Dawn F.At some point during my storage (at least 10 years) there was flooding and some of my belongings were destroyed. Possibly even multiple flooding events. There appears to be a drain channel of some kind in the back of the storage unit so it seems that flooding is expected…? I would not recommend because for the continuous rent price increases- you should not have to deal with regular flooding.

Couldn't get my truck until the attendant dealt with a total of four people - there is not enough space to park trucks outside of storage facility and he was alone so could not leave his office until everyone dealt with…polite but very inefficient

Jeff M.Scheduling needs to do better by contact customers and more equipment should be added in North Texas. Every customer service representative stated “North Texas is short of equipmentâ€. Texas is the number one place to move to. That alone should tell uhaul that they need to ramp the equipment for no one get rescheduled 3 times and at the very last time. It's unprofessional and we're just expected to take a “I'm sorryâ€. My next move I will NOT use uhaul anymore. It's sad because I've you've uhaul for over 15 years. My business and move will just go else where.
Jeremy L.The entire experience of this rental was fantastic - can't think of any ways to make improvements. The vehicle had a full tank of gas, which made me REAL happy, as it's frustrating renting a vehicle that needs fuel before I can even start my trip. The owner/manager was on top of every aspect of this rental. She had everything ready for me when I picked up the vehicle and when I dropped it off. An extremely positive experience!
CYNTHIA T.When I picked up the van, I had a pleasant customer service experience but when I dropped the van off the customer service experience was horrible. The door was locked even though it was 9 am. When the male representations opened the door he walked out without saying hello or I'll be with you in second. I did notice he greeted the white male customer. Also when I inquired about something on my receipt he raised his voice at me. in a confrontational and rude tone. My husband also experienced this rude behavior a few weeks ago when he rented from the same man. Because of this behavior I would not recommend anyone else to visit this location.

Definitely will share the Great Service with Friends family and others. Did have a concern , notice quite a few people hanging out in their storage buildings for quite a long time look like they were trying to live in there. ?

He then told me how they start closing at 6:30, 6:45 no more check-ins because at 7 they close. He was not real pleasant/friendly. I may have caught him at a bad time- almost closing. The facility was clean.
Lewis K. | Premières impressionsMy unit was ransacked badly and all my valuables stolen, the management will not share the information contained in their system with me, UHaul corporate won't help in anyway, had to of been an inside job, because I had beautiful heavy pieces of furniture in there, placed at the back and a lot of time would of been needed to get all those pieces out. Massive disappointment and dissatisfaction with UHaul at this point!! My items were irreplaceable 100 %

Upon arriving to pick up the truck, the owner said I had to have it back by 12:30 because she booked another family at 1:00, and was told if I didn't have it back by 12:30 then I'd be charged a $50 fee. Why would you book someone else at the same time I was dropping off? I was not prepared to have the vehicle back earlier. I was late dropping off the vehicle, and arrived at 1:07. Again owner was rude and charged $20 instead of $50 to “be nice.†I will never return here.

Colton H.I scheduled the rental so that I could do it from my iPhone but, the transaction could not be completed because it kept asking me for the same information over and over again. I had to go in the office and then required more than I was asked such as two different contacts, DL, and didn't even ask me about my insurance. Additionally, I was there a little after 3 and was waiting, the phone registration wasn't going in so the attendant started helping the customer that arrived after me and COMPLETED that transaction that made me late for picking up the stuff I needed to pick up. Additionally, I was given the van less than hours. It was very frustrating!

BOBBY DWAYNE JR M.The truck was horrible. In order to keep it straight you had to have the steering wheel turned to the right. The radio volume would decrease and increase on its own. When starting the vehicle there was a loud squeal like sound, either the timing belt or something worse. No automatic door locks or window controls. This was a horrible vehicle. Take this old truck out of service.

Candace N.Worst customer service I've ever had with u-haul. Attendant never even left the office to check truck with me. I got to my old address, loaded up and started it the check engine light immediately came on.i called office where I was rudely told, “ There is nothing I can do to help you. You need to call roadside assistance and wait on them.†I was on a tight moving schedule and didn't have time to wait. They had another of the same truck in there lot they tried to tell me was reserved but I past that lot all night on my way moving what I could and it never left! In fact when I returned the truck it was still there. There were workers going to their car as I got there and I wanted to make sure I was returning it right and was told, “ just get on the website†and they went about there business walking back and forth the whole time I was trying to work my way through the website. Forgot to mention, I called to try and extend my reservation in case I broke down and was told they had double booked. It was reserved out again before I was even due to return it! Needless to say I wasn't able to complete my move and ended up reserving another truck in Dallas ( where I needed to go ) for Wednesday and hiring moving help because I no longer had help for that day. Again very disappointed and will look into other means if I ever move again.

I was warned, by a few friends, of the lack of professionalism at that location; however I ignored it because of location and convenience, a mistake I won't make again.

Despite James inappropriate behavior your other employee whom name I don't know represented Uhaul very well. I have worked in management a number of years but I have never since it with my own eyes the code of conduct broken in so many ways on a job by an employee. There needs to be a sit down with James immediately before he cause your company some serious HR issues.
