HARLEE BI The workers everywhere I've seen have been amazing, but from day one I have had nothing but problems. First, I ordered my truck to be at a location 17 min from my house. For whatever reason, couldn't get the location I wanted or th truck size, little annoying but not worth the 1 star of course. Called Dothan, they were great, helped me get everything I needed. Got my 20 ft and moved all my stuff no problem. I went to drop off the truck at the drop off location, filled out the app's paperwork and was overcharged for no reason. Eventually found the key drop off and it was taped up with a geto note saying to drop off somewhere else. Just felt very unprofessional and untrustworthy given the area. I had to waste my time calling MULTIPLE people to sort all this out. Then the owner of the building threatened to tow the vehicle. Eventually after talking to 3 people, I was told that I should waste my time some more by dropping it off somewhere else. Lady on the phone said she'd put the manager of the place in touch with me, but honestly, they're the one that probably set all this up this way, so I honestly don't want to have that conversation and try to sort my problems with them of all people. Showed up, the overworked lady there was very nice and helped sort some of it out, even fixed the overcharge which was great. I over payed I found out later, had a quote for $130-ish and was charged $180. Just overall a bad pipeline with great workers having to makeup for it. Not sure I'll recommend for any future moves.
Andrew JGrant and his wife did an above excellent job they were caring and supportive made me smile an laugh I truly enjoy them I really need that kindness I had firefights kicked in my bedroom door screaming fire I was in a deep sleep from pure exhaustion I awoke went to climb out of bed only for my feet to land on the floor in deep water thank God no fire but unfortunately the fire alarm sprinkle unknown cause went off flooding my whole apartment everything I had was soaked in water I took a huge loss and I'm temporarily homeless well my apartments getting repaired thank God my mom and stepdad are letting my husband three black cats an myself stay a few days till we hear from the insurance adjuster which is going to take a few days I'm grateful for my mom but I'm a mess all my clothes are ruined I'm broke my jacket got ruined I have no jacket it's cold I have a black bath robe I wore tget the uhaul that we needed cause we had to move everything out of the apartment Grant was so nice to me he didn't judge me for looking a total mess he took good care of us God bless him he deserves an award and a ride grants wife too I'm sorry I'm bad with names there should be more people in this world like them I appreciate how caring they were about my situation so understanding thank you to Grant and his beautiful wife for giving my husband and myself the best service I will recommend uhaul to everyone I know and everyone to my church harvest in Dothan thank God for Grant and his lovely wife uhaul you have the best employees thank you uhaulim so grateful for your help
HEATHER AI have never been displeased with my hometown U-Haul location on 231 North just out of downtown, and today was no exception. He was fast and efficient.
BRYAN DThe manager there went above and beyond to correct a mistake that was my fault. I had asked for them to send the deposit by mail, but changed my mind after the agreement was finalized. He was absolutely a blessing because I needed to rent another truck the next day. So he fixed it so I could use the deposit money again for the next rental. I am extremely thankful that he went out of his way to fix that for me. Would definitely recommend this location!

MISTY LAlthough they were very busy they were extremely patient and helpful with each customer. I had the opportunity to observe them with several different customers who had questions or concerns and the young lady handled each one very well. I even thought while waiting that she would be an asset where I work.

JANET K | Expérience généraleReserved 20ft.truck with appliance dolly. Was told dolly was in the truck at pickup. Ii had hired movers and opened truck- NO DOLLY!. Went to dealer ,told they had no appliance dolly. Told me to drive to dealer in Enterprise-35 miles away. I asked if another location in Dothan could supply one. Initially told no. I pushed and they called another dealer and was told I could get one with no charge to me. The other dealer was totally confused after I picked it up. The second dealer called the initial rent site and was told they would Pay him for the. Dolly. At turn in the employee said that they could not pay. I intend to see that the second dealer is paid for the dolly. A real mess! Let me know what happens. Very unhappy!!

MRY WAll was good with this. The only issue I really had was with the loading assistance provided by the U-Haul contractor Countless Assistance. The broke, scratched, and damaged many pieces of my load, including a flat screen TV. Lerenso Countless will not call me back after he said he would make everything right. DO NOT USE THIS CON MAN, COUNTLESS ASSISTANCE IS THE WORST!,

Jimmy MThe experience was good until I dropped the vehicle off. The person that met me in the drop off lane was very rude. He was rude when he asked me how the truck did and then was very rude and un professional when it came to the moving blankets. I paid for rental of 2 dozen moving blankets which I only used a dozen of. I placed them in a pile near the rear of the truck when I was done with them. The guy saw them and very rudely told me that I need to fold them up for him and that " I received them folded neatly and I need to return them the same way and that he would charge me 25 extra dollars if they had to fold them" I will never ever pay to rent moving blankets from your company again because of his attitude and I will do my very best to make sure everyone I know ever does either. They were not free to use and I don't know exactly how they needed to be folded to go back into the package anyways. I'm sure he had to fold them again to get them into the package.
GEORGE RThe employee did not listen to my scheduling concerns. Said he would make sure I was dropping off the truck and trailor at the same location but did not do so. I ended up having to call and change it but it was an inconvenience. Same person wasn't the greatest help when hooking up the trailor to the truck. Also, not this specific location but U-haul scheduling did not call me as I was told they would and had ended up scheduling me to pick up the trailor and truck in two separate spots (that were 30 minutes apart as well). This was not possible for me to without spending an extra 1hr+ driving, miles, gas from one location and back to the other. It cost me $40 because when I had originally called Uhaul main number (corporate number 1800 uhual or whatever) I had been given a 40 discount for dropping it off in Daphne. However, when they had scheduled me two different places it messed up that $40 discount I should have been given
Donnie MThe customer care team was very informative and professional. They were quick to resolve any issues and were very thankful for each customer awaiting their rental. We will be going back to this location as we were very pleased with all the team members and their work ethic and teamwork.
HORACIO DHire more help, so that customers can smoothly transition. There is absolutely no reason why it should've taken myself and husband over an hr and 15 minutes just return our truck!

ANTONIO FI returned the trailer before the time it was due on the date it was due. I specifically asked if I needed to sign anything showing that I returned the trailer, and was told no. Then the next day I got a call from someone wanting to know if was going to return the trailer. I told him that I did the day before and gave him the time. I said that it's not showing returned. I told him that wasn't my problem because I did return it and about where it was placed. He informed me that he was going to look for it outside and call me back. I never got a call back but got this link thanking me for the return. I say whoever receives a return needs to be sure to enter it into the system. Other than that it was good. Nice first guy and super friendly. Second guy seemed like he didn't believe me and was very short.
SHANNON Mit took 45 minutes to complete the paperwork because of computer issues. I would recommend updating computers or software.

Staci MReserved online, selected no insurance. Would not accept my Mastercard credit card as a major credit card, had to use another card (was not a debit card). Then noticed on receipt they had added insurance. Asked when I returned for them to remove the charge, they said there was nothing they could do about it now. Very poor customer service.

BRADLEY SMade reservation to pick up Saturday 8/31 arrived , they showed I had no reservation… lady told me to come back Sunday and they would have vehicle. I told her I would like to get it as early as possible.She advised me someone woul be there at 8:00 I got there gentleman said I was given some bad info and to "Look at the Door" we open at 9:00 … same guy checked all of us in at9:00 Poor Customer Service.

ROBERT TInspection upon leaving shouldn't be left solely to the customers. When you rent a car they go over it with you before you leave.

I spoke to the manager several times about there being rodent feces all over my bins and the floor of my unit (obviously no food was in my unit to attract any) and nothing was ever done. I finally decided to give up and move my belongings out after paying almost $100 a month and receiving poor service, I DO NOT recommend this storage facility.
