Tracy Hugle, manager, was extremely helpful and understanding. I am serving as an estate administrator having to wait for responses from attorney and court. She was very cooperative and knows her business very well. I recommend her and the facility without reservation.

They did offer to look at it a couple of times but with very short notice at their convenience not mine. The facility is very poorly maintained and looks it. I no longer felt safe visiting my unit plus I needed help to raise door.

I had to get a police report and I reported to Corporate. My treatment with her was not pleasant and I was already upset that I was violated after all these years .
