Miguel, the assistant manager, is amazing! He is professional, friendly, and funny, but more than this he goes above and beyond what is expected in order to help. I have rented several uhaul trucks at different locations, and this experience by far exceeded them all because Miguel was willing to help find a truck when all odds were against us. Our original pick up location was in Pomona. Truck we reserved was not available and we had to drive an additional 38 miles. In addition, the gas tank was empty (we have pictures of the gas gage). Quite disappointing! This made us late in making two different deliveries today.Robert D.

Where do I start! Over 70 minutes to get a 4 hour rental. Confused staff who couldn't figure out where the keys to the truck were. A bizarre link / app that I'm supposed to figure out how to use to confirm the quality of your product which was unexplained I return a truck with more fuel than I received it with and had to convince the staff that 11 miles driven wouldn't consume a quarter tank of fuel. I received it with 3/4 of a tank returned it with 7/8 and was floored to hear that I should have taken a picture of the fuel gauge before I left and logged it on your bizarre app! WTF! Do you have any concept of customer?! Your processes are glacially slow, antiquated and frankly stupid. Won't be backRONALD H.

This is the second time I have used this location and Uhaul and it's the second time I have received superb and quick service. Even if there's a line, they do their best to get through quickly! Great prices and always in stock, not like other car rental places where they do the bait and switch. I was going to use another place but they were â€œout of stockâ€ with a million cars in the back with their logo and trucks I wanted to use but they wouldn't rent it to me even though I had booked it on the reservation. Not uhaul! Same day reservation, well stocked with moving trucks to rent and super easy and fast service. Won't use anyone else. They're great!denise B.
I drove 4 hours to get this uhaul. I then was told when I arrived I had to drive 2 hours back to get another one because this uhaul was not available. Also I brought the vehicle I wanted to put in the auto transport to ensure it would fit. They said it would. That night I went to load it, and it didn't fit. I usually use Uhaul 15ft trucks from the Foothill and Sierra Location in the city of Fontana, Erick and Sherri are the best they are very good at what they do excellent customer service and always a pleasure to work with keep in mind I go at least once a week and rent for two days 2 units at a time.MANUEL R.

The trailer lights kept failing. The staff admitted they didn't have replacement bulbs. This caused the delay to my work that ultimately required my keeping the equipment over night, which costs more.TINAMARIE L.

U-Haul's very competitive, perhaps best, prices while not imposing a greedy move-in fee is a refreshing surprise. Getting stuff into my 2nd-floor unit without an elevator was a bit awkward, but I'm a better man --pumping iron-- without the noise, and I likely saved time. The office person forgot to give me a map of the units in the hallways, and there's no arrowed marquee and no unit numbers marked at each of the numerous halls of units and stairways leading to the 2nd-floor halls. Unfortunately the storage was not available. Staff offered a storage that was almost double the price so I declined. I reserved the 1st floor 59,99 $. Staff was nice. However, I feel like they wait until customers arrive and then are forced to modify the reservation in order to make more money. Totally unprofessional. The only reason I would not recommend this facility to a friend is because they have regular sized doors instead of the garage pull up doors so it was hard to place things . The height of the storage isn't very high. And the hallways to the storage are narrow . I know this is a storage but they have mouse traps inside of the unit which takes a little space and it's a little sketchy because I've never seen traps inside storage could be a good or a bad thing. If you don't have large couches to move in this space would be good for you . Also Miguel knows how to handle difficult customers. I was helped by him initially and he was very pleasant but when I came back I received another girl which was pleasant as well and then was helped by another girl which complicated certain things because they did not relay messages on .
