I rented the unit at 6:48pm and paid for 24 hour access only to discover at 7:39pm I did not have access. This made it impossible to unload the truck I was scheduled to return the same evening.

I picked up @ watkins location & they told me that i had to bring it back to the watkins location even when i went on the complete opposite side of town which i couldnt understand after i by passed 2 other locations where i could've dropped the truck off at.. Then my bill was extremely high cause they said i had so many miles.. 1st time for that & a last for using uhaul again... Complete rip offs especially when its always been drop the truck off at the nearest location after u move... So im getting in contact with there district office cause i feel that it was a complete rip off to have me bring it back way cross town when i was on the other side of town...

Check equipment- I had no right side blinkers or brake lights. After leaving pick up site plug cane out and never worked properly.

When I arrived the truck I had reserved was NOT available. I had to wait 2 hours later. When I was checking in I was not offered to extend my time the 2 hours...it was still due back at 3:30. The people were friendly except for the older lady who never spoke, never came to the counter she was in the side office. Very very inexcusable customer service from her. The young lady and young man were very nice.

Could someone explain the “rental tax” to me. It appears to be 14%. What is this and why is it charged? I’ve rented a lot in the passed month and the tax is a big expense.

I asked specifically if the unit had 24 hour access and was informed I did but when i was moving I stopped to get my belongings and couldnt had to make a trip back from Arizona which is 1400 mikes!!!!

Vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke. Should not allow smoking in vehicles. Also was supposed to pick up vehicle at different location and was diverted to pick up location. Vehicle should have been driven to original location instead of me having to go to the vehicle.

Decide what you're willing to allow and make it relevant across the board not just when an employee documents it on your contract. Customers trust that whatever they're told by your employee is standard because they work for the company. Your customers put their trust in your employees to NOT SCREWED THEM OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??

requested 24 furniture pads and dolly. Only received 8 and a dolly but checked before leaving and had to ask for them rather than being in the truck.

Staff failed to load appliance dolly onto truck. Had to return to site to get it, resulting in additional 10 miles. I asked for a reduction in charged mileage and was told that I would have to take that up with corporate U Haul. Staff was more interested in their conversations and cell phones than in customer.

I would like to let you all know that the entire staff at the N. Watkins location on Saturday, March 23, 2019 between 8AM - 7PM was phenomenal! Very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made sure that everything was taken care of with my rental and worked with me to ensure that I had a rental for as long as needed. They were wonderful and I truly appreciated them during that very chaotic time!
