Service at the location was great. Printing a receipt was a bit of a chore. However, calling the customer service agent Pam at the call center was ludicrous. Unhelpful and dense. Ugh. Spent an hour going round and round to reserve my box fir pickup.james P.

I came in wanting to rent a trailer for just a few hours but since I have a Jeep and had my soft top on, they were unable to rent to me. Jared suggested that I rented a pickup truck for the same price. I returned to the store right at 7:58pm and he assisted me in getting it returned on time so I didn't get charged an extra fee. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend asking for him when coming in to rent from the Millard Omaha Location!JEANINE R.

Was not told my reservation got moved to another location. I showed up at the location I had originally made the reservation at and they told me that it was changed to another one 4 miles down the road. I was never notified of this change, so that was a bit frustratingNATHAN C.

The installer did not properly put back interior trim pieces and even cracked a trim piece in multiple spots during installation, which will decrease resale value in the future if not repaird. There was no mention of this damage when the vehicle was returned to the owner and was only noticed afterwards when the owner was detailing the interior of the vehicle a couple weeks later.Ryan B.

This particular location isn't necessarily a problem. My problem with UHaul generally is that the reservation was moved from my chosen location to the Downtown Omaha location, which is fair enough. However, when I arrived at the Downtown Omaha location, I was informed that my trailer was actually at the Millard location. This required a trip across Omaha and back through rush hour traffic and added nearly two hours to my trip preparation time. Further, a part of the trailer fell off in the middle of my trip. I was on hold for >45 minutes with customer support to report this incident and find out what UHaul wanted me to do with the trailer.Nicholas H.

Despite ordering a rental 2 months prior, there was no truck available when I got to the location. I was sent to another location. I got a truck where I was told "the oil light is on, but just ignore it." The vehicle felt like it was going to fall apart at any moment.Ryan S.
The truck's front right tire was at 50 psi instead of 90. The man added air and stated to monitor it. The tire consistently lost air and on my trip I needed to stop by a UHaul center in des moines to have air added. The next morning the tire indicator was on again. It was the front right tire, but the indication on the dashboard was right rear; I suspect they did not reprogram the tire pressure sensor location when service was performed. This is a safety issue, which should have been resolved before sending the truck on the road.JOSEPH K.

A/C on truck was not in workable condition. Blew hot air on a 102 degree day. Truck is worn out. Steering so worn out, couldn't drive a straight line. 181675 miles on truck. Suspension worn out. Cab so noisy rattling, vibrating, and banging over every street, NEVER AGAIN on a high mileage truck. Motor ran so rough, missing on at least one cylinder and intermittent on two others. 4 bedroom house contents, truck couldn't pull itself up any incline unless the transmission was locked in low gear. Pretty sad. It was a 17 hour nightmare. Great people, crap equipment.MARK H.

When you call me hours after I have turned in the truck EARLY, asking where the truck is and it's late...leaves me questioning if this location is working in a professional, detail oriented, or quality manner. U-haul sent me to the wrong location and wasted valuable time and caused me to pay extra for my movers that were by the hour, and then to have to go do my own inspection on the truck before I could leave is unacceptable. An male employee cursed a couple of times with me standing right at the counter. Not at me. Once on the phone and another after a customer walked out. Very unprofessional and may have been the GM of the storeBrian F.
Have better customer service skills. If you are going to complain about having been closed 25 mins ago then why even work. Work is work. Arguing with a 19 year old is very unprofessional. Worst experience ever. Yet he tried to make it seem like nothing had happened. I was there , yes 5 mins before closing but he still helped a lady that got there at the same time I did. But he comes back from helping the lady and starts being rude to me , saying I don't care that he had to be home 25 mins ago. Location claimed we did not put the right amount of fuel in the truck. When we got the truck, it only had a 1/4 if a tank of gas. We put it back to that level. When we retuned the truck, the guy said he would email the receipt l. We thought, no problem. I was surprised when I looked at my bill.
