Alfred W.The truck self check-in/check-out process needs work. It errored both picking up the trucking and infuriatingly so at drop off at 2:30 am. The rest was okay. People were helpful when I needed their help because the app failed.

When we rented the U-Haul we had to wait for an extended time to leave just because a vehicle was parked in front of our U-Haul. We were on a time constraint and waiting on U-Haul to move the vehicle was frustrating!!! I wish the customer service was better

sameh Z.Had to search the lot for the truck, was not up front and ready, missing the dolly and your employee was playing in the lot with some kinda of scooter toy when my truck was not ready with what I ordered. I did pay people to help move by the hour going back to get the dolly cost me extra on the mile, gas and 30 minutes on my moving time. Please be more careful and focus on helping customers.

johnnetta P.They didn't have my equipment. The truck I got was out of gas and developed a low tire. I had to drive out of my way to get the equipment promise that I called ahead of time to confirm. Customer service was some of the worst I've ever dealt with. The employees were lazy and it was essentially pulling teeth to get help. I will never do business here again.
Chris M.The 24/7 pickup didn't work for us at all. We found nowhere in my account, either online or in the app, to click "pick up my truck" and start the process of picking up our rental like all of the how-to videos told us to. When we called the help phone number, there was no menu option to put me through to someone with the 24/7 pickup team. So I spoke to a (very kind) lady who told me that since we arrived to pick up our rental later than we expected to be able to (hello, life with a toddler) and it was after our scheduled pickup time (but still before this particular location was open), we needed to change our pickup time with the 24/7 team before we'd be able to pick it up. First of all, no where in any of my confirmation emails/texts/etc. was there an indication that I'd have issues trying to pick up my rental if we were past our scheduled time. But there were *plenty* of warnings that if we were early, it wouldn't work. I was transferred to the 24/7 team and waited 30 minutes on hold to get through to them, and by that time, this location opened and we just picked up our rental with the employees inside. It was a massive inconvenience, frustration, and headache to deal with all of this, especially when we were running behind on a tight timeline that morning already and I had done all the prep work to try and ensure this went as smoothly as possible. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with our experience trying to use the "convenience" of the 24/7 pickup option and don't recommend using it at all.

Eddie F.The front desk worker who checked me in was extremely rude, unhelpful and uninformative. He was more concerned with the football game he was listening to than helping us get checked in. The van I received smelled horrible and the seat was full of cigarette burns. The van was also dirty and just overall gross. When we returned the van we ended up not being able to do so in the proper way because no one was outside receiving vehicles being returned. The already small parking lot was completely backed up and almost blocking traffic in the main road with people trying to return trucks. People were having to enter through the exit. There was nowhere to park the van and we ended up going inside to find the rude employee sleeping while a different woman gladly accepted our key.

Kambale S.First off they gave me the WRONG TRUCK ! , I told them my name was not the name they popped up with my phone number and instead of FIXING the problem they just brushed it under the rug so when it was time to drop it off it was a problem! The truck numbers didn't match the paperwork so the gas and the mileage was wrong ! Just a hot mess !!!

I received no notification and was told at that site there were no trucks available. I had to travel another 20 minutes and go through the booking process again to even secure a truck. Would not recommend.

There was a problem with my access card and staff members Stony and Jesus were always available to open the storage room and Stony put in great effort to investigate the problem by reaching out to his boss and then the supervisor above his boss too! So a huge shout out to the staff for being helpful. Monet was the agent who helped us secure the storage room and she was friendly and quick to get the room assigned so we could start moving in. The hallways are very well lit and there was even a cart we could use to move things into our storage unit. However the light in the storage room we rented was burnt out.
