My first time driving a 10' long truck. I had absolutely no issues/problems whatsoever. It gave me a few hours of feeling as though I was tall considering I am only 4' 11" lol.

Your Canadian online reservation system need technical repairs! This is the second time that I have rented in 3 months. Your online system has a glitch that will not allow you to complete the full registration. You must call customer service only to be told that your system doesn't like Ontario driver license registration input. What??? Isn't that to whole point of online registration in that you can do it yourself without having to call your American office, wait on hold indefinitely and then have to actually go the location to finish your online reservation??? Staff even advise you on the phone that they have a problem with full online registration !! Dahhh Time to fix your glitch. Thank you.

Overall terrible experience. From ordering online, receiving confirming my order but not at the correct time or for the correct timeframe. Only thing they got right was the day I ordered it for. Had to return within 6 hours and could not get in to daughters new place until next day. Received invoice and we were charged a gas surcharge and my husband filled up the tank to where it was previously!!! Never will we use this service again. Overall terrible experience.

My uhaul reservation was changed without notice. This could have cause significant issues with my move if the Fairway location wasn't able to accommodate me. How uhaul change someone reservation from 10am to 6:30pm when I booked over a month in advance?

When you allow booking on-line and indicate a trailer is in stock at a location and have a guarentee a customer shouldn't have to drive to a neighboring city to get it

Reserved a contactless pickup so we wouldn't have to go into the building because of covid. We had to go into building and wait in line then through the building to get to the lot, I know parking is limited and this location is geared more to storage but the truck was in the very back corner of the lot. After completing the online found my truck steps I had to walk all the way back up to the building and wait again to get the key. The staff were all very helpful and very nice but it probably would have been faster and more convenient to just do it the person way.

My license was expired bc of the pandemic and inability to take driver's test. Ministry if transportation has ruled all expired licenses are extended until January 2022. The girl at the counter was very rude to me and told me mine was expired "too long ago" and that I could go to service ontario. I explained I could not bc i need a road test and in my area they are not booking until October 2021. She would not accept my license. I think uhaul needs to understand the implications of the pandemic to drivers licenses and include this in their policies. I was fortunate to have a friend with me who booked on my behalf. This was very stressful and as I needed the uhaul for work to move clients, it was essential that I be able to book a truck. I work in the shelter system and am a housing stability case manager for youth. I was very put off by my experience but what is more important is that if I hadn't had a friend with me, I woukd not have been able to move 3 clients and they woukd have had to remain unhoused or in the shelter system until another uhaul could be booked.

I would not recommend a uhaul as I personally feel uhaul over books their trucks. Nothing towards anyone store..... uhaul is booked online and simply over books there trucks.

The rental truck was clean, when we loading it's begun poring down the rain and some of our valuables got wet. I also rent the truck for 14hrs which is from 5:30pm to 7:30am and we're able to finished after 5hrs and returned truck back to same location. They sent me a bill extra $40+tax with after hours charge. When I picking up the truck I told then I will return the truck earlier, but just in case I may need for max hrs to go, nobody told me there applicable hidden charges.

Sign for pickup parking would stop confusion at office. A guy left his truck in the thru lane next to return lane thus blocking my access to the propper parking spots for registration. Other then this the experience was the reason l pass other uhauls to deal with these guys...they're great.

Scan tag on key ring would help. Scanner at drop box. Scan the tag put in drop box. Then all confirmed instantly that is returned. Can't find in my email where to complete myself. I got about 8 e mails today and can't find how to verify drop off

I was impressed. I had seen mixed reviews but my experience was great. The customer service rep was friendly, patient, kind and informative. She answered all my questions. I don't believe you need to anything differently for next customers, based on my experience. But I think customers need to reciprocate politeness, patience, and gratitude. I get frustrated when I see customers being rude or disrespectful to ay customer service person.

I find it hard to answer whether I would recommend this location since I find all of the Uhaul locations are pretty average and with virtually no competition they don't need to be pleasant in order to keep your business. I ordered a furniture dolly when I placed my order online. They told me they didn't have one when I went to pick up the truck. I said why wouldn't they if it let me choose it on line. I was told they haven't had them for weeks and was not apologetic about it in the least
