I rented a trailer last week and again this week and both times there were issues in the office. Reservation was cancelled when I went to pick up after they called a day prior to confirm. They didn't have the trailer that I rented the first time but then after about an hour of issue at the counter they magically decided that they did have the trailer. I thought maybe it was a fluke the first time but this happened both weeks with different people. The manager was extremely rude and ignored the lady trying to assist me.

No improvement needed. The entire experience went very well from start to finish. The girls inside the office who booked my reservation gave me all the information I needed. The equipment I rented (a cargo van) was powerful and fun to drive and was in excellent condition and the gentleman who checked me out when I was finished (Matthew) was prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. This is the second time I have rented from this location and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

You need to re-evaluate the suitability of the Toyota Tacoma pick-up for pulling your trailers. It's not your father's Toyota. It's as big and powerful and as sturdy as full size 1/2 ton pickups made only a few years ago. It has the same horsepower as my 2010 Chevy Z71 pickup had. Several times with my Tacoma I have pulled heavier loads than your trailer loaded with a Mustang. It pulled and stopped just fine. Surprise, surprise I was offered one of YOUR trucks to pull the trailer I needed. And the location where I rented your truck AND trailer is poorly designed and too cramped for safe operations.

Employee bellowed at me over not having a mask on. I am medically exempt and she proceeded to talk about me while I stood in line waiting for a manager. The manager put a complaint in for me and listened to my request not to let another person drive it before being inspected. But her employees are rude. Another lady was being extremely rude to another customer while I was there.

My truck that I reserved on the app was not ready. The fuel level was incorrect ( below what was marked on my paper work. I only put 28 miles on the the truck and put 30 $gas in and it still was not the marked level. However the fuel level was above the level that I received it. I took photos before and after but the attendant seemed to not care , saying your go bro. I I still not received a final bill/ invoice of my final charges. Why have an app or person-less operation if you can't get it right. I'm very disappointed in my experience. It has always been great until my last 2 visits that were on the app. I got better service walking in. Probably looking to rent elsewhere. Disappointed, after returning the truck my car was blocked by another car I had to have office staff find the owner. I was told to park where I did by staff when I Arrived in the morning. I would not recommend the app or the service. I guess I'll have to check my card statement to see what I was charged, I'm not psych.

Slow process to check out. Too technical and short staffed. Nothing new to big business which continues to keep costs low with minimum staff. I avoid uhaul at all costs due to the time it takes to actually get the rental to when ya leave. Between boxes, locks and plastic shields there's nowhere tp go.

Truck had multiple gas errors before we left the lot. My husband reported it and they told him that someone probably filled the tank without turning the truck off and they proceeded to hook up the truck to a computer and reset it. This was not the problem. We got about 60 miles out of town and hit major rain and the truck had no windshield wipers they were shredded and it made for a dangerous drive. We were only going 125 miles to Kingman AZ. In Kingman we noticed that we were losing gas (besides the fact that we only got 3,5 miles to the gallon on the first 125 miles) We went to UHAUL in the morning to get wiper blades because rain was forecast for the entire drive. They told us that we were missing the vent valve on the truck (which was the real reason for the error codes) and that the shop in Las Vegas shouldn't have missed it. We then had to make a roadside assistance claim. These are items that should have been addressed before the truck ever left Vegas. We certainly didn't see anyone offer to refund our lost gas. Kudos to the woman that helped us with the roadside assistance claim and the mechanic that came out to help us with the truck in Kingman.

Watch the fuel levels in the trucks. If they don't go over the contract with you at the end somethings up. Go over everything in the vehicle before leaving the shop.

I arrived on time to pick up my equipment. It wasn't available as the previous renter was still driving the trailer back. If I turn in equipment late, I can expect to pay a late fee. Why, then, should I not get a credit when my equipment is not available for the full window of time I reserve it. When asked for a discount on my rental, the manager said, “I can't control if a renter hits traffic.” Any responsible adult understands traffic is part of driving and gives themselves enough time. Given the inflexibility of the staff, the dirty trailer, I will look for an alternative rental location next time I need to rent equipment.

The owner Sharmel was a dream to work with. Another facility couldn't fill the rental I had booked online so I was pushed over to this Rancho location at the last minute. I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised at how painless and smoothly everything went. I was in and out of the office in a heartbeat and was helped outside by Joel, who is extremely professional. I look forward to doing business with this location in the future and will recommend them to my friends and business associates.

Find a way for your phone system to except incoming calls. I wanted to leave you information and there was no way to do it.

It was impossible to get someone to answer a phone call. All of the employees in the yard looked miserable, and would not even make eye contact with me, and had no problem letting me just stand by my vehicle waiting for assistance unhooking a trailer until I finally went inside and was then given a shoulder shrug when I suggested that they should try calling their own phone number.

The wait time for a phone call would be great to see, perhaps a 10 minute wait time per call received vs a 20 minute will definitely help others in the future given the nature of any call but understandable if a call needs attention vs a quick inquiry or call from an existing rental for further assistance would be appreciated more so

The return location was fine. Prior to this we had tried to return to the location on N Rainbow Blvd, right next door to our apartments. The two employees working at this location, one male one female, we're both rude and unhelpful and refused to allow us to return the truck here because they didn't have space for it. We tried calling the 1-800 number for assistance but we're on hold for 20 minutes before we gave up, hung up, and drove to the location at N Rancho where they accepted our vehicle. When we drove through the lot at N Rainbow, there was plenty of space and it was clear that they just didn't want to help and take our truck. After a long day of moving, and driving from CA to NV, this was an extremely frustrating experience. We had already filled the truck, had limited miles left before going over our allotment, and we were forced to drive to a further location to return there. Luckily, the second return attempt at Rancho went a lot smoother. At first we were a little taken aback as we were told to just leave the truck with keys in it and we'd get an email receipt later. But after the employee realized we were skeptical and wanted a receipt, and we let him know the situation we had at the last location, he got us taken care of and on our way.

Never delt with a situation like this, where the actual staff took part in stealing property that was left at my unit. As a customer, I expected to receive help with protocols to return my stolen property or figureout what exactlyhappened with it. Instead I was treated as if I did something wrong. I felt as if the staff, mainly management Amy were no help and reacted as if she were the guilty party. I've been a loyal customer to this specific location for over 3yrs and didn't expect my renting experience to end in such disappointment. I would never refer a soul to this location in fear they'll have an awful experience a well.

One of the managers at this facility, I think her name was Kimberly, was fabulous. She really went out of her way to accommodate my husband and I in getting the correct storage unit for us. You are very lucky to have her as your employee as this young lady is certainly a keeper.

Got the access code and it did not work. I got access denied code come up. The lady said everyone was busy but someone would be by. So waited 6 mins and I just tried it again and it finally worked. So maybe there should be advisory of please wait 10 mins before trying to use the code but other then that it was a very smooth process.

Almost everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. One was rude. Moving in was a little bit trying as there was a long line if people waiting to be helped and only one person at the counter who was also answering the phones. I felt really sorry for her, no one could help all those people and answer the phone and be efficient and effective.

There is a lady that works behind the desk that is useless. She was rude and very uninformative. She advised me that it would take 5 minutes for my card to work AFTER I went outside to move my stuff in. After waiting 5 minutes the card STILL did not work. Luckily there was a young man that was SUPER helpful. THANK GOD he was there. Unfortunately, she was too rude to overcome how helpful he was with resolving my issue of not having access.

Someone broke Into my storage unit and stole some of my property. I contacted the store manager and customer service and still nothing has been done. This is not a safe place to store your personal items. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The "customer service" is horrific. I was placed on a "brief" hold for 45 minutes, multiple times by the young lady answering the phone. I told her after holding twice and she said she would connect with another customer service department that could help me immediately, I was, once again placed on hold.

She blew me off on phone stating she had over 300 emails to address and she would get back to me. For 3 months I had to take from other bills to pay this unit because she NEVER answered me again!! Plus the day I was moving out of this unit, one of the employees John had to help me access the building because the Manager was TOO busy. Your Management SUCKS!! Thanks John for helping me out..

Everything thing was going good until I return the truck and thry over charged me. I was quoted one price and change something else.. I called customer service twice to confirm the price .
