The gentleman who waited on us was very professional, however, since he was the only one working we had an exceptionally long wait. The van's windows had to be washed us.

I got accused for crack In windshield but I didn't do it at the worst location at Uhaul on Lamar ave in memphis

Customer service. Knowledge of equipment return. When I tried to return the lady told me I would have to come back the next day and return the Van. Also told me it would not do any good to call 800 Uhaul because they would tell me the same thing, but of course I have rented before and I knew the information she gave me was wrong. Think I will just change my location on rental.

The original storage was reserved for the Mendenhall location. I pick the truck up and they say they don't have a storage available. So I ask the worker if she can call another store. She did and Lamar had 1 climate control available. I go to Lamar and the unit smells like mildew from the rat poison materials they put down. I had to take any items that were clothing, cloth and mattresses to place in a friend's garage in fear that they would be damaged beyond repair. This is totally frustrating as it was a Sunday and close to closing time. They need to maintain their units wit an odorless product. My movers were having reactions from being in the unit any length of time.

I was texted to pick up truck in collierville 1 day prior then in the morning texted Germantown no truck then I had to drive to the hood in Memphis so it was very inconvenient and was told had to return to Memphis that was 1 st time I had a bad experience

U-Haul app and website lack the ability to change sn existing reservation. Also, there doesn't seem to be much of an integrated inventory management system. It is difficult to know what location has what, especially when renting more than one item.

The truck smelled like cigarette smoke when I got it and I had to call in to inform customer service because there isn't a place on the check in form for something like that. When I went to return the truck every entrance had been blocked off and the only way to get in was to go around to one driveway on the busiest part of the intersection-it's a heavy highway with semi trucks and lots of traffic. The only way to get in is to go around just about a mile around this huge block. They would not comp me the mile because they blocked off the driveway.

The service was good but needs more employees at this location. Had a lengthy wait for my pick-up because of shortage of staff. The staffing shortage is overwhelming to customers & only one person assisting 10 or more customers at once, but overall I will use this location in the future if needed

I will NEVER I MEAN NEVER use your trashy AZZ service AGAIN!! The Manager is RUDE , Unprofessional !! No need to call the District Manager cause she has already said he not going to do anything but send your complaint back to HER!! NEVER EVER will I do business with YOUR company AGAIN!! 25 Dollars to sweep out of a truck THATS CRAZY!! I see why you can't do any work the manager to dust buying Perfume and other stuff from people coming up there to the store , If people show up to work on TIME we could have avoided this whole situation, only ONE person at the store waiting on people and checking people in is CRAZY!! because someone could have went through the checkpoint with me and NOT tell me to leave the keys in the truck and we good and then u charge me 25$ for cleaning a sheet of paper out the back of a truck!! Rat infested !!!! Nasty and customer service sucks from the ladies in there !! They knew previously to me renting the unit but never mentioned anything about it until a rat hopped out on my daughter chest !! Don’t rent here the gates never work just awful!!

The security gate was broken and from what I am told has been for awhile. I never saw rodents but the rat trap and piles of rat poop make it clear they have a problem.

I had trouble with the rental truck starting and worker was there within 10 minutes and had it running immediately, and explained the issue and what to do if it happened again. Very patient and informative.

The place has a lot of trash lying around and the lot is so full you can't navigate the trucks into storage area to unload without assistance (moving stuff around to make way). They DID assist us for which we were thankful, it's just the place was disorganized and quite a mess.

I had a lot of things lost/damaged due to mold growth in just a few short months. But if it were not for that very important fact, I would give it a higher rating. Management was AWESOME!
