The man who checked us alerted us about the hazard of the straps not being fastened correctly to the tires. We had no transport issues and made it to the location safely, but that had not been explained at the LR location and so this went unchecked at gas fill ups.

The turn signals in the truck did nothing turn off by themselves. Big safety problem. Their is no “Ding” if the keys are in the ignition, locked them in and had to call aAAA since you try to screw people with a &175 charge, even after I bought the insurance.

Not sure what your consider clean but the question keeps being asked.. The vehicle is not what I would consider clean... Then I was told by the rep less than 50 miles was free which I only did 21 total and got charged for miles.

Very poor customer service. I accidentally left my sunglasses in the truck. I called at 7:12 am next morning to inquire about my glasses. Talked with 2 people who were both extremely rude. I was told the truck went out already and that I would have to call another day. They did not offer to take my contact information or to even try to check the truck when it came back in. Offered no help and were very demeaning.

They had to rewire a taillight before I took the trailer. Then the running lights went out twice in our 12 hour drive. First time I could fix it, the second time we stopped 4 times to attempt to get the running lights working with no success.

Service at the location was great. Printing a receipt was a bit of a chore. However, calling the customer service agent Pam at the call center was ludicrous. Unhelpful and dense. Ugh. Spent an hour going round and round to reserve my box fir pickup.

I came in wanting to rent a trailer for just a few hours but since I have a Jeep and had my soft top on, they were unable to rent to me. Jared suggested that I rented a pickup truck for the same price. I returned to the store right at 7:58pm and he assisted me in getting it returned on time so I didn't get charged an extra fee. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend asking for him when coming in to rent from the Millard Omaha Location!

Was not told my reservation got moved to another location. I showed up at the location I had originally made the reservation at and they told me that it was changed to another one 4 miles down the road. I was never notified of this change, so that was a bit frustrating

The installer did not properly put back interior trim pieces and even cracked a trim piece in multiple spots during installation, which will decrease resale value in the future if not repaird. There was no mention of this damage when the vehicle was returned to the owner and was only noticed afterwards when the owner was detailing the interior of the vehicle a couple weeks later.

This particular location isn't necessarily a problem. My problem with UHaul generally is that the reservation was moved from my chosen location to the Downtown Omaha location, which is fair enough. However, when I arrived at the Downtown Omaha location, I was informed that my trailer was actually at the Millard location. This required a trip across Omaha and back through rush hour traffic and added nearly two hours to my trip preparation time. Further, a part of the trailer fell off in the middle of my trip. I was on hold for >45 minutes with customer support to report this incident and find out what UHaul wanted me to do with the trailer.

Amazing experience for my return. Dan was the BEST person I could have worked with. I would recommend this location to everyone. It is easy to get to, and plenty of space and well marked. I will be coming back here for all of my moving needs.

Despite ordering a rental 2 months prior, there was no truck available when I got to the location. I was sent to another location. I got a truck where I was told "the oil light is on, but just ignore it." The vehicle felt like it was going to fall apart at any moment.

The truck's front right tire was at 50 psi instead of 90. The man added air and stated to monitor it. The tire consistently lost air and on my trip I needed to stop by a UHaul center in des moines to have air added. The next morning the tire indicator was on again. It was the front right tire, but the indication on the dashboard was right rear; I suspect they did not reprogram the tire pressure sensor location when service was performed. This is a safety issue, which should have been resolved before sending the truck on the road.

Always a pleasure doing business with the owners of this franchise location. They have gone the extra mile to help me when others could not. There are other U-Haul locations closer, but if I ever need to rent anything from U-Haul, I will only be going here.

None of the U-Haul employees can explain to me why I was charged 600 $for a truck rental that I had for less than 24 hours and I only drove 60 miles. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the U-Haul customer service representative hung up on me.

A/C on truck was not in workable condition. Blew hot air on a 102 degree day. Truck is worn out. Steering so worn out, couldn't drive a straight line. 181675 miles on truck. Suspension worn out. Cab so noisy rattling, vibrating, and banging over every street, NEVER AGAIN on a high mileage truck. Motor ran so rough, missing on at least one cylinder and intermittent on two others. 4 bedroom house contents, truck couldn't pull itself up any incline unless the transmission was locked in low gear. Pretty sad. It was a 17 hour nightmare. Great people, crap equipment.

When you call me hours after I have turned in the truck EARLY, asking where the truck is and it's late...leaves me questioning if this location is working in a professional, detail oriented, or quality manner. U-haul sent me to the wrong location and wasted valuable time and caused me to pay extra for my movers that were by the hour, and then to have to go do my own inspection on the truck before I could leave is unacceptable. The link for pictures expires? Unacceptable.

Customer service agent had a difficult time with processing my reservation. Also, I fell on the ice in the parking lot. I get that there had been snow the night before but clear the lot.
