Robin M.The location assistant manager here deliberately and purposely deceived me into believing that he is actually not a racist and discriminated against persons whom he doesn't know without a logical reason or but biased judgement coming from local Caucasian and Latino racist friends pushed him to feign to be honest with my credit card instead of performing the professional card hold amount which would be adjusted at the return of the equipment he decided to make it an actual Charge and overcharged my card by an amount overage of near $28 furthermore the location assistant manager is involved in a local hate crime coverup and he has given my personal information and details to other sources and engages in stealth activities on the job with company authorization and consent showing a blatant disrespect and disregard for me as a male customer of color whom has been a very loyal customer, quite friendly and courteous and I have no hidden alterior motives as he does.

The manager made me download an app and go through the set up process just to end up with an app that wouldn't load a rental page so we did it the normal way anyways which was a waste of time. Fix the app or better yet, don't require people to have it in order to make a rental. People who would need a uhaul often enough that an app is useful already have their own vehicle that can haul things. Making your users download an app for a one time use is pointless and frustrating, especially when the app can't even open a rental page.

DENISE C.Staff barely acknowledged me during transaction, caring on with their previous conversation. I expected a slightly friendlier experience for a costumer service role. Staff was not informative on what to expect or how to return equipment, seeming bothered when I asked for clarification and instruction. In the past, staff would walk the perimeter of the rental, and check for damage, gas, mileage prior to leaving the lot. Instead, papers were handed to me and I was advised to ensure matching information.

TAL C.The hall remote pick up process is extremely difficult to navigate. It would be much better to be able to talk with a representative to initiate a pick up. Even though we had done all of the pre-registering, we needed to repeat every step plus more upon pick up. I think it took over 30 minutes to get checked in and get our vehicle and be on our way.

One is a China cupboard that is completely unstable, the door does not close properly & a piece of wood is now detached at the very top of this piece. The other piece is a table that arrived wrapped poorly! I did not see this table get loaded by the movers. A bottom shelf cracked in half and two spindle pieces on either side of the table fell out of place. Had I seen that this table was wrapped in ONE blanket from the bottom, I would not have let it get packed in the container!

Zachariah C.the space (unit 1911) had signs of visible water damage (missing ceiling tiles and yellow water spots) and mold, not good for storing anything but especially problematic for upholstered furniture. in an effort to protect my furniture, we put our moving blankets on the floor. because black mold is toxic and the spores love to stick to fabric, i left the moving blankets in the storage space (per the instructions of the woman working there yesterday, i did not get her name but she was cleaning up the storage space area). anyways, the cost of the blankets is a loss on my end and it seems like the fair thing would be a reimbursement. all the staff at this location that i interacted with were great, but the space itself was not great. and the general vibe of homeless/undomiciled people around the facility is kind of a bummer too.

RICHARD S.Check in customers as they come in while you are open. Customers could get extra charges when they are not valid. This applies to 2809 North St. in Grand Junction Co. I was very satisfied with 7540 York St.in Denvrer where I originally picked up the ONE way truck. I will also mention I was the only customer in the store returning the truck. It wasn't busy at all. I was returning the truck three hours earlier than my contract listed. You would think I would've been checked in properly.. always wait for a check in receipt. Don't trust an employee even though they appear to be nice and not busy..

Andrew H.The biggest reason I use U-Haul facilities is the fact that there are secure, climate-controlled, indoor rooms. That isn't available in most other facilities. Issues that do arise--like flooding last summer--are addressed quickly.

Then when the installed our hitch they couldn't get the spare tire to fit so they just left it loose and now it rattles when we drive. I drive 1,5 hours there to have this done and when I got there my appointment had been cancelled without a call or email because they didn't have a part. Very frustrated with our service.

I am renting a truck from same place on the 6th, I am not going to pay 104,95 for 6 days, so this was a major inconvenience. While moving out the bay doors were broken.....this was a major inconvenience....due an inefficient procedure to have the doors open for people trying to get to their storage. A procedure needs to be in place if the bay doors don't work again.

The price was reasonable and the it was indoor storage. It was kept well clean and the staff was extremely friendly. My wife and I would recommend it to anyone and would use it again if we need additional storage.

On 6/6 I will be arriving with yet another 5x8 trailer and will not have enough room to store all of my belongings, which puts me in an awkward position. I will now be forced to rent yet another storage unit now.

Very clean, looked well-maintained I asked for something that would hold a 20' truck, they gave me a 10 x 10 unit, needless to say half of my stuff did not fit so I either need to purchase another unit or store the rest elsewhere. Other than this problem everything went smoothly. I would have given them an excellent rating, if it had not been for lack of a bigger unit. Their store is very nice and have about everything you need to move
