The app was seamless to use and also was quick for the employee who utilized the app to take pictures of my id. The employees were friendly and the service was fast and I was given exactly what I requested nothing more and nothing less. I'm extremely satisfied and I don't have any suggestions for improvement at this time.

Truck was dirty inside, trailer was super rusted. I rented both for 24 hrs and got a call the next morning (only 12 hrs later) asking for the truck back because someone's waiting on it… it was really inconvenient.

Jackson at the Glenstone location in Springfield MO was amazing. I was in a hurry and he was super nice and helpful. He got me the equipment I needed and hooked my trailer up quickly. That man deserves a raise. :)

The two people I had contact with while picking up and dropping off this vehicle either completely ignored me or were extremely rude to me. I was told to drop off the vehicle in one area and then was hollered at to move it to a different location like I was trying to make off with the vehicle. Being treated like I'm a retarded criminal is not what I would considered good business practice. I'll more than likely never do business with uhaul again and will inform people I know to never do business with uhaul again because of this. It's unacceptable. I work in the public and would never think to treat people that way.

Sierra was super helpful. I was in and out of the store in no time. I got a 9' cargo van that was basically brand new (with only 175 miles on it); never had a cleaner, nicer U-Haul in my life.

The location itself is excellent and has very friendly helpful staff. Our only complaint about this specific location is that there isn't an adequate amount of parking for customer vehicles. How are we supposed to be able to drop off a uhaul vehicle and then leave if there's nowhere for our own personal vehicle to park or even wait while we return it? We would also recommend a larger or more noticeable sign to direct traffic to the return area. Nowhere in the app did it show us specifically where to return the vehicle. We ended up being very confused about what to do and didn't see the "return vehicles here" sign until we were done returning our vehicle. Thete were also several issues with the uhaul app. It is not super user friendly and was confusing and honestly just frustrating to use. Every time we would open it we would be logged out completely and had to use two step verification and wait for an email just to log back in. The directions for how to pick up and drop off our uhaul vehicle didn't seem super clear and it was inconvenient to not be able to see the next step until the current step was completely done. An overview of all the steps for customers to read before going to pick up their vehicle would be more helpful. This was only our second time ever using uhaul so maybe we are just inexperienced but we feel that being able to use this service should feel just as accessible and simple to first-timers as it does to someone who has rented dozens of times.

Very bad running U-Haul wouldn't go much over 35-40 miles. Felt like the transmission was going out.

I was put off by one employee that told me they had no place for me to put some trash? When I went inside to checkout, they told me where to find the dumpster that I could use? I still don't understand why the one employee told me they did not have facilities that I could use? There are no trash can in the facilities either?

And I was there overnight and the next day the garage door come down on top of my new car I will take care of that as soon as I can due to work schedule I will have to call your insurance and I'll have to go get three estimates on the damages to the car I'll keep you posted as soon as I get an opportunity to do so

The person I was working with was not knowledgeable at their job and they locked me in the building. If I hadn't had my friend with me to flag down the staff I would have been stuck there.

Uhaul didn't put one way on the bill at uhaul.when I got to my destination I was charged an additional 500$ to return the uhaul.they said because it was a local uhaul truck

I will probably not else Uhaul again. This experience was terrible. Change in locations, Naxos not have equipment ordered and the things they said they did have, they didn't even put in truck. I had to spend $60 additional at two different places to get the equipment needed. Made for a horrible day.

The original storage that was assign to me was already assign to someone else, the size of my unit orignally was a 5x10 which I was told that it would fit a 2/3 bedroom just to find out that wasn’t the case so I had to get a bigger size and pay for the insurance again

Was hard to get started in the right unit. But I spent over $2 000 storing my stuff . I pretty much just gave everything away just to get rid of storage bill. All brand new appliances and furniture. So real nice to get everything out. Thank You for the discount I was given. Been using your facilities since 1976.

I had to use storage for my furniture for 5 months. I changed the size of my units twice and they were very helpful through all of it. Hopefully I don't have to do this again but will definitely use U Haul if I do. Thanks

The only way to the upstairs storage is the ramp,broke my ankle, people with bad knees it does not work. I'm 62 yrs and struggled. My son in law helped with bad knees,I will have to hire someone when I move out. Other than that, office guys were very kind and helpful.

The only problem with these units is a lack of light. Once you get into your unit, lighting becomes an issue, even with a head lamp. I DO love the ability to pull my truck into the garage, close the door, and feel that my dog is safe while I'm loading and unloading.

I paid for this place for years to keep my things in a temp regulated facility and almost every single thing that we removed was covered in mouse feces and urine including their dead carcasses and then even worse was the mold and mildew. When I say it was on almost everything that is no exaggeration. I will never go back here and I regret using the facility to hold my things. *this is no reflection to the staff. They have always been wonderful. Every single interaction was pleasant.

Would be helpful if buildings were marked better. Drove around entire complex with a 26 foot truck trying to find the correct building. Also, if first time customer knew that the drive in Access were motion activated would help as well.

Super helpful staff on a very stressful day! However, digital access to facility a little confusing with 2 different keypads without clear explanation that 1 was for checking and then checkout when you leave and 2nd for access. It was inconvenient to have to key in code every time to open door while unloading by myself until I got locked out and had to return to desk. Then I received better instructions on the difference for the key pads and was told I could leave the door wedged open while unloading. Things went more smoothly thereafter. But very happy with cleanliness, helpful staff, convience of storage at destination to turn in one-way truck, and a month of free storage!

After changing my mind about renting a storage unit a few hours after downsizing from a larger one, the staff was very helpful and if I was able to get a refund of my monthly charge. Always had great availability on trailers and friendly staff. Storage facility was very convenient and well maintained.

Once I finished the paperwork, the associate just gave me the unit number. They did not give me any directions on where to go. It took me 1/2 an hour to finally locate the storage unit. Also they didn't tell me how to use the keypad, which I could not find because there wasn't one at the entrance that was more convenient to me.
