I returned the trailer one day early and they gave me a receipt for 80,54 $, but my credit card shows a charge for 120,82 $. What's up with that? Also, I reserved this trailer from your location at 1198 E. Base line in San Bernardino,92410. When I got there they didn't have a working trailer that I had reserved so they transferred me to your Fontana store. When do I receive my 50 $reservation guarantee???ROBERT N.

Even though I saw it upon returning the truck because I questioned the amount and it was pointed out to me I was not made aware of the 99 cent per mile charge. I realize that it's my responsibility to read the contract your representative didn't make mention of it when picking the truck up. The truck was acceptably clean but there were several broken interior parts that needed to be repaired: The driver side sun visor ,the driver side interior door handle and a cubby compartment. All were broken. When putting gas in the truck I found that the screws holding the ring around the fill opening were loose and about to fall out. I don't think I will rent from this location again. One additional issue: I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation time only to see 10 people in line and only one employee attending the desk. This was today Sunday.Roger Z.

Customer service at check in in rude. This is not the 1st tine. There was a key piece of my rental that was not there. When i asked for an explanation, i was told well its not here that's the way it is. we will deduct from your price. No apologies just a very sarcastic commentScott S.

Shorter wait times at the counter. The average wait time is 45 minutes. Assign a representative to check-in/out equipment. I had to connect/disconnect my trailer. You also have a lot of workstations and only one person at the counter.MICHAEL G.

Although, the customer service was good. My experience with getting my truck was terrible. I scheduled a pick up for 7am not knowing it was on a day the facility opened at 9am. My truck was boxed in. I had to wait until 10am to get my rental. The lines were so long (I think because of the holiday) and when I finally got my truck. It smelled like a porter potty. I also rented a appliance dolly and received a utility dolly. This has happened before!DOROTHY M.

They were able to rectify a problem with my reservation. The 26' truck was supposed to be at another location in Rancho Cucamonga but wasn't there when I arrived. I was directed to the Fontana location, and after considerable discussion, they were able to locate a vehicle for me.WILLIAM J.

I reserved a 5 x 9 trailer at noon on a Saturday. To my unfortunate surprise, the trailer was rented out that morning to another customer at 7 am, and would not be back for three days. I kept my cool as I heard the customer service representative telling me this. However, I was seething inside. Fortunately, the customer service representative was absolutely AMAZING, and he asked questions about my needs, and offered a better solution that ended up saving me money. The motorcycle trailer actually worked out better, which also made me happy. Although, I was unhappy about my reservation being â€œunavailableâ€, this location has excellent employees who were able think on their feet, and came up with a solution. This location was ok but only had 1 personnel the counter with a long line. And I was first send to another location to pick up a truck at 8 but they didn't open til 930. So this delayed me whole day and cost me extra money.RYAN E.

1. Impossible to reach them. I waited over 20 minutes on hold to make the reservation. 2. I made it clear I needed a cargo van and was assured that I would get one. When I got there, they said someone extended theirs and I would have to take a small truck at the same price. I could not take this into the housing development. 3. When I went out to get the truck I saw a cargo van waiting to be picked up. I was there first...why did someone else take preference over me? Was not happy with truck. It used about double the gas that a van would have used. Fuel cost to go under 100 miles was nearly 50 $. Should have only been 25 $max. Fuel gauge indicated it was not full when I got it. When I refilled it I didn't have the time to play with it to fill it up to the point it was when I picked it up. Poor management. 4. Check out process take far too long. They then sent me out to do the check out on my phone with no assistance. 5. Return process went very smooth. Employee was very helpful.Steven J.

The lady who help me there at foothill fontana,she do my paper works for almost 1 and half hours and when I saw the storage that I want to renting my furniture not even fit in that small storage and it’s all the way on top how I’m going to put my big refrigerator,there is a stair..waisting my time that moment...and the lady who’s helping me the line was very long and she’s always talking about her drama take me for ever and I just cancell my reservation cuz the storage was very tiny and I ask first is the fridge and couch fit to that storage she said yes,omg when I saw the storage tiny small,really waste my timeHELEN B. | Premières impressions

Sherrie was awesome during my check in. For some reason I can never use the self check in so I have to cone inside and the employees are always so friendly and helpful and this time was no exception. Even when the system had glitches and phone calls coming in Sherrie maintained a friendly and customer centered attitude. I really enjoy renting from this location.KELLY D.
Rented a 20 foot uhaul truck on a Saturday morning. Nice, Friendly staff. Used the truck and returned it on Sunday afternoon one hour before their closing time. The return process was faster than expected. I handed the keys to the employee in the parking lot and asked him how I should proceed. Was kindly told there was nothing else to do and I could leave. As instructed, I left the property with no issues. The next day (monday) I received a call from a u-haul employee telling me they had not received their truck and asking when they should expect me to return it. I told the employee I had already returned the truck the day before. I expressed my concern with the employee about any unecessary charges and I was told not to worry about it as I was not the only customer this has happened to on this weekend. I haven't checked my credit card but this is kind of scary to see what charges I will be charged with due to their oversight.ANTONIO C.

Unfortunately the storage was not available. Staff offered a storage that was almost double the price so I declined. I reserved the 1st floor 59,99 $. Staff was nice. However, I feel like they wait until customers arrive and then are forced to modify the reservation in order to make more money. Totally unprofessional. The only reason I would not recommend this facility to a friend is because they have regular sized doors instead of the garage pull up doors so it was hard to place things . The height of the storage isn't very high. And the hallways to the storage are narrow . I know this is a storage but they have mouse traps inside of the unit which takes a little space and it's a little sketchy because I've never seen traps inside storage could be a good or a bad thing. If you don't have large couches to move in this space would be good for you . Also Miguel knows how to handle difficult customers. I was helped by him initially and he was very pleasant but when I came back I received another girl which was pleasant as well and then was helped by another girl which complicated certain things because they did not relay messages on .
