I would recommend a friend to see the units before making a reservation. The move-in/move-out customer service earned the 4th star. A facility upgrade would warrant 5 stars.

Needed tools to break down a couple things and they were glad to provide and I will refer to all my friends and family!! I do wish they had 24 hour access, that is the only downfall.

The couple who were managers(assuming) were surely, never spoke to me even when I introduced myself and watched my every move, making me uncomfortable. They did not appear clean or well kept. Maybe a customer relations course would be of value.

This store location is the most convenient and best location of the surrounding UHaul locations and in my opinion, the busiest. Please allow Management and staff to continue the great work they have been doing.
