Ladie was very rude, was concerned about my gas credit, I think it bullshit that I was given a truck with no gas and still haven't gotten my gas credit. I had to pay 100 $in gas when I only should of paid 50 $.

My truck was filthy and smelled horrible. I put my purse on the seat for about an hour and it still smells bad 2 days later. I'll have to wash it to get the smell out. The brakes in the truck were terrible, and the check engine light was on.

The equipment ordered to help move the furniture was not in the truck as promised. I was unable to move without the dolly. I had to return the truck unused and was still charged for the rental. I called support and was told there was nothing that he could do as the store was closed and he suggested I call customer service. I immediately made that call and was told they could see my comments on the rental return and someone from that location would be calling me about the complaint. I still have not received a call. I am very dissatisfied.

Truck share service instructions were unclear. I completed my online check-in the afternoon before renting the truck and was not prompted to complete any additional steps to ensure my rental was ready. Truck was not available at 7:30 as scheduled.

Staffing definitely needs to be increased. The young woman at the desk shouldn't have had to deal with the high volume of people all on her own. She did a great job, but we were still left with a lot if questions after we got the keys because she didn't have time to go into the details with us (and that's not her fault). The line was out the door, and employees deserve proper support at work.

I had problems getting in contact with management when I needed help. When I signed up for automatic payment arrangement they would charge my bank card twice every month, I would have to call for the inconvenience. I was promised a discount for signing for automatic payments and never received it. After I moved my stuff out of storage I found that I am missing a lot of my stuff, I am missing pictures for my decorations, lamps, and a few boxes of clothes. I do not know where they are or why they would be missing

I was told that I would receive a receipt from Uhaul to show me the mileage used and how much was put back on my card. I didn't receive that message, but still need to know the information. When someone says they are going to do something they should follow through.

I drove all the way from Lafayette, IN at 8am on a Sunday because I was told this was the only location that had a truck for me. When I got there, I was informed my reservation was not in their system at all. They said we had to wait until 9am to actually call U-Haul corporate to figure out what changed with the reservation. We called corporate at 9am and were told our reservation was no longer assigned a location. We finally got help from someone, but we could not pick up our items until later that afternoon (caused us to be moving until 1am).

The truck was dented in the driver side and it was difficult to close and the passenger seat belt was broken. The clerk was fine and respectful but the truck was in need of repair.

I was trying to rent moving blankets and fill propane tanks. Even though the central reservations person told me they had blankets in stock they didn't. There is clearly no connection between reservations and the store. In addition, there was no one at the store certified to fill propane tanks - so after 3 separate visits, I gave up. The local team was understaffed and disengaged. They made no attempt to answer their own phones, so everything rolled to central reservations who were ABSOLUTELY no help. Terrible customer service - they wasted so much of my time running back and forth to the store to check things in person - I would never recommend this location and won't use Uhaul again after this experience. One of the employees was also actively trying to get people to pay for moving supplies in cash - which seemed very shady.

No communication. Don't answer the phone. Physically returned my rental to the store during business hours because I wanted to understand my total. They did not have time to do so. Card was charged for much higher amount than anticipated. Receipt was not emailed as promised. Had to call 800 customer service just to get detailed explanation of bill.

The return lane was blocked in the morning, I had nowhere to park the 26ft truck, had to park the truck on the street to walk inside and figure out where to park it at... its a busy 6 lane street.

I requested a truck 2 miles from my house. U Haul changed the pickup location to 22 miles from my house on the other side of Indy. Lucky it was on a Saturday or I would've cancelled the transaction!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

All of the staff at this location was respectful, friendly, courteous and just Awesome. If you send in secret shoppers to the other locations [pendelton pike] with adults well beyond their 30s and the young adults at the[ keystone ave] they will put them to shame. With staff like them keystone is my set location. Moving is stressful enough. Those types of people keep your customers coming back. This was for my mom. I was done with Uhaul after my last experience. My reservation was switched to a terrible far places that costs me more than I ever paid when using yaw. Those young adults renewed my faith in yaw.

I've only had my storage unit for a few days, however it's clean, accessible by car or Mass transit, indoors with Indoor/outdoor security cameras with 7am-11pm accessibility. Only grip is there's no elevator, so plan to walk with items up to 3 flights of stairs & or the incline walkway to side entrance.

Everything was great except all the debris from the ceiling??? Mice or rot or something created a bunch of saw dust like substance that covered our belongings in the back of the unit we rented. All else was well.

The layout was a lie, there is no easy access to the 2nd or 3rd floor. The units doors don't even go to the ground, so our goal or storing a piano was quickly met with failure. We didn't even bother breaking that tag of the storage unit we just left and requested our contract be canceled. I've never seen such a sad excuses for a storage unit, especially considering it cost the same amount a proper storage unit would cost.

I was told by the phone reservationist the facility had a freight elevator to move my furniture to the 3rd floor, so I accepted a third floor unit. When I got to the facility, I learned there was no elevator in the facility. When checking in, the service agent didn't appear how to input data into the computer. He kept making mistakes and had to redo most items. When I asked if this basic info was in the system because I provided it when I made the reservation. He responded, " Don't get me started about the call center." My movers were waiting to unload their truck and were getting quite impatient. They estimated my fee based on time and had not allowed for a 30 minute check in at the storage unit. These things need to be addressed by management and corrected if I am to recommend U Haul.

humidity control (musty,, mildew) is understandably sub-optimal on units with outside walls; single dehumidifier for large square foot facility - more of a facility design issue (U-Haul corporate vs. local management); less of a problem for units central to building Bill Meguschar. and staff do a fine job - good service, friendly, helpful, work to resolve any issues and in general a pleasure to do business with; would recommend to others and use in the future cost increases were regular and not as price competitive as some, but I utilized the facility for longer than expected (ended up with 2 units @150 $300 $/mo total for over a year) so this was inevitable many thanks, Bill Ellison

Recommend putting in ramps and remove the stairs by the unloading docks. It was a pain using one cart to unload things from the trailer, then transfer to another cart and then push stuff to the unit.

The service was exceptional! I give it 5 stars. The storage facility is clean, but is multi-level with stairs and no freight elevator. There is a steep ramp. Loading is precarious and a safety issue.
