There was miscommunication between the facility and my storage container company. This created significant problems for my 78 yr old father and myself. Despite all of that, management and staff made it right. They executed customer service above and beyond expectations. They apologized sincerely and made all processes clear and easy thereafter. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage or moving needs in the Cleveland area. They will treat you respectfully and exceed your expectations wherever possible.

I completed the pre-check options before leaving the parking lot but overall, I like the idea. I've always had quality and exceptional service at this location.

TERRANCE MI reserved a truck and trailer. It took longer than expected to load the truck and I had to pick things up about an hour away. Due to time and logistics I had to pick up the car transport at a different location. It was nothing but a hassle. They refused to honor the package price and charged me over $400 for the transport. As you know you cannot always plan for changes during a move and the fact that they would not help was very frustrating during an already stressful time. I was transferred to 4 different people all who just pawned me off on someone else until I finally got to a very rude women who just told me no. I ended up dealing with the lady in Mansfield I got the transport from and she just said. Oh well nothing I can do. This is terrible policy and customer service!
HEATHER KThe gentleman who we spoke to a plethora of times was rude, threatening, and unprofessional. As a company who uses plenty of rentals we will respectfully never use U-Haul again.

Kelly PArrived at the location at 2pm when my scheduled pick up was. When my husband and I arrived no workers were at the counter. Three more customers came in waiting to return their trucks were looking all over the store for an employee, turned out the front desk clerk was in the bathroom for 20 min and didn't apologize for holding us up. I have never been treated with such disrespect and we didn't even get the right truck at first. Will not go back to uhal ever again!

GEORGE HPlease teach your employees about electronic payments online. I set up my payment in advance through klarna and your employee said I couldn't pay that way so I had to cancel my online payment and pay cash. He also mumbled the instructions under his breath so I had to ask him to speak up!
Erika CI worked w Mark; a very direct and to the point type of person who I appreciate. Store was clean, I switched vans do to space in between wheel wells inside van and he accommodated easily.

JOY SFirst off, the service wad average at best. I got told the the 40 dollars to rent the 26' truck was supposed to last me 24 hours without extra fees, yet i still got charged extra fees any way. The movers that I hired through the app were unprofessional, crude and inefficient. In the initial 4 hours I reserved, they took about 3 of those hours to empty the truck. And in the end of it, they still couldn't get it all upstairs during the unload. I had to go back to the unit to make a 2nd trip with the truck and load/unload everything on my own, because they were too slow the 1st time to accommodate a need for a 2nd trip.

DANNIEL MThe equipment I rented was parked 3 deep in a line of other trucks. The additional blankets and furniture dolly were in the truck and the cargo bay leaked. The desk agent WAS very gracious and got me another truck, but the driver door didn't close properly which made the cab very loud. I know this is a cost thing, but adding running boards to your 15'-ers would made getting in and out a lot easier.

JAMES CTruck that I rented was fine. 20 minute delay due to truck getting oil change. Main problem with employees. Very unsociable. Not greeted or acknowledged as a customer. Policy of calling second party for phone verification is ridiculous. Called 3 people before some one was available. No one answers unknown or spam numbers. Would not use U-Haul again. There is more to a business than just renting trucks.

VRERE BI was cheated out of the gas return sum. I returned the vehicle with the same amount or more of gas as when I left the store. I was supposed to get $21 refunded but only got $10.00.
CHRISTOPHER SSlow motion service, poor customer service, Unhygienic personel, messed up registration numbers on equipment and to top it of charged me late fee after I handed him equipment in hands, but he forgot to close contract but let it sit overnight. Too shame for nice neighborhood

MOHAMMAD AWe have a storage unit at this location. If it was better at environmental control that would be great. We had mold on our furniture. We were able to eliminate it but still a concern.

Rebecca TOne of the tires was low on tread and air pressure. Trailer looked old and had lots of damage. I requested the trailer for two days. It would have been nice as a courtesy to have communicated to us that if we did not return at the same time or before on the second day we would be charged for a third as we were. First time (one of many) going to the antique market since I'm retired so I'll have to reconsider going to Penske next time.

Make false promises they can be verified through email but don't follow through so u are backed into a corner where the only chouce u have is to abandon and they still bill you. Staff will steal from your unit. Gm won't play back cameras,staff rude, staff tell oth e staff business. If you call corporate they care less. I will also be sharing my review on Google with email conversations with Mark on Google. Make sure they know what ya did to a single disabled veteran with 3 disabled children. Sold our unit with our family photos and personal data for 30 bucks after the Gm lied Said he would help move before i left the state. Tool advantage after I started having heart issues. In the Bible it says vengeance is mine saidth the lord. God bless

None of the staff knew what they were doing besides the manager. I always felt watched and judged by the lower staff as well. Also my key card never worked so I had to get a code to even begin to access my storage unit.

Otherwise it met most of our needs, but for that reason alone, I'd likely recommend some where else.

Won't to back there !!
