I had to call to extend the time and ended up waiting almost 45 minutes before I got to talk 5o a representative. Then I was only on row phone about two minutes. Need to correct that horrible wait time. I'll know next time to ask for longer time to start with.

I'm gonna start by saying we will NEVER use Uhaul or recommend it to anyone after this moving catastrophe. To start, we were supposed to pick up the truck at a Stillwater location as we lived in Stillwater and were moving to Tulsa, we made the reservation WELL in advance and the day before pickup we're told they didn't have a truck and the nearest truck would be 25 miles away in Oilton. We decided to pick up the truck at our drop off location because we needed to bring my s/o's truck into town as he would be driving the Uhaul and were told we would be given miles to compensate. We pick up the Uhaul and learn that the Stillwater store did not put ANY miles in for us to bring the truck back to Stillwater with us so we could pack and move to Tulsa and the gentleman said he would put those in, the store was also out of furniture dollies but we weren't refunded for our rental at that time, okay no problem we will fix it when we return it. Next day rolls around and we are behind on our moving, we call to extend our rental and come to find out when we return the truck on Saturday the lady put in we had a 20' truck instead of 15' and no one made a note that we never got a furniture dolly to take with us so they were gonna charge us for that. On top of that the 280 miles the gentleman on Thursday gave us for the Stillwater store's fuck up magically disappeared and we are being charged a full 310 miles for our rental? Excuse me? They told my s/o on drop off that this would be taken care of yet today I get an email saying we have an outstanding balance over $200? I THINK NOT. I believe we deserve a full refund for all this hassle and mess that Uhaul has created us because we for sure will not be giving them one more cent. Hopefully my s/o will be able to have this sorted when he visits the store because after waiting over 30 minutes on the line we both still can't get a single person to answer. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT rent from this company.

Checkout was fantastic. Customer service rep knew what he was doing which can make all the difference in the world. I had rented on-line. Went in on the morning to pick up the truck and it took about 5 minutes to get everything completed. I will definitely use this U-Haul location again.

The online checkout does not clearly indicate that reservations are only held for 1 hour after the scheduled pick up time. A notification call or text or alert in the app prior would prevent pickup confusion. Luckily rep was able to secure another trailer and crisis was averted.

I asked for an appliance dolly that they did not put in the truck. Wasn’t apologetic about it when I called to let them know. When I returned the truck I sat there for 40 minutes before I was waited on. When they went to look at the truck he came back and said I owed whatever amount it was because I didn’t put gas in truck. I said no, and that I had taken a picture of the mileage and gas. He said rudely let me see it. When I showed said picture he kinda rolled his at me and acted put out. I will not be using your services again.

I requested a cargo van to pick up at the 3303 South Yale location, near my house. You said that it wasn't available there, but there was one available at the 61st and South Peoria location (on the other side of town). I got to the 61st and Peoria location, and they said that the cargo van I wanted was NOT available, so they gave me a truck. No good!

The rental truck had no indicator on the dash to indicate which side the fuel cap was on. Small thing inconvenience, but would have made life easier. The other item was the truck had a warning indicator come on while driving. The truck was smelling hot like it was burning coolant. Informed the office but am glad it was not any hotter of a day than it was.

The unit leaked water from the ceiling. The water destroyed some very expensive computers. It soaked our sectional couch, leaving weird mineral deposit marks. It still smells like mildew.

The website quoted me 30. The cashier charged me 54 and when I brought the truck back they charged me 106.00 and told me I was charged for two days instead of the one day I reserved. They said they “fixed” the two day error but still charged me 106.00. This is a bait and switch scam and I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone.

Customer service is not very good at communication. Yall are suppose to work as a team. My deposit was given back to somebody else. I had to do it in cash and I was not able to return the vehicle myself but I was the only one on the contract and the clerk at the U-Haul store gave my money to a gentleman they did not even know they were checking ID or anything so I still haven’t got my money because he was just helping me move. I feel like if you guys take a cash deposit you should get a copy of the identification and make sure that you give the cash deposit back to whoever you got it from.

I was told that I was going to have a ramp and a dolly. I was giving neither and that itself was very poor service. I also made a reservation for my U-Haul but ended up waiting on another one because mine was given away to someone else. Because of these two incidents, I was very disappointed. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience another time.

Overall, the truck rental was a good experience. However, my husband left his gloves in the truck and they were never turned in or located. He had them in the truck and when we dropped it off, he forgot to get them. They disappeared after that. We called several times on them. This was a bit frustrating for us as they can't be replaced.
