The location is understaffed. The wait time to pick up the truck was unacceptable. The truck had a large dent on the driver side door that was unmarked that made it difficult to open the door. The driver side windshield wiper was clearly broken but not market. I pointed it out and was told just to mark it on the inspection. I had to repair the wiper blade and reattach it several times on my trip.

Short staffing, need more than 1 employees

The sole employee couldn't possibly work any harder. The customer service by this employee is strong. It's your reservation department that completely dropped the ball. You'd think you make a reservation in advance, make a credit card deposit, the trailer reserved should be available yet I had to drive to 2 other locations after this one as well as had to settle for a smaller trailer than reserved or not get one.

Based on my experience, I'm not sure you could improve. I live in the area and I have had several bad experiences at that location but the Team you have now is STELLAR. Jon C was an absolute leader and flowed very well btwn outside and inside support. And the Gentleman (sorry, no name) but his cleaning was on point! Great job Gents! I will definitely return.

Trucks are dented and scratched up. The black guy darroll r is one of the worse customer service associates I have ever dealt with. I was going to do an additional rental but didn't because of his attitude, rudeness, and being unprofessional. I won't use this location again. Plus he tried to over charge me. The truck wasn't even cleaned.

The truck I rented had very uncomfortable seats. The driver side mirror needed tightening because it kept moving due to the driving wind.

The truck I rented, the ride was shaking and the brakes were bad. I made a reservation to pick up a truck and a car hauler at this location they told me when I arrived I had to pickup the truck and one location then drive 20 miles to pick up the car hauler, which counts towards the mileage. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT recommend this location to anyone!!!! And the customer service representative was very rude.

The service rep did not do a walk around the vehicle before we took it out. But, when we brought it back he did a very nit picky close inspection and somehow found a pin size crack in the windshield. My husband did not notice it because the vehicle windshield was not clean and it was not noticable. The service rep charged us $75 for the small nick and I believe it was already there. If your company want to charge insurance, which we had, and still charge for a windshield nick, then you all should at lease have you reps walk around the vehicle before it leaves the lot. No we are not satisfied with your company and we will not send anyone to you. In fact we will tell them to not use this company because it's a rip off.

Be prompted on exact time they close. The store said they close at 4:30 but the operator said 5pm. Making your customers hurry up trying to beat the clock. Nobody wants to keep know big truck over night.. Other than that good service.

There was somewhat of a wait and an issue with my method of payment but the associate was patient and continued to update everyone waiting that he would be with them shortly and what he was about to do. His customer service was awesome, please get some morning help though on an opening Saturday.

Rodents got into my storage and ruined a new mattress set and classic dvds I collect

The store manager is very disrespectiful. Mold was in the storage unit 2002. My things had mold and MILDEW on it. That place is not good for your things. I had to throw my furniture and clothes away. Don't go to this location on Lamar iava. 38114.

I had a problem with there billing. I believe someone was pocket the money. My granddaughter paid for a couple of months. I got the bill saying I owed for June. I went and paid June 104. 00 dollars. I said write on my receipt when next month is due 7-24-2023. The next week I got another bill for June for 104 saying I will be locked out of my unit unless the bill is paid. So we moved it out. Thank you.

The original storage was reserved for the Mendenhall location. I pick the truck up and they say they don't have a storage available. So I ask the worker if she can call another store. She did and Lamar had 1 climate control available. I go to Lamar and the unit smells like mildew from the rat poison materials they put down. I had to take any items that were clothing, cloth and mattresses to place in a friend's garage in fear that they would be damaged beyond repair. This is totally frustrating as it was a Sunday and close to closing time. They need to maintain their units wit an odorless product. My movers were having reactions from being in the unit any length of time.

Rat infested !!!! Nasty and customer service sucks from the ladies in there !! They knew previously to me renting the unit but never mentioned anything about it until a rat hopped out on my daughter chest !! Don’t rent here the gates never work just awful!!

The security gate was broken and from what I am told has been for awhile. I never saw rodents but the rat trap and piles of rat poop make it clear they have a problem.

I had trouble with the rental truck starting and worker was there within 10 minutes and had it running immediately, and explained the issue and what to do if it happened again. Very patient and informative.

The place has a lot of trash lying around and the lot is so full you can't navigate the trucks into storage area to unload without assistance (moving stuff around to make way). They DID assist us for which we were thankful, it's just the place was disorganized and quite a mess.

I had a lot of things lost/damaged due to mold growth in just a few short months. But if it were not for that very important fact, I would give it a higher rating. Management was AWESOME!

Storage place is awful anybody can go in, unit was to small, very inconvenient, to much money, they changed my storage place at the last minute from union to Lamar didn't upgrade my unit when I change
