Our requested location was a u-haul location with easy access and a large paved driveway. Our assigned location was a neighborhood one and two towns away......and after 36 hours of heavy rain on a dirt lot, was not accessible to us. We were using a class A motor home as our tow vehicle. The change was emailed to us at 4:00 pm on a Sunday with a pickup time of 10:00 am on Monday. After a trip to our desired location and a phone call to our assigned pickup location, we were left without any resolution. Why wasnâ€™t the trailer we wanted moved from the assigned location to the requested one by U-haul? We were told to call â€trafficâ€ the next morning at 9:30, where we were re-routed to the Watkins location, causing a delay of more than an hour across Memphis. The personnel at the Watkins location were very helpful getting us in and out quickly.

On Nov.30, I was overcharged for one day. I called the call center and requested an additional day based on the thunderous rainy weather. My original rental was for 2 days. When I extended it and got a text message to verify the change, I was penalized by charging an extra day because I failed to call the location and ask them. My credit card was overcharged and this amount was not authorized by me. It was done by Zynetria Jackson. I contacted and left a message for the manager, Elizabeth Simpson and has not been notified back. This is the first time I ever had a problem at this location since it has new employees. I am deeply saddened by this experience.

If each location has different qualifications then customer service should know the qualifications and make the customer aware before they arrive especially if the customer ask if there is anything I need to bring. My moving experiences was a lot longer due to uhaul rep forgetting to put the dolly on the truck or making sure it had one. Had to work three times as hard. Very unhappy. When I called customer service they laugh and said thereâ€™s nothing they can do. Unprofessional bad customer service. Training needs to be done across entire company.

The store definitely needs more than one desk associate. It also needs to speak to their associates of how to speak with customers. I was given my receipt while another customer was being serviced and not asked if I had questions. I paid for an appliance dolly, but was given a regular dolly. $3 difference. And in all of the years that I've used uhaul, I've never paid for returning on the gas that I left on and milage. I've never exceeded $60 on a uhaul. I spent $100 unexpectedly. I will from now on use a moving company.

First I want to start off by saying...the young lady name T was very pleasant and nice....she helped out alot...thank u....next I spoke wit someone on the phone who told me if I pay wit cash I won't have to pay the 100 deposit...she lied but thanks to the helpful lady at this location I was able to handle my business...again thank u T but no thanks to uhaul
