The only thing disappointing was I reserved a utility dolly, but was told since this is more of a storage facility they did not have any. I would have liked to have been notified at the time of booking so I could have made other arrangements.

At check-out, I was told I could use an alternative method of payment when returning the vehicle. Upon returning rental I was denied this option to use a different method of payment. In fact, the charge was processed before returning the rental. I am not pleased with the service and inaccurate info/policy that was initially stated to me. Reverse the charge and bill to an alternative method of payment.

I always come to this location and has never had an issue at all. The online check-in and return process can be challenging. This was my first time doing this process Please give full instructions for online return. At the minimum, tell customers the photos they will need. I took pictures of the mileage and gas gauge and dropped the key in the drop box and went to my car to finish the online check-in process and when I got to the questions at the end, it asked me if the flat bed was clean and it was, however it asked for a photo. I was not able to get a photo because I put the keys in the drop box and I had to choose no. At the end it charged me 25,00 $ for cleaning for a truck that was already clean. I also placed a note at the end of the online check in when it asked if I agreed with the charges as I did not agree with the charges. I would like to be reimbursed. If you do online return, please be sure you get a photo of the back of the truck, mileage, and gas gauge as the mileage and gas gauge photos take place in step 1 and the you will need the flatbed photo in step 4. They should really place the flatbed pictures cleanliness question in step 1.

I Rented A Uhaul Thursday a week ago and the tank was on 1/4 . When i returned it to where the tank was they charged me 30,00 $ because the tank wasn't on 1/6 when they gave it to me on 1/4 ( I Have A Picture Of it ) also when i returned the truck i asked the man that works there could he check it before i go he stated that it will take 20mins before he get to . As i processed to leave it wasn't even 5mins he checked the truck i would recommend getting a storage there but a uhaul Truck absolutely NOT . I'm still waiting on someone to contact me about the over charge .

The back of the truck not swept out good, lots of small nails. The location dose not answer there phone. When returning the truck after hours the app did not work, stayed on hold for an hour after being transferred to support, no one answered, called back and talked to customer service to see what we could do, finished the return with him.

The employee that helped me was very nonchalant. The truck was parked on the curb I had to turn it around and bring it up front for me to leave. The employee pointed in the direction in which the truck was parked but didn't actually walk me there or the walk-through on the truck. It took me several solo trips of going out to the parking lot to find it, which could have been avoided. When I came in I had to wait a while for her to come out of the employee quarters. You would have thought no one was working at the location.

I was not told my “reservation” was changed to another location until I showed up at the designated location. The agent told me it had changed and called someone; I then received a text informing me my reservation had changed. There is not adequate parking at the location I was later assigned. I had to park my vehicle in a parking lot across a busy boulevard. I want to know where my 50 $is for not having my truck when I showed up for my reservation. Some reservation….I had to drive over 15 miles one way.

Everything was fine, aside from one issue that was a pain. When we moved in, the night of the 14th, and there was a car parked literally flush and in front of the hallway to access the rack, elevators, and all. We even took a photo of it. The car was in our way and we even had to hit it a few times to properly move in. There was no way to alert whoever the car belonged to or anything. It added way, way more time to a simple move in process because a car was parked for over an hour right in the access hallway after office hours.

I rented the unit for a month and for some reason for the last year even though there's nothing in there and I told them when I moved out I have still been billed it's still hitting my credit and I'm still getting messages a year later saying that I owe money for a storage unit that I use for less than two days terrible customer service and the fact that they're even putting this on my credit when they've had the keys and an empty clean unit since 4 days after I rented it is ridiculous

I was charged 100 $instead of 66 $that they said I was going to be charged. The said a 100 $was going to be on hold until I returned it, which is reasonable, I returned it the same day, but the payment was processed after a couple of days for the full 100 $

I arrived at the facility at 7pm on 8/9 to gain access to the storage, which I thought would be a easy process since my payment was easily processed and the instructions online were simple when I noticed that the access code wasn't working for the gate. I went to the door to get some quick assistance to see what was going on, while I was on hold with uhaul customer service just in case they could help quicker. the cleaning personnel knocked on the restroom door spoke with representative in the store, who didn't even have the decency to at least come to the door to see if my issue could be resolved quickly. the cleaning personnel came back to the door and said the rep told him "they know what to do" with no other further instructions I was left sitting at the gate trying to figure it out myself. While still sitting on hold for a hour waiting on customer assistance rep I decided to email live rep which advised that I was denied access due to the secondary contact not being a different person. I wish I would've got a phone call letting me know that or a email so I could've fixed the issue before making a blank trip but by the time I got the response I was already heading back home to unload the truck which I had just loaded so I could put in storage. i wasted mileage coming out to the facility, I wasted time sitting at the facility with no guidance overall 2/10 experience and wouldn't recommend as a first time customer .

The location I selected for the reservation was changed without my knowing which added 10 miles to my in town rental, fuel and time wasted on moving day. Also, there was a SafeTrip charge of 5 $that no one could explain to me. 60 $trip turned into 7 520 $% unexpected price increase is mildly frustrating.

The check in process is so unnecessarily long and complicated. If you are going to offer mobile check-in, it has to be significantly simplified. I ended up having to go inside to check-in which was also a slow process, taking an additional 20 minutes. Looking for other moving truck options in the future. The truck was fine but the customer experience is awful

I was not able to share insurance info But Insurance was added without notice or permission. Insurance is more than the value of the unit. The unit is not at all the size it states. The directions to find the unit are unclear, even to the workers. Access to the unit is unreasonably difficult

Had 2 orders with this location, and both order put wrong charge. The 1st order charged me the dolly fee (I didn't order and use it) and the 2nd order charge me dolly (I didn't order and use) and gas (I run 5 miles and put a gallon gas back, they charge me almost 30 $for gas?!) What the heck?!

Ive been charged twice for my rental. I rented a 20 foot truck for a 24 hour period. I returned it early with more fuel than I picked it up with. Now I've been charged with the initial estimate of 113 $and also another 120 $without reason. I've been charged for this rental twice. Never using Hal again.

Lot of duplicate points, time loosing, all the information provided and forms filled and signed online had to them all in person at the office which is time consuming and duplicate, this is specific to this office only not others

Process contains questionable business practices and very impersonal. It is set up this way to add unnecessary and fraudulent charges. At rental, you receive text with images of unit from 6 feet away. You are to accept there is no damage but you can't see the van up close. There was damage and i was told to still “accept images as if no damage and take photos.” Fast forward 3 hours later to return. Sign states stay with rental til someone comes to inspect. After waiting awhile, i went inside. They took keys and said thank you. I asked for them to inspect the vehicle and was advised by female GM they will do it later. I explained about the damage and pictures and was told to email them to her. Again, i will get a final bill later. I received a bill and they added 3 gallons of gas at 13 $+ for the total of 36 miles i used. It's ironic as i got gas (over 2 gallons) before I returned the van. It's hard to believe the van used over 5 gallons of gas in those 36 miles. Again, if inspected at return, when customers are present the customer could dispute these additional charges. Rent same vehicle of Uhaul on Southside Blvd and had a great experience. I'm not sure I would use Uhaul again with these practices in place.

My initial reservation was canceled without notifying me. Luckily, I received a text indicating that I needed to pay for the unit 2 days early to reserve it. Fortunately, I had the funds to do so. The process was very easy, I just didn't like how it happened.

Gas charge. We took picture before leaving when picking up and when returning. Gas Guage was a 1/4 picking up and upon return. Was charged a gas fee. Tried calling location and was reverted to Corp. Corp then told me we would have to wait for the location. Seem like a run around. My next step will be to contact my credit card co and hold payment. Maybe then I will hear from location.

Although dusty inside and the windshield could use a good cleaning, the truck was great. Some attention is needed as it sounds like it has a power steering pump bearing on the way out. But the truck performed the function I needed well. Owner / staff at this location was very professional and helpful.

This location is way too small. I had other customers asking me to move out of the way so they could exit. You cannot drive a truck in there to access your unit because there is not enough room. It is a one way narrow driveway and you can't drive out because there are trucks parked in the return aisle waiting to be checked-in, blocking the way. it is impossible to turn a moving truck around in this small facility. You cannot contact anyone at this facility over the phone because their calls are automatically forwarded to the 800#. They do not offer one month free storage with a truck rental. As an added bonus I was overcharged. Definitely would not recommend unless you are moving into a storage unit via your own personal vehicle. Had I been familiar with the area, I would have rented elsewhere.

Had I been familiar with this area, I would have rented from another location. The truck I rented sounded like the engine was going to fall out of it at any minute. I had to park the truck overnight in a shopping center because the facility is so small. When I rented a unit to put some excess items into storage, they had the nerve to charge me for another day when the truck was at the location and never left the facility. It's impossible to drive a truck in to reach your rental unit and when you do, you can't turn the truck around because there is no room. It's supposedly one way but you can't get out because there are trucks parked in the return lane blocking you access. Just awful. And it's really annoying that you cannot reach someone on the phone at the local location. All calls are directed to the main 800 number. I have rented from many U-Haul locations, but I would not recommend this one.

Service seems fine but the facility itself is small and cluttered with to many trucks hard to manuver a bigger truck when all the other trucks on property are blocking the storages outside. This location needs to be moved to a bigger parking lot but other than that so far no issues
