Reservation and check in was quick and easy. At the time of check in I was told after hours drop off was simple and only had to drop the key in the box. However, at the time of drop off there was a sign indicating after hours drop off had to be done on the app. Because I had not downloaded the app on my phone I had to first do that and then follow the steps in the app. It actually took longer to drop off the truck than it did to pick it up. Everything else was fine.

Called. Said it was open till 5pm. We arrived at 2:06pm. Door was locked. Called. No answer. Finally 4 mins later a man walked out front door and said they were closed. Kept pointing to door sign, and yelling at us that they were closed. He walked away. Finally a female came out. She had to address us cause I had her car blocked in. She took our keys, unhooked the trailer and moved the rental truck and put and put keys in lock box. The male employee was a prick and should be fired. The female was professional, and got the job done in less than 5 minutes.

My account wasn't closed when I asked to be close. There are items missing from my storage. Unit employees are known to leave early and not say anything to customers that are there. altogether will never choose the location again

This place is horrible! The clerk was dishonest and I will never use this place. It's a shame uhaul has this type of representation… uhaul is a great company and needs to look into this location soon.

Unit was fine except I payed extra for climate control and it wasn't. In the summer my unit got to 91 f . I mentioned it to the staff and the guy was just kinda like uhhh idk and shrugged it off. Disappointing, I went with uhail cause I thought it was a trusted name.

Bank sent payment in time but the staff failed to post till 4 days later causing a late fee. When the help line called that's what the the mgr at the unit said. took days to get this straighten out.

It was difficult navigating a 26 foot truck through the facility and I was leery about the rat poison in the storage unit. There was some kind of stain on the concrete floor. The unit seem kind of beat up. I don't have any disputes and I'm still leaving my belongings there.

This facility needs to be renovated. Blacktop needs repaving. Several bay doors need to be repainted. And the insulation inside the units ceilings needs to be reapplied.

This location needs to be remodeled and a better air system installed. There were roaches in the building and the unit. The place smells like an old wet sock. There we large baits setup in the hallway to catch other critters. After moving out I had to dispose of pillows that has absorbed the musty smell, disinfected my clothes and wash everything trying to get rid of the smell. There are no carts available here either for customer use, so moving in/out is overly taxing.

Easy pickup and drop off process

I had to go 30 miles out if my way, be ause the one I originally, had on reserve, which was only 6 miles away, from. My location, apparently, had something, wrong and couldn't, go back out, so I was switched to a location 30 miles away, both ways, I should have received a discount for my inconvenience, I am waiting for a phone call, since I was told it takes 48 hours for a district manager to respond back, and that was Saturday, it is now close to the end of Tuesday, 48 hours, no phone call!!!!!

I have not had time to write this before now but I have to acknowledge the excellent customer service of Kayla. A couple weeks ago I called this location looking for a trailer because I was in the middle of a move and found the truck wasn't big enough. The location did not have the size I needed but Kayla offered to make an outreach to see if someone else in the area had one. It was shortly after that I received a call letting me know a trailer had been located nearby and it was reserved for me. I can't thank Kayla enough for helping out during this stressful time. I recently moved out of a storage unit and absolutely no problems with that either. I would recommend this location to anyone for storage or equipment rental

The pick up location was fine , however it was not my original location , I went to my original location to only find out the truck was down so they moved my reservation to a different location, which would have been fine , however no body notified us , we showed up to have to go to the other location already on a tight schedule

She had my info ready and took about 5 min to check me in (truck was clean, gas was correct and I was just under allowed mileage) - I had a very good experience with the rental (including representatives and truck) - thank you

There is a distinct musty smell that is permeating the storage facility where the interior units are located. The entire place needs an overhaul. The AC units are inadequate for the space they're in and there is no visible place to turn on the fans and it's Florida. There are no carts to use. There are large rodent poison traps all over the floor. This place is subpar and the worst storage facility I have ever used. I'm sure my things will be ruined , possibly infested with critters, and in need of dry cleaning to get rid off the smell that will absorb into everything.

We have used this location multiple times for trailer rentals(under my husband's name,). I recently rented a storage unit I explained to the man sitting behind the desk I would like it under my name handed him my license, credit card and gave him my email and emergency contact information. I confirmed automatic payments would be set up. The account was set up under my husband's name auto payment was never set up I was told "we have lots of complaints about that" I would think so customers are being charged because your system is a fail. I was issued a late payment in addition a lien was placed assessing additional fees. I came in to closed out my account I asked that he confirmed my contact information he read me my husband's #. They infact contacted my husband (currently going through a separation imagine if my situation was dangerous what would of happened) I asked for the manager she wasn't available. I asked for the fees to be removed he couldn't do that. I closed my account a few weeks ago my husband received an email stating your next bill is due June 25th. When I called the same guy said oh I do see it's still open. Just wow?!! I am very disappointed with this experience. This is concerning! You've got to do better!

Keyla the manager was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. She explained in detail the options and gave Us recommendations. We made the reservation for a 20-foot truck. We left her office and when she find out that the truck couldn't be used and one just like it was not available at her location, she call Us and gave Us information about another location if we decide or want to stay with the 20-foot truck. She provide Us and gave Us and offered an alternative of a 26-foot truck at her location. It is great to know that still businesses that provide good customer service, have good people and they show all the time that they care.

The man helping was filling in from another location. He did a great job. Unfortunately when I was returning the trailer I rented, his manager from his normal location called him on his cellphone. The manager didn't seem to understand that he might have customers waiting, and only let him off of the phone when the store phone rang. It also was a bit condescending of the manager to call the store phone while he was on the guys cellphone, just to make sure he was in the store. I was in the store when the man's cellphone rang, the store phone hadn't rang, but the manager didn't seem to believe the employee. I'm in a customer facing job myself, and I can tell you that is a very toxic trait in a manager. Once again, not this locations manager, but the one where this employee was filling in from...

When I got into the vehicle the windows were filthy making it hard to see. Then the low tire light was on and all 4 tires needed air. The pressure was at 21 on 1 tire and 35, 41 and 46. I had to stop and put air in all 4 tires. Then I noticed while driving on the highway that the vehicle was not shifting properly and the transmission sounded like it was having a hard time shifting. I had to make the rest of my trip driving in manual. When I arrived at my storage location to clean it out, I could smell the brakes like they were sticking. This vehicle had 130 000 miles and felt like it was on its last leg. I use uhaul all the time and have never had a van so unsafe.

Great customer service and friendliness from the employee that was working. I'm bad with names but he was probably the nicest uhaul employee i have ever dealt with and i have used uhaul alot. I will for sure come back to this location.

The only problem we had was the hinge was broken on the storage unit which in turn might had contributed to rats getting in the unit and causing damage to stuff stored inside the unit.

Mice or rats ate through my box springs and nested in there. They ate corners of boxes and climbed in and defecated and peed on towels and dish towels and all kinds of things. My mattress luckily was wrapped in plastic. And I had a lot of items in totes but there was more mice poop or rat poop that unit I've ever seen. When the movers came they took pictures and I called the attendant on duty who said the manager was on their way in and would come to my unit in 10 minutes but she never did

When we rented this unit, the door would almost be impossible to lift up, the slide is always stuck. A typical unit you press down and the. Lift up, These units almost impossible to do this and when lifting the door up it would get stuck half way. I explain this to personal and they agree some units are difficult to get into.

It said on the e website 2-3 bedrooms when I got it not sure what went wrong but it was soooo small that was like a small walking closet if I knew how small it was going to be I would have choose a bigger one, the details online are wrong , we struggled a bit and ended up taking stuff that wouldn’t fit in there to my sisters in law house it was disappointing other than that it was good

We had a storage for over a year and every one was and is amazing!! After the big move we got rid of and clean out what was no longer needed…thankful to have had Uhaul!

Was sent here after another uhaul facility in Hudson rented me an occupied unit. Unfortunately the unit at this facility was not a 10x20, it was two 10x10s with the divider removed. This would not give access to the vehicle to be stored. After asking for a solution, none was given.

Reserved a 10x20 unit. Rented a car trailer from my local uhaul. Loaded my classic car. Drove for hours to Hudson, FL. Completed all paperwork at facility. Only to find the unit we were rented had a personal lock on it. It was an occupied unit. The uhaul employee (Chandler) told us he found a unit at another uhaul. It was less convenient location but now we are stuck. We drove to this location, only to find it was two 10x10s with the divider wall removed. There was no way to get the car into this style unit. After a lengthy conversation with customer service, we were told there is no units available and nothing else she could do for me. So we drove for hours back home with the car still on the uhaul trailer. Wife and I took a day off of work, spent money on a rental, extra gas to take my classic car on a tour of Florida. Shame on Uhaul for their unreliable reservation system. SHAME on Uhaul for their lack of resolution for their failures!

U-Haul did an outstanding job helping my difficult move. They went above and beyond in anyway they could help especially since I moved during a couple arctic storms, extending my days and making up for not having the size of storage I was supposed to have reserved.

Was never able to get a gate code that worked to let me in could only access it during office hours office manager rudest inconsiderate person I've ever met in my life and you want to charge me rent on it till November because that manager screwed up

Roof leaked. Mentioned it to management numerous times. Said maintenance takes long time to come out. Could actually see light through the roof in various spots. I had to cover things in plastic. Trash all over facility. I had 1 unit here and 1 unit down the street. Other company very clean compared to this site. Roof leaked for 3 months in Florida's rainy season

I have left messages for the manager to call me as some of my things got wet. Not on did things get wet the ceiling left a mess all over everything in my storage. There was rat crap all over my totes and floor. The storage door which was mention numerous times was never fixed. The manager NEVER returned my calls.

I didn't have a chance to move in. The unit that was given to me ended up being rented to someone else. Very disappointed with this. Staff wasn't flexible about giving us a different or bigger unit for the same price. Ended requesting a refund.

I forgot to call to let them know I moved out and I received the most pleasant phone call advising me of my options. A lot of people leave comments only when the service is less than stellar. This Uhaul does just what is needed. Appreciate the service level!

1st unit had has a roof collapse. There was a lot of debris. Obviously, unit had not been checked. 2nd unit ceiling was ok but also had bricks and trash left by previous customer. I had to ask the agent to bring a broom and sweep it out.

Office reeks of dead animal. stinks like nonstop wet dog farts so unbearable that you can barely stand there long enough to complete a transaction. Staff kind intelligent and helpful particularly the girl with the great hair. She saved the transaction with her intelligence. She deserves a raise and hopefully will not be stuck working in a feces littered hellhole for much longer.

When I went to move in a few days after renting there was a lock on the unit so I went to the office and found out that I was rented a unit that was already rented. Although there were no units the same size as what I had rented, the issue was resolved quickly.

My only complaint is that the door is extremely hard to get open. I can't do it and my 6'2 320 lb husband has difficulty

I had difficulty closing the latch to line up the holes to insert my lock. Nearly every time I had to fetch one of the girls to come down and do it for me. They sprayed and often just let the first hole line up and locked it. It was ALways tricky!

I had a health problem was not able to pay my storage on time, got charged an extra 30 % of the rent because we were 14 days late, so we decided to move to another storage. I approached your office with my inability to pay on time, but wat we received was 4 threatening letters in a 14 days time, if you do not pay up we will and so on. So we decided that your company do not deserve another one of our $. There is lots of storage company's in town. Thanks. Karin Villaroman.

The interior of my unit was constantly covered in dust, I think I opened it twice in 4 months. During a worldwide pandemic, when people lost their jobs and were struggling to keep food on the table, UHaul never waived any late fees in fact we were assessed a fee for Lien notification. I called in to try and resolve and they said that there was nothing they could do. Very sad during these difficult and confusing times.
