I would never recommend this place, or Uhaul in general, to anyone. I was sent to a different location the morning of the move. The key was not in the box when I finally check in and get "approved." The gas tank was nowhere near full. The entire experience was awful.

I didn't use the app check in but I thought it would be just as quick, but the employees seemed to be distracted with everyone else who came in and the computer system seemed to be on the fritz. They were all really nice, I just wished it would have been smooth. I did have to return later than planned and the phone rep. Was really sweet!

No customer service. Associates there during my return did not want to offer any assistance since it 2 minutes past the store closing. They were more concerned with leaving then the customer. My check out was amazing though, kiara helped me.

Initially there was no air conditioning therefore not climate controlled. Then the sprinklers malfunctioned and my unit flooded. My books, clothes were damaged and I never received reimbursement.

With mobile reservations- You should send the link for checking the truck back in, as soon as the person uploads the odometer/gas photo at check out. This way, if they check in early, they already have the link to upload the check in photo. I returned my truck 30 minutes after checkout, although I reserved it for 2 hours. I received my check in link about an hour after I already dropped it off. I had to call the store/customer service to ask them to record the mileage and gas. I could have done it if I had the link.

The wait time was ridiculous. I had confirmed everything on line and printed it out. But they still asked me some of the same questions that I had already answered. When I arrived for my 9:15 Pick up. There were already 5 people waiting. And no employee present. Finally one showed up after ten minutes. Then another 20 minutes later. I had to wait 50 minutes before I was given the key to my rental. It was a very frustrating experience. Next time I'm going to a different company all together

I reserved a truck online from the 14th Street Self Storage location. I logged in to my account when I arrived at 14th Street Self Storage to find that my pickup location was changed without any sort of notification. I drove to the new pickup location, Atlanta Food Market, to find that they didn't have any trucks at all. I then had to wait until 9:00 for the scheduling office to open before they could give me a third pickup location, the Moving & Storage location on Piedmont. The scheduling manager ensured me that I will get $50 back on the rental. When can I expect that refund?

I returned unused boxes. There was a problem with the computer on giving my refund to my card. I was told a check would be mailed to me. I still havent recieved it. The temp was at least 90. Too hot!

Our unit had severe mold, rust, and standing water. The paint on the walls was bubbly and seeping water. Our belongings were infested with worms, maggots, and mold. Everything had to be disposed of.

There appears to be a theft ring operating at the facility. From our lock being cut off and replaced by theirs, to our shrink-wrapped items being cut into, to water on items. All in a single week.

The man working along side Timothy (mgr.) was incredibly rude and displayed too much attitude. He made me wait about 30 minutes to retrieve an online reservation. Never found it...I walked out
