Did not open until 2 hours after opening time. Had only 1 clerk to handle back up.

anthony T.Demarion was very helpful. It was very busy many customers ahead of me in line and Demarion had a very good attitude towards everybody! He was very efficient and multitask when it was appropriate. He is a very good employee (in my opinion) and he probably deserves a raise.
Robin S.When I came to pick up the truck, the building was closed. I had to wait for a supervisor show up because the person who was supposed to be their never showed up. The acting supervisor was awesome. However, I was charged a fuel fee and fuel service charge. I put 40 dollars worth of gas to get ot back to the level I received it. I am NOT happy aout that!

Donishia S.Vehicle was extremely dirty and not well maintained. Outside of vehicle was covered in dirty and mud. Inside of vehicle was filthy and had not been cleaned in a long time. Mileage and Fuel levels were not correct when I received the vehicle. Clearly employees have no care for maintenance or proper procedures.

James I.Your employees behind counter don't want to be bothered although they're at work I had a hard time trying to get the truck that I had reserved at that location then when I got the truck the truck was on 26 miles before empty check engine light was on the back of the truck was dirty it wasn't cleaned out but I cleaned it out before I turned it in I supposed to have been received a $50 U-Haul guarantee credit I have not received that yet it's supposed to been reimbursed for my gas didn't receive that. With all this being said I used to love doing business with U-Haul but I think my next moving adventure will be without the use of U-Haul

OATHA E.I was charged $5 for safe move and didn't request it. The truck they gave me wasn't the truck pictured, gas wasn't at the correct level and the inside of the truck front and back was dirty! This location also didn't have any of the dollies I requested. No furniture dolly, no utility dolly and no appliance dolly. I luckily found 1 utility dolly that they didn't even know they had!! The crew that gave me my truck was horrible!! The crew that checked my truck back in after I used it was much easier to deal with. I have used this location for more than 10 years and this was The Worst Experience Ever!!
Michael D.Check your vehicles before you rent them to anyone! Make sure the damn things have gas in them so that if someone brings it back without filling it, you can legitimately charge them for gas. You guys did not have any gas in that damn uhaul truck and I had to put gas in it . And as a matter of fact, I left more gas in it than what was there before. Fucking rip off artist, never using and letting everyone know you guys are a joke!

Lushawn J.The dolly I paid for was not in stock, and no one told me before I took the U-Haul. They told me I would be refunded instead I was charged $20 for renting it for two days. I had to keep the U-Haul longer than expected due to the dolly I paid for not being provided I called the store and customer service and did online chat: I was disconnected from online chat 6 times and spoke to 3 reps are when I called and they all hung up on me. I was charged for something I didn't get, had to pay extra money for extending the rental due to YOUR error and hung up on/ignored by your reps.

rahman S.I was rented a truck that quit on me 3 times. The gauges didn't work. It took me over two hours to go 30 miles because it would not go over 10 miles per hour going down the highway. The truck quit and I called uhaul. They asked me to upload a picture of fuel gauge, and it had more than 1/8 of a tank of gas, a they said that this was considered empty. They offered road side assistance for $240 for 3 gallons of gas. I sent someone to purchase starter fluid and got it running . I lost over 4 hours paying 4 guys $20 an hour to do nothing. I have rented hundreds of trucks from uhaul. When I returned truck they couldn't start it. I had to use starter fuel for it to run again.

I was the first customer in the door, and I was rudely told there was no van assigned to me (due to the fact that it was almost 9AM, and the system had my reservation for 2 hours prior.) The manager was very rude and very unprofessional.

brenda P.I was charged for a CDW $10 when I did not ask for it and it was not on the reservation I made. I didn't notice it on my contract when I left the store because I assumed the contract would match what I reserved. When I returned the van and discussed it with the employee he said "you assumed?" and told me to call customer service to deal with it. I should not assume that you will not add charges that I did not request? I have consistently had to call customer service every time that I rent because there are always charges added that I did not request or additional charges added at the end which are incorrect. I would like to believe the company I do business with is honest and I should be able to assume the contract is the same as the one I reserved. Your employees need better attitudes.
Will C.I was charged 20 for turning equipment after hours when my contract said i had until 12am to return it. I rented the equipment an hour before they closed. When i returned it the website kept giving me and error for the return so i sent a message and opened the chat to send a message. No response but i was still charged
Sharon H.New staff is needed bad, poor customer service she was frowning at everyone with really bad attitude,store was very nasty floors had paper dirt, and debris every where the eyes could see ,I just wanted to get out that place as soon as possible,after she was told that the truck was dirty she frown at me and then got a dirty mop from the bucket and mopped the floors of the truck, walked away.Never used anything to sanitize it.It was smelling like smoke and dirty mop and who knows what else.If this is how you treat your customers thanks but No Thanks I won't be back.

Norma G.This isn't the problem of the people at the Lamar uhaul, but my original reservation was at the Titus road location and she immediately turned us away without any answers as to what was happening and then my truck was canceled because the previous person had decided to keep the truck for the whole day. This was very inconvenient for us.
Christin M.First of all the truck I was given was not the 20ft I ordered I was given a 26 then that truck was not working properly it was like the transmission was going out it kept slowing down then it would pick up speed and on top of that the brakes would make a loud noise when applied

Taking pictures of my id with the phone and imputing my credit card info on it to. I will be keeping an eye on my card activities for a while but you all should change that part.

Joel W.Long wait. Gave me my equipment without the 4 dozen blankets. I had to send someone back for the blankets, took 1,5 hours because of long wait and blankets were not folded or bagged. Ended up using their blankets that had leaves and tape in them. Lost $200 on my moving helpers because of delays caused by Uhaul Lamar.
