When I reserved my trails I got 1 price, when I came to pick it up I got another. The person who was there when I picked it up was not at all friendly and didn't seem to care at all about my questions, she didn't listen and put the wrong return time. . The person who did my reservation was great, talkative, and helpful. The actual pick up/hookup and drop off were good both of the yard persons were friendly and helpful .PAUL H.

Upon the return of my rental, I was told you go outside and find an attendant and give them the keys then I could leave. I told the clerk that I was expecting a refund for my unused mileage. He told me that it would be automatically returned to my card and to just go find an attendant. Needless to say that's what I did and the attendant didn't check mileage or fuel level. Later on that day I received a call asking when I was going to return the rental and I explained to the young lady that I returned it within two hours after renting it. She said she look into it and take care of it. I still haven't received my refund and I'm very upset because I knew I was being told wrong information upon the return of my rental. The guy that gave me the instructions was very unprofessional with me and it was unacceptable. The young lady that did my rental very professional and pleasant. I will not use this local again however.ANGELA D.

This is the second time in 1 month that I rented a truck from a Uhaul location. The first time was in Amarillo,Tx. Both times I did not get my receipt emailed to me. Please send me my receipt from this last rental.JOHN L.

The virtual check in agent didn't introduce or explain the verification process I didn't realize I needed someone as a reference or I'd have prepared someone. It would be nice not to have to go into the store still doesn't the key if you do virtual. It was a little tricky finding the drop box in the dark but overall good experience. Customer service (2 ladies) that were helping people check out were efficient and friendly. I had a terrible experience trying to use the mobile app to get my rental. The rep that called me hung up on me when I started to complain about the process. It took me 20 minutes to try to submit the information online (picture, pictures of drivers license, and contact information). The cell phone reception and WiFi at the Uhaul location were terrible so it was very difficult to hear him and then he hangs up on me when I complained about the long online process. I ended up going into the lobby and checking out, took about 5 minutes. Improvements are needed for checking in and getting your loaner online. I am technically competent and do everything else online.VILADDA V.
