Customer service picking up and dropping off was amazing. Both gentlemen were very patient with me and pleasant. They thoroughly explained everything to me I am so happy my location was switched to this one..

Your fill in manager was a joke. We went 30 mies out of the way to the truck. No compensation for it. Then we get a 1 way truck with 1/4 tank of fuel. The whole thing was a joke from start to finish. WON'T EVER USE OR RECOMMEND UHUAL AGAIN.

Both 1st floor 10x10s we rented had water on top of 1’or 2 plastic bins we had converted our stored items into previously(- The water appeared to be orienting on the rear wall from above ; if we still had item had items in cardboard some things would have been ruined

We had an issue with picking up a truck at a different location. Another customer hadn't returned it on time. U-Haul called and said there was a larger truck here we could use. The guys at this location were super quick checking the truck in and out, answered all my questions. Great spot.

Towing a vehicle with the 10' truck empty is very dangerous. Hard to keep from swaying side to side. Very scary.

Rude, racist and unacceptable staff. Equipment is not well maintained, need alignment for sure. Even if you reserved your utility dolly or appliance dolly they will not provide you one because they are racist. All they can say is it's reserved for other customers. Shame on you U-haul to hiring RACIST staff. Business is business it doesn't matter who is your customer.

The location and equipment were great; however, the sales clerk that helped my husband and me at the UHaul location was a complete rude jerk. He was rude from check-in to departure. We had a question and he basically snapped at my husband for asking and interrupting him. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone and will certainly never use it again. We were going to rent a storage unit at this location and decided against it specifically because of this guy. Why would any company want to employ someone that treats their customers the way this guy did is beyond me.

The mobile app wouldn't work so we were an hour late to our move. There was no additional equipment that I had ordered in the truck so we had a terrible time moving our appliances. Boone answered when we called.

I was staying in Franklin, TN and moving my daughter out of her dorm in Nashville, TN. But my reservation near campus in Nashville was cancelled (or moved) and I had to drive an hour away to Old Hickory to pick up a trailer. That was quite a ways out of the way.

Witness an employee being berated by a customer. The employee who helped me was very professional about the situation. He never said a word, just continued to assist me. I feel this was his best option, for the situation could have escalated. Kudos to the employees.

Difficulty with store personnel answering phone to confirm truck day of move out. Earlier during last month of storage, staff on site answered incorrectly on how customer would receive credit back in case of partial month use. Had to get correct answer from Uhaul national customer service after extensive time on hold.

Do not like the check in process. It's confusing to have to check in at one door then enter into another one. It should just be the one door. Loved it other than that.

I have got to say, this was my first U-Haul experience. Moving out of State was a scary ordeal. I have never done it and only had myself, my Sister and my Brother in law to help. From beginning to end the experience was way more than we expected. Everyone was helpful, kind and professional. If ever I should have to do it again, I will definitely go through your company. The only problem I had was there was a couple of weeks when I couldn't get in because I thought I'd lost my key and I couldn't find what I needed to unlock my lock. When I finally called to arrange to have it cut off, I was told that a new lock had been put on my unit and no one told me until then.

The technician and manager helping me were knowledgeable and helpful. The manager was especially helpful in explaining the procedure as I was taking over a storage unit I shared with a friend.

My only complaint would be lack of Ramos at entry door in the event you couldn't back a truck or trailer to the door. Other then that a great place with friendly and helpful staff.

First, they gave me a unit that already had someone elses belongings inside and then issued me a new storage space. THAT space was empty, but they forgot to add that to my account so they locked my box up. Had to chat with them about that issue for nearly a half hour trying to get THAT squared away. Then the truck I rented to haul my toolbox had a door that kept popping open, and if it wasnt for a friendly driver on the road, I could have spilled everything out that wasnt tied down and/or killed someone. Truck had a cracked windscreen. Not a biggie, but I had to explain it away after the fact. After that, they neglected to close my account when I returned the vehicle as the unit was now empty. Now I keep getting rent reminders and charges added to a unit that I turned in 1 month ago. So you tell me how my experience was.

Tried 4 times to get my due date changed to the middle of the month for my budget,no one could help and management never called me back

The overhead door/garage door was bent and off the track at the bottom. It got to the point that I could not open it all the way up, nor could I close it. I complained and a member of the staff worked on it and got it closed. I returned several days later and the door was still bent and water was dripping down on my quilting machine. I asked to see the manager, and was told he wasn't there. I left a message for him to call me….he never did. So I moved out to another storage company down the road.

Having the storage unit at the same location as the van rental made our move much more efficient. We unloaded the moving van into our storage unit and didn't have to worry about taking the van to be dropped off...we were already there!

We are moving to Nashville from out of town. We were looking for a storage unit that was secure and affordable. We are very pleased with our choice to store our things with Uhaul storage facilities! As a bonus, we got our first month free!

Your staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Our house was impacted by tornado last year in Mt Juliet TN. This location gave us a month free up front. Our repairs.took much longer than anticipated. I'm happy to say that 15 months later I would definitely recommend this location. Although our unit wasn't air conditioned, our items were all in terrific shape. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to friends and family.

Once the access keypad was repaired a few years ago by the new management, this was an excellent storage facility to access and easy to utilize.

Rude and unhelpful, wouldn't answer questions, if I treated customers the way I was treated I wouldn't have any. Will avoid uhaul in the future, left a bad taste in my mouth. I went to another storage place close by and they were very helpful, had a bigger unit for less money and provided an overall excellent experience.

After a couple stressful days of moving the employees here were so friendly and helpful. Overall, the light at the end of the tunnel and changed the day around.

Upon arrival, unit had not been swept out and dead roaches were present. Staff did let me borrow a broom to sweep out. During our near 2 month stay, we caught one roach, which is not bad at all, but also caught one mouse, which I'm glad the wife didn't see. I felt the facility was secure, but punching in a code every time between trips in the truck was a bit annoying. Overall, not a bad experience.

...the on line didn't explain the circumstances for the change of our pick up location...we found out the "why" after going to our original place who explained there wasn't an available vehicle...otherwise the locations in St. Louis and here in MT. Juliet have been helpful in explaining and offering assistance...

Terrible experience. Tried to change account details several times but they kept getting it wrong. Booked a van and was sent a U-Haul PROMISE that was not delivered upon, had to go many miles out of our way to get the van that we had a booked confirmation for. Will not use this facility again.

Eric Sparks was an amazing employee. His willingness to show me around the facility and allow me to look at the exact storage locker location was an awesome. Eric is an excellent representative/ambassador of your organization.

While the gentleman who helped me reserve my unit was very helpful and friendly, the one who moved me out was unfortunately not. His answers were short and he didn't seem to want to be bothered. He was very unenthusiastic about his job. I've used this facility before and could have sworn there was a proration of rent if you moved out early; yesterday while I was mid-question, he cut me off saying "they don't prorate." It's frustrating because we were just billed roughly 3-5 days ago and basically had the whole month left. That part isn't his fault but his attitude and delivery of information to customers could use some attention.

Our rental unit was not swept,out, had dead cockroaches, and mouse droppings in the well of an interior wall. I was was expecting a lot more, as far as cleanliness from "indoor climate controlled" storage facility. I told an employee there and he stated that he never goes into the storage units and gave me the managers card. Matter of fact the pile we swept out, was still there today. I know that the business can't control what is brought in and it's impossible to be pest free, but this unit should have been inspected before move in.

Online rental process was easy and fast. I was surprised at the cost being a little higher than expected. When I arrived, my unit had a lock on it. Luckily the manager was there and he quickly moved me to a new unit. The checkin and main door entry process was a little complicated but nothing a little practice can't help.

I lost my home at Meridian and my work at Lebanon FedEx and my daughters school. Living out of our car was so hard to organize. They gave us one month free and a lock and said I could have some boxes. He said... I'll never forget... Nous sommes là pour vous. Thank you forever. I'll never stop telling people.
