I have no improvement recommendations. Michael and the owner were amazing. We had an issue involving my mother in law that is homeless. They made it were we could rent a vehicle and get storage. They are great, and thank you for everything. Thanks for going above and beyond!

I been calling for the past 30 minutes I left 50 dollars in gold coins in my rental No one at ft worth u haul is answering the phone to help me
There was nothing wrong with the vehicle when I returned it they didn't have me sign any paperwork to or do a work around with me. They already took the money out of my account stating everything was fine. The next day I get charge for damage on the van they didn't call me to see or verify what happened so now $150 gets taken out of my account with no explaination besides a damage report in the report it says unknown costumer if I rented the van how am I a unknown costumer? Now if something was damage I'll own up to it and pay it but there was nothing wrong with this van upon return. This just sounds a little fishy I rent from uhaul all the time but we won't be back I'll go to budget or somewhere else don't waste your time and money.

Michael was amazing both times I recently visited U-Haul. Very professional and helpful. Even one morning when he was left short handed. Handled the pressure very well and continued to provide an excellent customer experience.
One thing I couldn't understand, when I made the reservation, there was a location closer to my home with the item I wanted to rent. It was available for a one day rental. But when I tried to make a two day rental for the same item it suddenly wasn't available. I'm not sure why U-Haul with all there locations couldn't re-rout another trailer to the location closer to me instead of having me drive the extra distance for an item that suddenly wasn't available. I'm not sure if it's the location or U-Haul but this isn't the first time it's happened. Otherwise everything was fine.
The person that helped me gave above average customer service. It was appreciated.

Mr. Adam & Mr. Michael was professionally pleasant and warming. My experience was amazing. Mr. Adam patience & courtesy made my move worth doing.
I did have trouble with self check out and check in. Checking out I still ended up having to go in to store to check out truck and checking truck in I had to wait at parking lot 2 hours to speak to someone to check truck in. So I was not happy at not being able to do the self service.
Michael is very helpful and humble. Corporate staff from U haul mess the thing but Thanks to Michael (Manager) for his help and clarification. I would recommend this centre. Thanks
Service was great he was very helpful and polite
The clerk was very nice. The original place chosen was closed. The 2nd place did not take trailers so finding this location and having the clerk be so nice was a good way to end the day. I could not get anyone to respond to the online chat or answer a phone in a timely manner. (The location was closing soon and I needed to change my drop off location.) We did not have time to find a safe place to pull over and wait 30-45 minutes for someone to answer our calls. It would be really nice if you reach stores directly instead of having to go through an automated system. Posting local numbers is deceiving when they all route through your automated system.
I had to waist a lot of time to get a Uhall. I have a very bad experience of this time Uhall service.
One employee in entire store . He was very rude with a “better-than†mentality.
Sign says to stay in your truck and someone will come to you to return vehicle. Employee was sitting in an office inside. Employee did not wear a mask.
They need better customer skills the guy was really rude and when i first got there he acted like he didnt notice me an took foevever to come out and help last time i rent a uhaul here!!! You dont get customers with a attitude like that.

Check the tire wear. My truck had a bald tire that probably would've blown out while hauling all my possessions and towing my truck and could have resulted in a disaster for both myself and other drivers on the road. The staff is really nice though. However, I'm not sure who's responsibility it is to check the condition on the equipment, but having a blowout on the trailer and having a bald tire on the truck is inexcusable. That is not the quality of equipment I've been accustomed to using U-Haul and I'm quite perturbed by my recent experience. Next time I'll be sure to inspect the equipment and make sure it's safe to haul my possessions over 400 miles. You guys can do better than this.
Don't let homeless people on the site, a homeless man was asking the site manager for money and then the site manager directed the individual to me to ask for money, very un- comfortable and un- professional.

We were only 10 minutes late with the rental and they charged us $20 freaking dollars we drove from Florida you would of thought they would of been kind and understand only 10 mins late she was owner
We would've given 5 stars as we like the staff there so much. However, our unit leaked water onto our belongings. Most of our items up against the side walls were damp/moldy. Unit 1012
