The individual said we don't pro the cost and don't give a refund. I will never come back to U Haul and will tell other people also.

I can’t even begin to tell you how easy she made a very stressful situation while I was at your store . And this is terrible because I asked her her name so I could specifically tell you I want to say it starts with an M is it Marisol or I’m so sorry she was the woman that helped me yesterday at about 530. She was amazing.
