Only thing better, is if it drove itself.... or had a bed behind the seats.... Everything on the U-Haul transaction was smooth and the truck was fantastic. Wish my own vehicle had A/C as cold... My only thing that could have put me more at ease, is if there was something one could do to kill the engine when one has to sleep at night in a hotel. Such as a key WITH A CHIP IN IT, that makes "only that key" specific to "that truck" That way no thief can steal a truck... But all n all,,, everything was greatKEVIN G.

I would recommend maybe offering trailer electrical adapters for rent. Our vehicle didn't have the proper port for the trailer we rented and the associate we worked with was very helpful in finding us the right one but unfortunately it was only for purchase. This was our first and probably our last time towing any load (we purchased a motorcycle and had to get it home. One time trip) and we did not have a need for the adapter. I think renting it out would be a great solutionHarsh M.

Location was great! Justin & Dominique took excellent care of me at pickup and drop off. BUT, I am thoroughly disappointed with the reservation process. I confirmed my rental 10 days in advance. Received email indicating it was confirmed. Found out someone was supposed to contact me. The original equipment I reserved was not held for me nor was it at the location where I reserved.
