Mobile pick up was not easy. Would not recommend.
Melissa QuintilianoPick up of truck wad slow. One of the employees had an "attitude" when I asked some questions. Truck steering was bad. Kind of like driving a toy car at an amusement park. Wandered all over the place.
Kenneth BlesseChecking out returned equipment after hours was difficult. I was told to download the app via the QR code on my invoice. I did this, but there was no option to check out my returned trailer as a guest. I had to set up an account...not a major issue, but I spent several minutes trying to find an option to checkout before finally deciding to create an account. Once I created an account, I found the link to checkout after hours. However, the link would take me another page and then go no further. I tried this for several minutes before it finally worked. Then while checking out the app froze up on me while I was on step 5 of 5. The whole time I had 5 bars of cell phone coverage. App is glitchy and cost me at least 10 minutes. The 5 step process of checking out on the app was actually extremely simple and a great feature. It's just getting to this point on the app that was confusing.

Jim SlaterStorage has roaches. They offer insurance but can't be used to submit claim to damages in unit, GM mark is a liar. Make false promises they can be verified through email but don't follow through so u are backed into a corner where the only chouce u have is to abandon and they still bill you. Staff will steal from your unit. Gm won't play back cameras,staff rude, staff tell oth e staff business. If you call corporate they care less. I will also be sharing my review on Google with email conversations with Mark on Google. Make sure they know what ya did to a single disabled veteran with 3 disabled children. Sold our unit with our family photos and personal data for 30 bucks after the Gm lied Said he would help move before i left the state. Tool advantage after I started having heart issues. In the Bible it says vengeance is mine saidth the lord. God bless

The gentleman in the shop who did the installation completed the work very quickly-but must have been having a bad day because he acted like I was bothering him by being there.

RODOLFO SOTO LEBRONThis location works well due to a fantastic GM! Mark gets it right even when things go wrong. I am a twice per month renter and have to pick up at 6am to get food for a local distribution. He wakes up early, reviews records from the evening before and making sure all is well. He has saved the day more than once and really makes life work at this location. Everyone is polite and easy to work with. Thank you Mark and co at Kamms corners U-Haul for helping us feed folks on the west side of Cleveland!

For someone who stands at a counter and has to deal with customers every so often, and never to the extent of having a line out the door, you'd think they'd have a bit of a better attitude. Having spent a good amount of time in customer service, especially fast-paced, high volume businesses, it's pretty sad to see someone with such an easy job be so miserable to deal with

John PlattenUpon return of the vehicle and sitting in the driver's seat, the checker came and opened the back of the truck and checked it. Then came up to me exiting the vehicle, and said her phone to complete the check in was frozen. She asked if I would accept an email of final check in after her phone was working again. I agreed and left. Received the final receipt which showed a charge for using the Utility Dolly, which we never used. They claim the green seal had been broken, which the checker never mentioned upon checking.

I later received a text message that I had not returned the truck which caused me great concern. I called the location and said I had returned the truck and he looked and saw the keys to the truck. It all worked out, but it was a little unnerving.

BRIAN LAROCCORequiring people to retain a vehicle for exactly one week (i.e., cannot return it earlier) to obtain the weekly rate is absolutely incomprehensible. Why would you rationally charge more for using the vehicle for a shorter amount of time? Returning the vehicle two days early (as we did) gives you more time to rent out that vehicle and make even more money. When I previously reserved a vehicle and provided the length of time and estimate mileage, your system automatically suggested that I accept the weekly rate because it was less expensive. I could not do that this time. Instead, i have to obtain the weekly rate at the location. Why did you change that? Why are you making it more difficult for people to reserve a vehicle at a lower cost? The only conclusion that I can reach is that you are trying to screw the customers. Thanks a lot!! I'm certain that you will ignore this complaint and continue to gouge your customers. After all, companies ask people to complete these surveys so that they can tout to the public how good they are. Not this time. Although I might never rent from your company again, I have thoughts next time about simply leaving the vehicle in the parking lot, taking the keys, and returning them exactly one week after I obtained the vehicle. How about that for a cure?

Jessenia AlvaradoNot only did the front desk guy hit on me when I have showed up multiple times with my boyfriend, the building, specifically the insulation in the storage unit roof was rapidly degrading. None of the staff knew what they were doing besides the manager. I always felt watched and judged by the lower staff as well. Also my key card never worked so I had to get a code to even begin to access my storage unit.

Otherwise it met most of our needs, but for that reason alone, I'd likely recommend some where else.
