The staff was friendly and helpful. The vehicle was clean. The only difficulties I ran into were related to the phone app. It wasn't able to determine my location even though the permissions were set correctly on an android phone. It did work once I scanned the location barcode by the garage door. However, when I went to return the vehicle, the app errored out (multiple redirects?) and didn't function at all. The staff at this Uhaul did make the return process very easy and I had an emailed receipt within 5 minutes of dropping off the vehicle. In conclusion, the local Uhaul office staff was excellent, the phone app is a good idea that seems to need some more development. Next time I rent I'll just walk inside and rent at the counter.

Jeff HI called or personally spoke to a customer service representative at least four times. My main concern was getting a 2" hitch installed. I was assured 4 times including when I dropped the car off was that I was getting a 2" hitch.The only reason I ended up going to Uhaul vs. Scotty's in out town was that Scotty's didn't install 2" hitches on my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle a 1 1/4 hitch was installed. Now the Bike rack I wanted is not an option. When I pointed it out, the Manager argued with me stating that a 1 1/4 is all that would go on my vehicle. WHY WASNT I TOLD THAT!? Now I have an adaptor that sticks way out from my bumper. Should I be paying for a hitch I didn't want!? Should I at least receive a partial refund? The miscommunication from this store was epic. I didn't want electrical hook ups. I had to tell them twice that I didn't want electric on two different calls. Really dissatisfied and disappointed in my experience.

Harry PThe overall experience was good, But the updates on equipment for pick up and drop off from one city to another absolutely SUCKS, Because where I had to go to pick something up I drove by 3 different U-haul lots in Denver, and saw the exact trailer that I needed, and as I entered 1 of those locations, I asked about the "specific" trailer, the front desk said "oh, yeah we have 6 here with NO RESERVATIONS attached to them" I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW HOW UHAUL STAYS IN BUSINESS WITH TOTAL DISREGARD TO THEIR OVERALL TRACKING AND INVENTORY!

When I returned the U-Haul the person who helped me was very nice and friendly but I had to wait quite a long time to get service and the signage told me to wait in the U-Haul until someone came to help. Also, the app is pretty glitchy and does not work all the time.

I have a friend that had the same size unit and only paid 80 per month and i was paying 150.00. that's almost double? her unit was climate controlled as well? The staff was helpful, expecially Jake, the office contact and Misty, the lady that cleans the hallways.

Value your employees, don't phase them out with these poorly coded robots. Every single uhaul interaction I've had with an employee has been great, but your tech sustems are not intuitive, they don't flow, and they don't save any fucking time on the frontend for the customer who is still paying the same as if he were talking to an employee. Wonder where that money's going? Definitely isn't going to the developers you've hired for this whole tech system you've moved to, because it's fucking trash bro

Bruce KI had to use this location as the first reservation I made at a closer location, left me stranded in the cold for a lengthy time due to it being closed despite allowing me to reserve it and go through the self pick up all the way until it was time to get keys. This location was open thankfully but added miles/fuel to my short trip as it was. Happy with the customer service at THIS location but not happy with uhaul as a whole!

Chris PDO NOT use "MovingPro/Anytime Services" to help load and deliver your container! They arrived at my house TEN HOURS LATE! When the "owner" Bryce finally arrived, the container had no straps, no spacers, no locks, and only four air cushions to fill empty space. These guys are completely inexperienced and unprofessional. On top of being the worst moving company I have EVER used, the "owner" was unable to provide a business card, physical or electronic, and anything to document his actual ownership/responsibility for this "company". There is a reason this is the cheapest option for loading help! Please take my review to heart, and DO NOT use "MovingPro/Anytime Services".

Steven A | Expérience généralethe space (unit 1911) had signs of visible water damage (missing ceiling tiles and yellow water spots) and mold, not good for storing anything but especially problematic for upholstered furniture. in an effort to protect my furniture, we put our moving blankets on the floor. because black mold is toxic and the spores love to stick to fabric, i left the moving blankets in the storage space (per the instructions of the woman working there yesterday, i did not get her name but she was cleaning up the storage space area). anyways, the cost of the blankets is a loss on my end and it seems like the fair thing would be a reimbursement. all the staff at this location that i interacted with were great, but the space itself was not great. and the general vibe of homeless/undomiciled people around the facility is kind of a bummer too.

My lock was seriously damaged and was hard to open that it was basically not usable anymore after I removed it from your location. So basically the money I spent on the lock went down the drain. Also when I went to tell yall I was moved out nobody was at the front desk. I could hear someone in the adjacent office making phone calls and I made noise to make make presence known and that didn't give them a hint to maybe come check and see if I needed help. I waited 20 minutes before someone finally came from the inside storage area I gather, they wernt outside but not right inside either. The lady on the phone was right around the corner and I know she could here the door open and close a few times. When I told the guy who checked me out about my unit about being broke. Into all he said is oh really. The wall next to where the lock and mechanism is was all scratched up and banged up as well.

TRACI H | Expérience généraleWhen we first came in to rent to storage unit the lady at the front desk was extremely rude I assume because we were taking to long to get her the information she needed and stated "come on I need a name or an id I'm busy and have things I need to get done" which I thought was less than professional. Once the person arrived with the credit card needed to open the account the lady went outside and spoke with what I assume was the manager who then came inside and told us that the 5x5x9 the lady just said they had available not 5 minutes prior was no longer available and we had to get a larger unit, which I find extremely hard to believe. I'm going to assume that because I told the extremely rude employee that I understood she had a job to do and she was busy but as paying customers helping us is infact part of her busy day that she took it upon herself to lie and say the size we wanted was not available. Call me crazy but as far as I'm concerned that is not how employees should treat customers. I may have said some foul things towards the end but that is only due to the stage she set when we first arrived. Every single employee at this location need to take some classes on proper customer service. As a customer it is non of my business not is it my concern how many units this lady has to sweep, or how busy she is, so her telling me she is too busy to wait for us was extremely unprofessional. If this is the way you encourage your employees to conduct business then I'd much rather my money back.

We rented a 9' Cargo van to make a long distance move and it was a good experience. When arriving in GJ we needed to rent a storage. The climate controlled storage unit is just what we needed.

They have a clean facility and pest control to help keep it that way. Carts are at the door to help move items in and out. Staff was super helpful at the time of rental and checkout. My van was under the garage door that is suppose to stay open when you are unloading. but I saw it go down onto my van to where my dish satellite was. It left a mark. I don't hv it hooked up now and I don't know if it damaged it. It was on camera and seen my staff. When I asked the staff at arond 7 pm they said there was nothing on file about it. I was also told by staff via phone when I reserved the storage that I would receive a 10 by 20 storage that I could drive up to and just care my boxes into. I was also told at the beginning that my truck was 19,6 from back to front not including the cab over which made my move very hard. I had to leave some of my stuff behind. When I tried to switch trucks to a 26' kJ in Prescott told me I would hv to pay for both trucks in order to make that happen. I did reserve a 26' the night before but kJ told me when I came in the next morning that he didn't hv one. When I told him I had reserved one then he said it was broke. He told me to rent a trailer which was supposed to make the space the same as a 26'. All the staff were nice through the process except for kJ.. The last time I used you. I turned my rental in early and they gave me some of my fee back. This time they told me they don't do that with debt only cash. I also left my charger for my ph in the cab. I will call the storage to see if they put it away for me. Thank you, Morgan Dillard
