Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy items were in storage for only 5 weeks. In this short amount of time, some of my items turned green with mildew/mold including car seats, strollers, & even the legs of my wooden chairs. I found various insects (spiders, roaches, worms/weevles) & rat droppings on the floor & on top of my items. At the door entrance, the ground stayed muddy & was slippery. When it comes to renting trucks, trailers, & related things, they're great & customer service is great. But I do not recommend anyone storing their items. I've stored my items in non-climate controlled uhauls in FL for over a year & never had similar issues to the 5 weeks I stored items here in Dothan. I pulled my items out early for fear of further damage/infestation & when I informed the representative I wanted to cancel my reservation and why I was leaving early, there was no apology or any mention of how they can make it right.
Tammara A | Expérience généraleI had bugs in my things
Courtney L | Expérience généraleI am not happy with the fact that i moved out on April 13, 2026 after i had paid for the month of April. I was told that i couldn't get reimbursed for the remaining days. I think this is very unfair. For this reason ivwould not rent from your company agaon or recommend anyone.
MAMIE M | Expérience généraleJoni was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing how to access my storage. It was quick and easy to move my things in.
Keaira B | Déménagement en ligneI love this site
SHIRLEY M | Expérience généraleThe particular location of my storage unit made it susceptible to dust getting into my unit and on my furniture. Plus, there were rat pellets on my furniture.
donald s | Expérience généraleJodi and Scott were both helpful and friendly upon arrival to the storage facility. I was able to get checked in, locate the storage unit and access it quickly. I experienced a minor issue with the door and the staff immediately responded and corrected the problem. Excellent experience, great customer service and would highly recommend Uhaul storage at this location to anyone in need of such. A++++
