I reserved a 4X6 enclosed trailer 3 weeks prior to needing it. When I reserved it I was told if they didn’t have one I may have to go somewhere else to pick it up. Isn’t the point of making a reservation to ensure it will be there when you go to pick it up. When I got there on the day I had it reserved they did not have one. They did take care of me by giving me the next size up for the price of the smaller one I had reserved. While I was there another customer was experiencing the same problem. She had a appliance dolly reserved but they didn’t have one for her. I’m not sure why things are rented out when reservations are made on them. That’s bad business and if someone asks me how my rental went I will tell them they may want to go somewhere else.

Waited 30 minutes to drop off truck. New employee had to stop another employee 10 times to ask questions. Drop off procedures should be posted somewhere so customers do not have to wait in line.

The lady that helped us needed a cigarette, she told us.We waited in line an hour!! She couldn’t get her thoughts straight for nothing. She mistyped my name and had to re-enter several things. She smoked a cigarette before NOT finding our truck we rented. Another guy had to excuse her and he finished everything up. She then met up with some male in his 20’s in front of the U-Haul store and he had a T-shirt and deodorant in his hands. He was acting like he was on drugs and she said “stop acting sketch at my job” then they went Inside. Her first name was Ashley. She said she had a bug on her when we first sat down to do the contract and stuck her hand all in her shirt and bra. Very very unprofessional girl. She mumbled a lot too. I’m sure drugs were involved but it’s very scary to give people like that all your info and trust everything they are doing. We were charged $38 and she stated it would not be over $30.

Delivered the trailer when finished 4 hours later I get text messages as well as a voice mail telling me I am late and when am going to return it, set on hold forever and got no answer so drove 30 miles back up to see what the problem was for them to ask me about lights

The lady who helped me was very rude and nasty. There was confusion about my rental agreement and she would not attempt to help resolve the confusion. She informed me she was done helping me in a very rude way.

I waited in line for over 45 minutes to speak to a customer service rep to pick up the van. It was taking at least 20 minutes per customer to pickup/check out vehicles with only one person at the desk.

I had to pay an extra day of insurance because I was a few minutes late. Minutes waiting outside for guy to check me in then him telling me just a minute leaving the area to come back to tell me to check out inside as he got on his phone and then standing in line inside for well over 10 minutes and then I get charged for day 2 of insurance.

The store was very busy with maybe 7-8 people waiting in line and only one person at the counter. My husband walked outside and explained we had a one-way rental to return. Me. Kenneth Taylor was outside and just finishing with another customer. He immediately jumped to assist and get the trailer unhooked and parked. He explained he would email a final receipt and he did! He was extremely busy but assisted us with a huge smile and great customer service! He is a huge asset to this location and made the experience here positive!! Please pass along the job well done!!

When I arrived at my Schuyler’s time, the associate told me that they did not have a reservation under my name. And I put in for a 17’ Truck on Sunday, July 28, 2018 for 6 hours at 8:00am. So after we get that fixed and figured out the clerk gave us a 9’ Van - not a 17’ Truck. I left in my car after the paperwork was finished and left my friend to pick the truck up, so he had no idea that the 9’ Van was the wrong vehicle that I reserved. So we drive all the way to my apartment and my friend finally pulled up behind me. I was very upset because it was the wrong vehicle. By the time we get back to the UHaul center and get the correct 17’ Truck it was already 9:30am by the time we got back to my apartment. The crew that was working that day was very friendly and resolved all the issues that they made. But this facility needs to be more organized and have their things ready for their customers. I should not go through all of this just to get the truck that I rented.

The truck JH4241K - was not rent ready. Side mirrors would not stay in place- Left mirror would rotate while driving. 2 marker lights out. Center employees were not well informed, didnt seem to care. More interested in going home than renting trucks.
