Robert M. | Overall ExperienceA very secure building, the double card entry was a brilliant idea, but the storage spaces had no lighting which is the norm but the hallways didn’t have significant lighting either so the storage space didn’t receive any ambient lighting.

Robert M. | First ImpressionsI completed my discharge process online. I completed the process well before my next payment date. I will still send a bill in the mail. I have a discharge email stating that my discharge was complete. I follow all the steps and I took all the pictures and I sent the pictures in and I kept the email that I was sent for proof of my discharge.

Codi M. | Overall ExperienceFor question number five, I stalled because there are some maintenance issues. The ceiling area in the storage facility needs some work as it appears to have had a lot of leaking issues for a long time. They do their best to clean it and deal with the leaks. One of the men that works with the trucks, coming and going , always made himself available to help me carry, lift, and place items in my vehicle. I never had to ask and he always made himself available. He was particularly polite, professional, helpful and kind.
Patricia S. | Overall ExperienceI had a hard time leaving Augusta Georgia. The U-Haul facility in Augusta didn't have the truck that I reserved. I had to go to two different U-Haul facilities just to get a truck and a hitch for my car. But when I got to Charleston I met Mike. He works at the King Street U-Haul facility. He was very instrumental in making the rest of my move smooth. My daughter nickname him Magic Mike. People like Magic Mike Elijah and TJ are hard to come by.

Several others have no concept of the importance of the customer experience (they are "Debbie Downers") and the customer leaves feeling that they are not important to the company. These employees fail to understand that the money they are paid comes ONLY from the customer and that they work for the customer. They undermine the business and prevent it from standing out as a great place to do business with.
