U-Haul called and said there was a larger truck here we could use. The guys at this location were super quick checking the truck in and out, answered all my questions. Great spot.

Even if you reserved your utility dolly or appliance dolly they will not provide you one because they are racist. All they can say is it's reserved for other customers. Shame on you U-haul to hiring RACIST staff. Business is business it doesn't matter who is your customer.
Javokhir R.The location and equipment were great; however, the sales clerk that helped my husband and me at the UHaul location was a complete rude jerk. He was rude from check-in to departure. We had a question and he basically snapped at my husband for asking and interrupting him. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone and will certainly never use it again. We were going to rent a storage unit at this location and decided against it specifically because of this guy. Why would any company want to employ someone that treats their customers the way this guy did is beyond me.

George A.I was staying in Franklin, TN and moving my daughter out of her dorm in Nashville, TN. But my reservation near campus in Nashville was cancelled (or moved) and I had to drive an hour away to Old Hickory to pick up a trailer. That was quite a ways out of the way.
Fred V.Witness an employee being berated by a customer. The employee who helped me was very professional about the situation. He never said a word, just continued to assist me. I feel this was his best option, for the situation could have escalated. Kudos to the employees.

Earlier during last month of storage, staff on site answered incorrectly on how customer would receive credit back in case of partial month use. Had to get correct answer from Uhaul national customer service after extensive time on hold.

When I finally called to arrange to have it cut off, I was told that a new lock had been put on my unit and no one told me until then.

THAT space was empty, but they forgot to add that to my account so they locked my box up. Had to chat with them about that issue for nearly a half hour trying to get THAT squared away. Then the truck I rented to haul my toolbox had a door that kept popping open, and if it wasnt for a friendly driver on the road, I could have spilled everything out that wasnt tied down and/or killed someone. Truck had a cracked windscreen. Not a biggie, but I had to explain it away after the fact. After that, they neglected to close my account when I returned the vehicle as the unit was now empty. Now I keep getting rent reminders and charges added to a unit that I turned in 1 month ago. So you tell me how my experience was.

I complained and a member of the staff worked on it and got it closed. I returned several days later and the door was still bent and water was dripping down on my quilting machine. I asked to see the manager, and was told he wasn't there. I left a message for him to call me….he never did. So I moved out to another storage company down the road.

Our repairs.took much longer than anticipated. I'm happy to say that 15 months later I would definitely recommend this location. Although our unit wasn't air conditioned, our items were all in terrific shape. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to friends and family.

I went to another storage place close by and they were very helpful, had a bigger unit for less money and provided an overall excellent experience.

During our near 2 month stay, we caught one roach, which is not bad at all, but also caught one mouse, which I'm glad the wife didn't see. I felt the facility was secure, but punching in a code every time between trips in the truck was a bit annoying. Overall, not a bad experience.

Juliet have been helpful in explaining and offering assistance...

Booked a van and was sent a U-Haul PROMISE that was not delivered upon, had to go many miles out of our way to get the van that we had a booked confirmation for. Will not use this facility again.

His answers were short and he didn't seem to want to be bothered. He was very unenthusiastic about his job. I've used this facility before and could have sworn there was a proration of rent if you moved out early; yesterday while I was mid-question, he cut me off saying "they don't prorate." It's frustrating because we were just billed roughly 3-5 days ago and basically had the whole month left. That part isn't his fault but his attitude and delivery of information to customers could use some attention.

I was was expecting a lot more, as far as cleanliness from "indoor climate controlled" storage facility. I told an employee there and he stated that he never goes into the storage units and gave me the managers card. Matter of fact the pile we swept out, was still there today. I know that the business can't control what is brought in and it's impossible to be pest free, but this unit should have been inspected before move in.

Luckily the manager was there and he quickly moved me to a new unit. The checkin and main door entry process was a little complicated but nothing a little practice can't help.
