the unit I was given. We made it work but things got squished in the process. Maybe in the future there should be some way to make sure that what the customer books is what they get. Besides that I was happy with my experience.

It was great waking everyone up. Also you had no trucks in three cities surrounding me so I had to get one an hour away and pay the mileage. I moved to London on September 4th and I went in to move all of my stuff out and to cancel and someone told me it was fine and I should just wait until the end of the month and to call them to cancel so I left to London and then on called on September 30th to cancel October 1 payment and someone told me that it was all good and my automatic payments were removed. I then got a voicemail from someone else saying that won't work because the lock was on still, I called them back and a new person answered and explained it to me and I told them I was coming home on the weekend and I could do it then and they said we will still have to charge you for the unit and I had to take it off that day or I'll have to pay. So I called my mom in Kitchener and I asked if she had a key and she didn't. so they called me the next day and said the same thing on October 1st and I told the guy that when I walked in on September 4th to cancel it he told me I was lying and no one would've told me that.

I asked for an upgrade but was denied. Staff wasn't at all helpful. I was told to come back the next morning to ask for an upgrade. I was not able to move in on day 1. Did it on day 2. Upgrade took 10 min. To do the next morning. Could have been done the night before.

I arrived after office hours with my hired 80 dollars per hour living helpers, and we waited for about 1 hour for customer service to pick up my call. The customer service had no way but to tell me to come back the second day. In total, I wasted 3 hours because I cannot get into my storage unit. The 3 hours were completely wasted, and I had to hire them again.
