The young lady that checked me in was a delight. She was very professional and made the process of picking up the truck simple. When I returned the truck, the two ladies at the location got me in and out. This was the best uhaul experience I have had. Great Job!!!

I dealt with 3 employees at that location. Two females and I male. Two were excellent with their customer skills, but the other female seriously needs an attitude adjustment. It appeared that when she was hired, they told her to "wing" it, as far as customer skills. She never made eye contact, smiled and wasn't making the information clear to me. Borderline rude. I had to ask the young man who brought the truck to me to clarify the information for me. The office opened at 7am.......she arrived at 7am, and parked directly in front of the store, an area designated for customer parking. If not for the young lady that reserved the truck or me and the young man, I would never go back to that location.

Properly train your associates on the pertinent information to provide the customer with to prevent any inconveniences and proper telephone etiquette . To be over charged for something that could have been taken care of during the actual transaction is careless and inconsiderate to say the least. To be spoken to as if your concerns are of least concern, shameful. I will definitely go to another location if not another company as a whole.

Very very very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The two Black girls at your counter are too GHETTO... And I'm black!!!! I rented a trailer and I had to took it up myself (NO HELP) . Now I don't know if this is ok with your company or not . I guess that's why the company is called U-HAUL.

We had reserved the truck in Germantown but had to pick it up on Lamar. They did add some mileage. The ac did not work. Worked ok leaving Memphis then went out as soon as we got on the interstate. Had no ac to Nashville.

I have always had a great opportunity renting Uhaul's from this location. Although, on my recent reservation, I needed 6 dolly's and I did not realize the store would not be able to put any aside for me when I made the reservation. This did cause some issues with my use of the Uhaul's. It would be nice if the Uhaul locations had more rentals available. Thank you!

I had a lot of things lost/damaged due to mold growth in just a few short months. But if it were not for that very important fact, I would give it a higher rating. Management was AWESOME!

Storage place is awful anybody can go in, unit was to small, very inconvenient, to much money, they changed my storage place at the last minute from union to Lamar didn't upgrade my unit when I change
