Actually, the original hitch and electrical tow wires were installed at 25086 JEFFERSON AV, MURRIETA CA 92562 (5/04/2021--under Contract # 92861969) but because the electrical tow wires were not originally properly installed/terminated, the wires were damaged a few months later and TODAY only the electrical tow wires were replaced at 14535 Lebanon Rd, Old Hickory TN 37138 (Contract # 21849418).  Had it been explained to me that there was a 2-year warranty (WSP4), I would have had the repair made as soon as possible after the damage had been incurred.  If U-Haul desires to extend customer goodwill, I would request--and gladly accept--a full refund for today's repair charge.

Make them aware that the $19,95 is not per day. If you rent for example only for 4h and return after 5h you get a late fee charge!

Take down signs that do not apply….such as you advertise dumpster use for 6,99 only to hear that doesn't exist there. Also the U-Haul green room sign said we can take what we need or share what we don't want - only to be told not to may attention to the signs and we would be charged $200 if we left anything. So I had to rent a truck which was another issue in the pricing â€" to take the items away since we could not leave them for someone else to take as advertised.

The staff was dismissive upon move in. It seemed to be an hassle for them to do their job and it was not a good experience. I left feedback about that but received no response. The staff was also and pushy, rude, and overall unfriendly upon move out. Not 45 minutes after the last of my items were out did I receive multiple, back to back calls asking to process my move out. I paid through 12/6, my items were moved out on 11/13. I did not appreciate the rush to vacate my unit during work hours interrupting a meeting for a non-emergent issue. I do not recommend this location.

When I called to make the reservation I told them I needed it for a round trip and the drop off would be late Friday night as I was going to a college competition with a bunch of theatre students. When I got the reservation it was set for one way and a drop off. I got to the site and it took an hour to fix the reservation, but the guy at the desk was swamped and doing three reservations while he was trying to fix mine. Then yesterday I get a call from U haul asking about my reservation, I told the caller that my reservation was being returned today, I was five hours away and that I would be returning late Friday. He responded that he “really needed that truck.” I get mistakes happen, but I was very transparent with BOTH of the people who took my reservation.

Hussein at the front desk was outstanding! He went above and beyond to make sure I was take care of. I am so pleased with his level of professionalism and organization. When I went to return the U-haul equipment, I was so tired and stressed. Hussein was there to treat me like family, explaining the process with utmost detail and care. I paid $3700 for a one way rental of a 26' box truck. It was a death trap. No brake lights or turn signals on the trailer plugs. The driver's side seatbelt was broken. Windshield was filthy and the windshield wipers were garbage. Truck was out of balance and alignment. Worst experience ever!!

I made a truck rental and storage reservation online. I confirmed with U-Haul customer service that I would receive the free month of storage upon move in for the month 10/6-11-5 even though my truck reservation was for a future date, 12/1. Upon move in I was curtly informed that that was not the case and it was explained to me in a quite juvenile manner by a staff member at the storage location that that was not the case. Since I am on a time crunch for my move I did not have the ability to shop around for another option. I feel that U-Haul was deceptive in its promise but more than that I feel that customer relations should be worked on for this staff member as they did not have to speak down to me as if I did t have a brain.

When a customer reserves online, in advance...Furniture blankets for example was out of stock for the move day. This is probably beyond this facility, however when someone does online reservation, they are depending that they are going to have the supplies they need to do the move. That is the only disappointment.

The door to the unit was bent and therefore not as secure without something in the unit behind the door to block it from being lifted. I was able to do that from the day I arrived, so it was not an issue! They said they would have it repaired once I moved out. I reminded them when I moved out and they said they would be taking care of it for the next guest. Everything about our experience was great and they worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed!

I have never had a positive experience at Uhaul, unfortunately. At my recent visit, I waited half an hour before someone was able to help me. The staff lack communication and customer service skills. As well, the terms of business were not clearly explained to me, resulting in a surprise charge on my card.

The motion sensor lights in the hallway need to stay on longer. If you are in your unit and the hallway lights go off it's dangerous trying to get out to the hall to get the lights to come back on if you are packing/unpacking as you can't see since the individual units aren't lit.

The unit alarm went off when I opened it. I went to talk to a manager to see of that were a normal thing, the uhaul team locked the doors. The police showed up later to see what was happening I was being criminalized for opening the door to a unit I paid for two days before. There has been no cancelation notice up to this time, and still yet to recieve any. I am currently considering legal action for the distress, defamation, breach of contract, and humiliation. I have never received such a unprofessional service in my life.

I would recommend anyone looking for a safe place to store your belongings at this facility, they have really friendly staff and they walked me through the move in process and they do provide locks that are inexpensive. Unfortunately, I do have to give it a one star rating due to when I was moving out an employee charged me on "accident" for 3 fee's totaling 80$. I was on the phone with them as they made this error, they ended up calling over a manager whom stated they didn't know what the charge was for. The employee then stated they "may" have checked the 3 boxes that added those fee's. We ended the call with pretty much there is nothing that can be done because it has already processed on their end. I then received a call back from the manager shortly after, he said he contacted corporate and they also stated there was nothing that could be done because I had already moved out of the unit and it had already processed on their end. The manager said unfortunately I would still be charged regardless of their mistake and they "may" be able to refund me or "something". I immediately locked my cards, and I am waiting to see if they proceed with charging me. I do not usually write reviews but when I do, I try to be as honest as possible. I really did enjoy my stay at this location, just really unprofessional that nobody could correct their mistakes. At the end of the day I am still extremely happy to say I was confident in trusting this facility to hold my belongings. And I realize people make mistakes! So, no need for an all negative review it deserves the good too. :)

Looked online Sunday and seen 10x10 units available. Went to facility. 2 lazy employees said there were no 10x10s available and "pulled a report" to verify. Went back out to my vehicle, got online, and rented the 10x10 unit that I wanted while sitting in the parking lot. Did their job for them, maybe they should share their paycheck.

Extremely helpful staff. Would highly recommend for storage needs. Also, supply costs for boxes and tape are actually lower than HD or Walmart.

Mt Juliet Uhaul is run well. The staff is great, some are young you get some non sense with that, but overall it was a pleasure to do business there. Adam Cash helped me with returning furniture pads and getting refunded, I appreciate hiw he handled that. 5 stars.

My only complaint is it is very difficult to communicate with the location. When you call the number, it transfers to the 800# which is typically unable to help with your call. You should be able to contact the location directly and only speak to the direct location.

The fact that I was made to pay a bill before it's actual due date in order to go inside of my storage was a disaster I do not appreciate it and then the fact that one of your employees went outside to discuss me instead of staying inside with me when he went on the phone with a man named Adam so yes I'm very dissatisfied in your service and I've been using you for years and just know that if I could find another way of not using you in the near future just know I won't be

Renting a truck here was no issue. Being told a storage space was available at the time the reservation was made and later finding out that, not only was the unit no longer available, there was no way of knowing when one would be ready threw a massive wrench in our moving day. Why allow reservations to be made and ask for a date that a unit would be needed if there are no units available? Fortunately the team managed a workaround and getting a unit secured but I can't imagine everyone being so fortunate in the future.

Office hours were convenient, but not always staffed to help. 3-4 guys in bay area while customers waited in store for help. Or, 2-3 guys helping with rental jobs, but no one manning the store. However, I know help is hard to come by, but when you have 3-4 guys in the garage or 3guys helping with a rental truck while regular paying customers are sitting inside waiting for help, it gets annoying. However, guys were always helpful and pleasant when you finally got service. I just want to go back in time when ppl who paid monthly for services got customer service within a reasonable time (is 15 mins too much to ask when 3-4 ppl are with someone else, and you're left standing with no help?

Both 1st floor 10x10s we rented had water on top of 1’or 2 plastic bins we had converted our stored items into previously(- The water appeared to be orienting on the rear wall from above ; if we still had item had items in cardboard some things would have been ruined

Difficulty with store personnel answering phone to confirm truck day of move out. Earlier during last month of storage, staff on site answered incorrectly on how customer would receive credit back in case of partial month use. Had to get correct answer from Uhaul national customer service after extensive time on hold.

Do not like the check in process. It's confusing to have to check in at one door then enter into another one. It should just be the one door. Loved it other than that.

I have got to say, this was my first U-Haul experience. Moving out of State was a scary ordeal. I have never done it and only had myself, my Sister and my Brother in law to help. From beginning to end the experience was way more than we expected. Everyone was helpful, kind and professional. If ever I should have to do it again, I will definitely go through your company.
