We had a 26' truck and the attic area had a leak in it. It poured rain all day and EVERYTHING in the attic area was soaked. This was only surpassed by the extremely rude representative at pickup. We couldn't find our truck because it was behind the building and she was zero help. When we got the key there was two in lockbox so we took both, obviously because that was our box and the second key was assumed to be for the lock on the back. Well someone had accidentally put two keys into the box and it was for another vehicle. The rep called me VERY rudely and demanded I bring it back. I told her we were in the middle of moving and she could come get it (4 blocks away). When she finally came hours later, she snapped some extremely demeaning and rude comments to me and went into the truck, go the key and left. I'll never be using this location again. Moving is stressful enough, add in moving in the rain, a rude representative and then dozens of boxes and furniture getting soaked and it was a MISERABLE experience.

The engine light and low tire lights were on. The check engine light was on on a previous rental also. As a result I could not read the odometer. And I don't expect to have to wait in line to get key when I pick the no contact option. Location is convenient.

The gentlemen that helped me when I picked it up and then when I returned it were very nice and professional. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn't want to be there and when she handed me my license back, she just stuck it out without even looking at me. So rude, but typical of some people these days...unfortunately..

Very poor service from employee that checked me in. Gave me the keys took me outside a pointed to the rental. No walk around to see if truck had any damage prior to my departure. Had reserved a hand truck needless to say it was not loaded and found that out when I started to load. She also completed the rental on a reservation that I had cancelled and Uhaul had sent me a message confirming the cancellation. This has caused a problem with my credit card account. Needless to say not impressed!!!!

They should make it clear that they do have off street parking available for customers. I was told to park on Columbus St., which led me to believe I was responsible for finding on street parking while I used their vehicle. They have customer parking available, it just happens to be on Columbus St. Very nice staff!! I will use them again.

I paid for insurance on the move. The ridiculously expensive trailer to rent I got leaked and ruined furniture of mine. Apparently the insurance doesn't cover what I wanted to insure. I also paid for roadside assistance just to eliminate that concern as well. My car broke down a quarter of a way through my cross country trip. Not only would they not help with my car, they wouldn't even tow my trailer to a safe space while my car was fixed. My advice, go somewhere else. U-Haul is a massive rip off.

We rent ALOT from this location for our real estate business and we were running late today and could not fill the gas tank. When we got it there was only 1/4 tank and they charged us $30 for the gas and another $30 admin fee. I called to discuss and was told its policy. We feel like as loyal customers the manager could have made an exception on the fee but they chose not to. Therefore we choose to stop using them. Our money can be spent somewhere else where we feel valued. Thanks

You need a better online check in. The site would not accept my credit card online and it would not save the reservation. You should be able to check in online and pull up to get your equipment without having to go into the store

The employees were not wearing masks. I asked the employee who helped me to pull her mask up and she reacted aggressively. It's a shame because the location is so convenient for me, but I will never go back after the way she behaved

My pick up location was moved twice on the day I was to pick up my uhaul. Then 30 min before I was to pick up my moving truck and hand cart and 2 furniture dollies from the new location, I was called and left a message that the location did not have the furniture dollies. I tried to call back and I was transferred to a call center that said there was nothing they could do. The charge was still on my reservation. I did the move and was late by 3 hours returning the truck due to the fact that the move took longer because I did not have the dollies. I did the after hours drop off and disputed my bill due to the fact I did not get what I reserved. I was then called at 8 am by someone at uhaul billing who was very rude. First thing they said was I was late and that is why they are charging me the extra day of rental. I asked her if she read my comments on why I was disputing the bill. She said no. I explained that I did not receive the furniture dollies and that is why the move took longer. They did nothing to help or offer to get me in contact with a manager. I will never use uhaul again. Customer service is horrible and of the 4 people I spoke with on the phone, no one had answers or had a solution.all they said it was not their department. No one at uhaul seems to care about customer service and satisfaction.

I ordered a dolly and furniture pads online, but I don't think that was communicated well to the staff because they didn't have them for me. Other than that hiccup, the uhaul location there was great, everything went really well!

The trailer was not "dirty" when I pick it up. however, when I opened the trailer it had a pile of moving blankets strewn in a corner with a hand truck and moving dolly on top. The trailer had obviously not been opened when it was returned, so no cleaning was done. I returned the items when I brought the trailer back.

Great hospitality. They were very accommodating with having us leave our 26 foot truck in the lot overnight while we stayed in a nearby hotel.We picked it up very early the next morning to unload. This was over the top hospitality.

I had to tow a vehicle but was given the wrong type of trailer to haul the type of vehicle I had, I was told I could not drop off and pick up at a more local uhaul facility that had the correct trailer and had to drive an additional 50 miles with the uhaul truck to go pick up the correct trailer. rear wheel vehicles can not be towed on a dolly without disconnecting the drive shaft, for some people they would not know this, and leaves an opportunity for someone who is not educated on this to ruin drive train items on there vehicle. The towing vehicle option could be better coded to understand the vehicle they input better to prevent customer damage to vehicles.

The online app would not work when I tried to return the truck the previous evening. So I had to keep it for anther night, adding mileage and using more gas as I had to bring it back to my hotel overnight.

Good location and convenient. Felt secure and met my needs for the time. Not sure why, but all the staff seem to be miserable working there. Not friendly at all. Also, the recurring payment choice never worked, and each month I had to call and hope they would remove late fee.

This is the only place that I know of that charges twice as much than anyone else to store items in a flood plain, Of course there is no grace period for paying the rent, even if you can’t get to the storage area due to a flood. Just out of curiosity, if the storage area were flooded and stayed flooded for 6 months straight, would you still charge rent for those six months during which our items were under water? I will not be back and neither will anyone that I speak with.

There need to be trash cans more centrally located within the Uhaul storage area itself, the fact that we had to walk all the way around the entire building to get to the dumpster was extremely time consuming and ill-efficient. Clearly others feel the same way because there was constantly trash strewn through out the corridors. There is always a super long line in the customer service area and oftentimes associates who are unwilling and uninterested in helping whatsoever. On several occasions we had issues with Carol, who was not only demeaning, and apathetic but has the customer service ability of a dirty diaper. Sadly enough, she is the Manager or Owner!! As the highest on payroll she deserves a severe demotion and someone else needs to run that place. The only thing this place has going for it is its location and proximity to downtown. That and theres a young man who works there named TJ who is the diamond in the rough at that place. He works mostly outside, in the heat, helping to return and clean out the Uhauls. Our interaction with him was the only positive experience we can glean from patronizing with this Uhaul. He deserves a raise and a promotion for maintaining a positive attitude, being helpful, dilligent, willing to go above and beyond for the customer, all amidst clearly poor conditions and management that he has to work with. I hope his spirit doesnt get broken by the terrible attitudes of his colleagues and I hope UHAUL as a company regonizes his hard work and enacts stricter guidelines for the rude "managment" and "Customer service" agent you all have employed there.

Mike was the ONLY employee that I wanted to deal with - All others parked cars in front of the units(and in handicap)leaving no spaces although we asked them politely not to. This is why we left.
