Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisShannon, Thank you for helping us make our move back to Omaha by keeping some of our items for three months. Then you helped us with a 10 foot truck on our final day. Everything worked like clockwork for us. You are a 10 for us and we will recommend your business if the opportunity arises. Ron
BARB M | Expérience généraleShannon is the BEST

NICOLE R | Premières impressionsI was truly pleased with doing business with this particular U-Haul .
CHERYL T | Premières impressionsGreat experinece with the very short time we needed an additional storage unit during our move. Only thing was, the storage was located in the office and I could not access it after the office closed but was only for less than a week so not really a big deal for me. Great staff!
CHRISTOPHER L | Expérience généraleThank you Ricardo for your help greatly appreciated have a great day .
Dee M | Premières impressionsterrible customer service, they were all very rude and not helpful at all.
SHANONN D | Expérience généraleDan was very knowledgeable and friendly. Moving is hard but he did his best to have a seamless experience. You have a A++++++ employee! I have told others about the great service I received. It's rare to see such dedication and patience these days. Please thank Dan and his staff!
MONICA V | Expérience généraleWhen the L Street U-Haul did not have the unit I had reserved online, I desperately looked for another storage unit. I found this facility and explained the situation. The manager quickly had the one unit that had recently been vacated cleaned and let me move in and turn in my truck. In the four months that I have had the unit, the staff has been most helpful in letting me in when I needed access. I highly recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage at Millard Ave.
GRANT S | Expérience généraleOnly reason I booked was based on the hours posted on the website. I showed up at 7:30 pm on a Sunday and the place was locked up. Sent a message to someone at the location to help, and did not recieve an answer for over 12 hours. The reply was incredibly insincere, referencing "normal business hours" despite the website. Storage access hours were cut off by 5 hours on Sunday.
Ashley F | Expérience généraleAlthough the hours were not convenient to people that work 9-5, the staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thank you.
Ismari M | Expérience généraleService was excellent upon check out. They seem to be running much more smoothly after the turnover in management. Would recommend.
Jackson M | Expérience généraleGreat service!
