Great service. Staff was friendly and processed my reservation quickly.
IAN CUpon arrival, the vehicle was not ready. The manager had some difficulty in getting the vehicle checked out. We'll find out why later....the office/facility smells of body oder. When I did receive the vehicle, I was told it had half of a tank of fuel. I stopped immediately and filled it up. It took almost 21 gallons and it has a 33 gallon tank, so it was NOT half full. The windshield was covered in bugs, the recline handle on the drivers seat was broken off, and the stereo/radio buttons did not all function. I had made it approximately 15 miles when the drivers side rear tire blew. After waiting an hour and a half for the repair, we discovered a large cut in the tire. I had not inspected the tires upon picking up the vehicle BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT I WAS PAYING YOUR COMPANY to do. This was an absolute pain the you know what. I WOULD NEVER recommend your company to anyone.

MOSTAFA KYour location on Dunn in Bloomington rented my much needed trailer out from under my reservation. Thankfully you have competent staff at your Main St Bloomington branch that was able at the very last minute to save me. Your Dunn staff is a bunch of idiots to say the least. I watched an employee move an enclosed trailer by hand holding from about waist high and then drop it from that height to the ground letting it slam down and then just walked away, like this is the normal behavior there. If you have video I am sure you can watch it. Around 5:15 pm on 08/31/24. I will never trust u haul making an on line reservation again after this experience. I have nothing bad to say about the Main St branch employees. They were more than helpful and seemed to care about their jobs.

KELSI CI believe I was charged too much. I had the cubicle for 3 extra hours and was charged almost 200! That shouldn't be correct for 1 day .

CORY SI had to change my reservation a day before pickup and they were very helpful in making these changes. Then I ended up returning it 2 days early and they made the transition seem less. Great people.

KENNY HThe Uhaul app is not userfriendly. I tried using it to reserve a truck. It happily takes ever bit of your information including all banking info...but I still has to go in to start the rental process from the beginning. I also tried using the app for my return to save $ 20 ..again it doesn't complete that processed either.. very very stressful and extremely Aggravating.... You might as well discontinued the app all to gether...im serious...i will use a diffrent company from here on out...ive been a loyal customer of Uhaul since 1987.....im so disappointed at this point!!!

LORI SSamantha provided great customer service. Vehicle was clean and in great condition. Only issue was the Equipment Return lane was backed up to the street when I went to return the truck so that caused some minor difficulty with the return. Overall I was very happy with the Rental though.
Cynthia KI am very upset with my overall U Haul experience. There is false advertising on the website. I reserved a truck in the town I live in and my reservation was changed to 30 miles away. Of course that added quite a bit of expense, not only in mileage but in gas! The gentleman at the U Haul store was very kind but there was no one there to help him and the check in process took a very long time. No fault of his! Very disappointed.

Jesus VPulled into wrong area ( first time there. Man came out and grumbled something and pointed. I went around the block and found the sign for drop off. Different guy ( a lot more helpful) came out, checked in) and assisted.
Ronald SGot charged for one extra mile because they didn't actually check to make sure the mileage was correct. The start mileage was at 26 and they had it in is 25. We have picture proof from before we even took the vehicle so now we're out another $.69 for a mile that we didn't use.
MICHAEL SI was placed on hold several times throughout the morning. There were times I was disconnected. Once I finally go through, I was able to book the u haul.

Bill GA female employee was rude and less than helpful at checkout. I filled out the online reservation for trailer and basic insurance and planned for someone else to pick it up. He left the office without insurance and had to go back after talking with me. Why fill out the form if they're not going to use the info provided in advance? We have had good service here before and will go back. Check-in was smooth and great experience. Female employee wasn't there. Be aware that there is a charge for after hour returns that appears nowhere on the website...only on the contract.

I had a over all 100 % terrible U-Haul experience and after today. I did not allow them to charge any additional charges to my cards. I will never use U-Haul again!! This was absolutely disrespectful!!
Hunter TThe truck was mechanically sound and I had no problems. For the question, Was the equipment clean and well maintained?, I attempted to choose Not Applicable. However, the survey forced me to either Yes or No, so I chose No. I did have to clean all of the windows, in order to see. However, I don't blame this on U-Haul as our area was under a blowing dust advisory up to midnight the day prior to my rental. The blowing dust was the cause of the dirty windows. The check in process was great. Same great results upon returning the truck.

Tseverbold AI rented a 10' truck and the day I picked it up they only had a 26' truck. I called a week in advance to see if I could park the truck the over night and they confirmed I could. Not only was I stuck with a 26' truck but also had to deal with parking it over night.

julia S | Expérience généraleThe truck is WAY out of alignment and pulled terribly to the left at highway speeds. Of course we don't find that out until we've spent hours loading it and are on the road. This truck is unsafe for anything other than low-speed local moves, until the steering is corrected. The wipers also leave a lot to be desired. Aside from having to fight the steering for 700+ miles, including in the mountains, the engine ran great, it braked well, and tow/haul performed well on the steep downhill stretches.
Michael CScheduling was the only problem. I was supposed to be scheduled at the RT Dunn location at 7 AM , but was notified that my appointment was on North Main at noon. I was flexible, but the phoned in appointment was an issue. All employees at both locations are top notch! Very friendly and went above and beyond.

I unexpectedly needed a storage unit as I had rented a truck from you for a move from out of state, and there wasn't enough room in my temporary storage for all of my furniture. I called and asked if there was an available first floor unit, and there was. The man volunteered that they were open until 7pm. When I got there it was obvious they were expecting me. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The showed me to the very clean unit and how to use the lock. I could not have asked for a better experience! They treated everyone in the store and on the phone with the same courtesy. 5+ stars!

Auto zones diagnostic as a catalytic converter needed replaced. 3 days sick falling asleep at the wheel and rest areas. Road side service told me yo get a hotel they would be out in the morning. Morning came roadside said there was no reason to have them come out and yo keep going. Couldn't take the fumes anymore. Stopped at mechanic. He wrote up a paper said the Doghousing was not latched or sealed. I ending up sick. Can't get a lawyer to take the case because t would cost me too much. I spent 1000 on gas to go 500 miles. 745 extra on rental on a bigger truck than I ordered. All I want is to be remebursted on, food, gas. Hotels, and rental for the extra days it took me to get from Arkansas to Illinois. Should only taking me 12 hours Took me 3 days because of not being able to drive sick. Call me plz 501 256 6439. Robin Cochran. Otherwise I will be forced to take this matter to the news channels from Illinois to Arkansas.

However the I had problems with the online service to automatically bill for storage every month. I would plug in the information, and it would not save it. First month, was late with payment because it did not save it. Next month I set a reminder to check, and had to input the information again. Finally with the third month it ran as it was supposed to. Frustrating.

I am sure the rat was from the construction site across the street and he WAS dead but it was GROSS.
