The uhaul was dirty in the inside as if it was never cleaned but other than that the customer service was great!

Very bad customer service at the counter. Charge the incorrect rates for the dolly and furniture transport and unable to provide you the reimbursement at the moment you faced them with the issue. Very disappointed!
WANDA PThey unhooked the trailer for me and they parked the trailer by walking it over. The guy said not heavy at all. The guy said you're good sir. So they sent me an email stated the trailer was checked in. Very nice people. Everyone from Uhual was nice and had great customer service., which is hard to come by now a days.

Tony OThis location had many U-Hauls to choose from. Although I thought I needed a 15' truck, I ended up renting the 20' truck because they were all sold out of the smaller truck. They were willing to accommodate and although the truck had a few pieces of trash in it, it was great overall!
BRITTANY TI have several U-Haul location options close by to me. I frequently rent utility trailers to haul building or other materials I always use this location as first choice. I always have a positive experience. In and out, no issues.

Jonneekia WHonestly, the staff was unprofessional, took a very long time to get us a truck. The truck was filthy inside with garbage. I used the truck for 2hr and returned it with way more gas than when I picked it up and before closing at 7:00pm. They proceeded to charge my card an additional $110 for a 3-day rental and gas. I called and after an hour on hold and talking to a Rep, she said I need to call an 800 number. Just a simple 10' truck for 2 hours and they managed to mess it up in every way possible - very poor experience.

The personnel were efficient, but not customer friendly. The after hours return app process was challenging and not clearly defined. I realize that corporate input is limited at individual locations, but U-Haul can do better!

I am a loyal customer to uhaul and that location I have over 15 rentals because of great workers like Derek and also the great manager at this location that saved the reservation for my truck while I was standing in line to pick it up.

The lady at the counter when we arrived told us to leave it at the front with the keys in it and she will check it back in. That now creates distrust and I do t want to be charged extra or be spoken to in a way that is unacceptable due to employees error. Other wise I loved my prior experience. Thank you for asking and listening for your process improvements.

LOVELL LTruck had sticky substance on floor and near cup holder. Truck had jerky motions at times when driving. No lights were on. Brake pedal was down. Bad customer service. No urgency to help. Bad communication on location of the truck during pickup time. truck was not ready for pickup. I had to walk the entire parking lot to find the truck then go back inside to learn the truck was inside the locked gate. Had to then wait for someone to come get the truck key to walk outside to get the truck. Took too much time. When I returned the truck my location was not picking up although my settings were on Allow to see my location. Anywho, I could not locate the location barcode. 3 workers were there ignoring my request for help and walked outside right past me. I had to stop them to get an answer on the location barcode

JOHN RTruck I was given was in poor shape mechanically. Brakes were bad. Was hard to stop and pedal felt very spongy. When I dropped it off told staff about it and the guy at the drop off said I think this is the one that the brake booster is out on. Not very good that you have a truck with a known mechanical issue and you are continuing to rent it out. Secondly I reserved an appliance dolly and was told when I come to pick up that they didn't have any. I understand mistakes happen. But when there are several mistakes in one interaction it's just poor service.

She didn't have pamphlets to explain how to drop the vehicle after hours and she didn't have the patience/time to explain it to me. I don't know yalls system, sorry. Maybe a different location even though it will be out of the way. It just made my day start off bad. There's always tomorrow.

On occasion I was told there was a truck reserved for me at the current location and it was not there. I was sent to Uhaul at the airport. The $1 move-out charge made my negative experiences vanish. Thank you for that blessing it certainly beat paying the $500 I owed!!!

So needless to say, if we needed to take anything in/out of the unit we had to hike the stairs. We were charged every month full rent and were inconvenienced for almost a year. Elevators were fixed on March 27, 2024. I complained locally and to corporate multiple times and nothing was ever done. I can go on and on about the situation but it's not worth me getting upset any longer. We moved out on March 28, 2024. Terrible location and company overall.

Abigail D | Premières impressionsI have run into several problems while renting a storage unit here. I will list them chronologically. When I moved in, I was assigned and unit. When I went to access the unit for the first time, there was a red store lock on it already. I went back down and requested assistance, when we returned up to my unit, there were already a bunch of furniture in it. I was told that I was going to use another unit nearby. My friends and I moved all of the stuff into it, then was told never mind, I would be using the original storage unit. We then had to move everything out of the unit we had just filled, and into the original unit after the staff emptied it out and moped the floor. Sometime around July/August of '23, the elevator was broken. As of move out date over 6 months later, it is still broken. Seeing as my storage unit is on the 3rd floor and I had heavy appliances in it like a washer, you can imagine how frustrating that is. I doubt I will ever rent anything from this particular U-haul again due to poor experiences with the truck rental and U-box rental as well. This is unacceptable. Please fix your facility.

However, after the first, smaller, truck was unloaded the staff was able to locate an outside large enough space for all my belongings and my movers were willing to complete the moving of the first load the following week so everything is in one large unit. So for everything; I reserved a large unit. It was given away. I then had to reserve 2 smaller units, but finally was able to get a large unit a day later and was able to combine all belongings. The whole thing was a real challenge but the staff was very kind and helpful.

I've complained a long time ago about the pest control, but no one did anything about it. I have pictures and video from my unit after I moved out, and it's disgusting. The only contents I had in there were papers, furniture, mattress/box springs that were in bags, and clothes. The ironic thing was that this facility kept raising the cost because of "improvements", but I never saw any improvements to this facility. I will never use this facility again, will not ever recommend anyone to use this facility, and will advise people against using this facility.
