The check in representative was absolutely knowledgeable and very helpful

Mickey BDue to lack of security and security gates, my storage unit was broken into and all of my most valuable items, including a 60 inch television as well as washer and dryer were stolen… if the facility will not provide a secure gated facility then they should at least have an overnight on-site security guard that can secure the premises to protect the customers property during after hours.

WILLIAM MI would like to say to all out there that when you get stranded at the airport, and they have no cars to rent one way, go to U-HAUL and get you the smallest box truck , put your luggage in and go home. I have used U-HAUL twice because there were no cars available . Once from Houston to Sulphur La. Out of pocket about $320 that includes fuel. Last time 12-27-2024 we got a nice new truck ,very clean.The other time was from Dallas to Sulphur, for some reason it was cheaper, they give you enough miles so you don't have to pay more., no more stress at the airport car rental lines. Now I must say that this is good for two people only, you don't want passengers in the rear of the truck that's not safe nor is it legal. Go U-HAul

Holly LI've had very bad experiences with moving companies and every step of the way, everyone at uhaul was so incredibly lovely. I called several times to ask questions and they were all answered! I last minute changed dates on the app and everything went smoothly. Everything was pleasant.
Rebecca SMy original reservation request location failed to fulfill my reservation that was submitted 2 weeks prior without notice before the day of pickup. I was sent 40 minutes away to pickup an available truck that had a minimal amount of fuel to get to a fuel station to be able to get to my destination to load up for my move. I do not believe the location personnel are at fault, but rather the entire U-Haul entity as a whole that has failed to support their team members and manage their resources to fulfill the needs of their customers that so desperately rely on the services of U-Haul at these most vulnerable moments of our lives. U-Haul can do better, I believe it so.

I came in to rent a truck for two hours to move a sofa and chair for my son, and Chris assisted me and another customer simultaneously. I feel rushed due to this unnecessary incident. If I'm unnecessarily charged after I was told by two U-Haul managers that the fee will be waived. However y'all keep charging my card or sending me receipt after our discussion. I can't keep my mouth shut especially if this was only offered to put me in debt. Knowing the reason I really had to leave my unit early. The manager at the location was nice and nothing but unstanding very helpful. Just hope and pray their have better staff tg

Terry C | Premières impressionsWorst Uhaul store ever. The store owner (white. blonde hair, blue eyes, in 40-50s, hair in ponytail) is rude & unprofessional. I called the day before and the day of and her staff confirmed my auto transport is reserved and 100 % ready for me. I then call about an hour before my pickup time to inform the store I'm running a few minutes late and the owner says the auto transport is no longer available before disconnecting the call. I go to the store with truck & auto transport to get my stuff from the storage unit and the owner stops her staff from unhooking the auto transport for me (I said I would drive the car). I begged the owner to help me as I was already late to my destination due to her canceling my autotransport reservation at the last hour and therefore I had to also get new movers who took another hour. I was crying the entire time. Store owner wouldn't even look at me and yelled "get out of my face". I then called support and support called her. She yelled " you called corporate on me". Only then did she go to my truck but only stood there while my movers were unhooking the auto transport. They told her they need help as they never did this before and she still did not bring her staff to hook or unhook the auto transport. At the store counter I told her I need to check out only to then find my storage unit is still active the next day.
